Worth every penny! The place is superb. The amenities was complete and a very thoughtful owner. Very beautiful place.

We feel at home! Kids love it. Everything we need is available. Plastics for dustbins, kitchen utensils, tissues, towels, hangers & clippers, towels, mirror, balcony to hang cloths, iron and board, shampoo and shower gel, lots of pillows! and even washing machine (during our stay it was out of service though). TV got Netflix, air-con is functioning, got ceiling fan too. It was superb. Getting to and out of the unit is also easy as well. Elevators in the apartment are quick we didn’t have to wait, less than 5mins. Getting grab taxi also is very fast! And we already considering to come back again to try other units from this host! We enjoyed our 3days 2nights stay at Intan Payong. A very private villa with large compound. Place was clean and well appointed. All facilities were in place. Weather was also cool and comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Intan & Yee were also there to receive us and show us around the villa.

An exceptional host! Incredibly kind and understanding, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I recently organized a wedding proposal at their place, and it was a complete success-thanks in large part to the host's speedy communication and willingness to accommodate our needs. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a thoughtful and responsive host!

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Rumah 3 kamar dengan 2 lantai, cocok untuk rombongan besar, dapur sangat lengkap, ada kursi pijat yg jadi favorit kami. Utk kami yg ada kegiatan di MAEPS serdang, strategis krn jarak cukup dekat, hanya diawal agak sulit dan lama menemukan grab yg mau menjemput. Tetapi kemudian lancar. Nyaman untuk rombongan dengan jumlah yang ramai.

We had our reunion dinner and cny gathering at Nana's place this year instead of going back to hometown. The homestay is exactly as advertised. The kitchen equipment are very complete for the preparation of dinner, and Nana also provided lots of games for the kids as well as the adult to enjoy! The beds are comfortable and everyone had a very pleasant time at the homestay. Our host, Nana is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries we had. Overall, we recommend this homestay!

Place is fine with clear instructions all over.

Eunice and Jeremy are gracious hosts.... friendly and helpful to their guests. The place is great for visitors on a budget, students, or if you simply don't feel like paying KL accommodation prices... it's probably the best value in KL. It's in a quiet and safe area, and has a steel door that could stop terminators (killer cyber organisms from the future, sent back in time). the hosts are just next door if you need them.

Feels just like home. A very cozy and clean place to hold short retreats with family and friends. The kitchen was also very spacious which made cooking easy. There were enough cutleries for 13 so we didn’t had to buy cutleries.

The place was really amazing, the host was friendly and responsive. He was also suggesting me about the locality. The location is easy to find but there are not many restaurants, shops nearby so you might have to bring some food, water with you. One small inconvenience is the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedrooms are on the 1st floor. some other things are the handwash is missing from the toilet and no shoes for toilet as well. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.
