This apartment is perfect for a our first visit to Porto. I did send issues to Helena and she was very responsive. I feel it helpful to let her know about issues such as burned out light bulb, etc. We did not know the area when we booked. It is a bit off from local transport but Uber worked good. There is a small restaurant shop Biondo, at the bottom of road that is a bakery, served beer, take away foods-snack items. Also the supermarket has many food, drink, household, package meats, beer, wine, etc. Good prices. There was a small steak house restaurant with very good chicken and steak. It's not open every evening but food and prices are good. Very home cooking. The garage is very steep approach. We parked on the street. Nice balcony views. Washer, dryer useful. We couldn't get the dishwasher started. Oven, microwave, hot water pot. We couldn't use the coffee machine. Bedroom/bathroom showers (2) private. Beds stiff. Fans provided for circulation. It is in an apartment building

Die Wohnung war TOP Ausgestattet und alles war da was benötigt wird. leider war die Halterung von Fernseher abgerissen von den Vorgänger, dafür kann aber kein Gastgeber was. Hausbewohner sehr nett und hilfsbereit. übrigens ja, man muss auf der Straße bezahlen aber die Beträge sind doch übersichtlich und wir haben immer ein Platz gefunden. alles in allem TOP und die Metro ist gleich um die Ecke!

Das Apartment war wirklich klasse für diesen Preis. Es war sauber und VIVA-Stay In Portugal waren sehr gut erreichbar und engagiert. Ein Einkaufszentrum ist direkt im Haus, was wirklich sehr toll war und die Pförtner waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist es recht abgelegen vom Stadtzentrum, weswegen man meistens ein Taxi nehmen musste, was aber kein großes Problem war. Die Küche war gut, aber recht spärlich eingerichtet. Außerdem hatten wir einen Deckenbezug zu wenig, was nicht ganz so toll war. Ab und zu gab es kein warmes Wasser mehr und man musste eine Weile warten, bis man wieder welches hatte. Aber allgemein war der Aufenthalt wirklich schön und ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen

We had a great stay and the apartment is walk distance from the river. We would recommend the place to a family weekend get away and the host is very friendly and helpful.

Sehr süße, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft! Der richtige Ort zum Entspannen, zum Beispiel am dazu gehörigen Gemeinschaftspool. Wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte, sollte man gut zufuß sein oder ein Auto dabei haben (der Mini-Supermarkt um die Ecke hat leider dauerhaft geschlossen, nächster Mini-Supermarkt ca. 25 min Fußweg). Die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich!

Carlos is very kind, he made us very welcome and took time to explain everthing to us. He shared lots of useful information with us and made sure we were happy with everything. The accommodation was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 teenagers) loads of space both indoors and out, everything was very clean and tidy. We were in easy reach of the train and metro stations, which made getting around simple. Carlos made sure we were all ok during our stay and we couldn't have asked for more.

accueil très chaleureux de notre hôte. Logement tout à fait conforme au descriptif du site airbnb. Maison très agréable avec de beaux espaces extérieurs et une belle piscine. Il est très appréciable de disposer des serviettes de toilette et de bain sur place. On a été sensible aux diverses attentions de Manuel et de Fatima (Porto, pain, fruits et légumes). Manuel est très réactif si l'on rencontre des petits soucis au niveau de la maison et Fatima n'est pas très loin. Nous recommandons cette maison située au coeur d'une très belle région où il y a plein de choses à découvrir, à visiter.

nous avons passé un très bon séjour. le lieu agréable, bien situé (20mm aéroport et 20mm pont eiffel...) logement bien adapté au PMR. nous avons été très bien accès la maison est comme sur les photos et très propre. la literie est très bien. manuel est très réactif si besoin. nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir . merci

Endroit magnifique avec une très grande propriété. 30 minutes de Porto. Extérieur très fleuri, beaucoup de terrain pour faire du sport, foot, basket, badminton, place de jeux etc… Chambres spacieuses, lits propres et agréables. Grande piscine (Attention pourtour bois délabré à refaire mais prévu selon l hôte) Hôte très accueillant et disponible si besoin. Assez présent sur place mais prévient avant de passer. On conseille vivement

Die angebotene Wohnung ist für 6 Erwachsene sehr gut geeignet. Die Beschreibung entspricht im Großen und Ganzen der örtlichen Verhältnisse. Die Wohnung liegt relativ weit außerhalb des Zentrums in einem gewachsenen Viertel. Sehr ruhig und sehr hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Nebenan eine Kooperative als Stadtteilzentrum. Toll! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, allerdings hatte das innenliegende Bad einen eigenen Geruch. In der Küche waren alle notwendigen Dinge vorhanden. Ein größerer Topf wäre sehr hilfreich. Die Kaffeemaschine (DeltaQ) war nicht dicht. Nicht ausreichend war die Anzahl der Handtücher und auch die Bettwäsche war nicht ausreichend. Das wurde aber nachgeliefert. Die Therme war ständig auf Störung und musste dann neu gestartet werden. So hatten wir die ersten beiden Tage kein warmes Wasser. Aber dennoch eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Mit ein wenig Liebe und Nachdenken ist es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Porto und Umgebung.

Éramos un grupo de 10 amigos y la casa superó las expectativas en todos los aspectos. A escasos diez minutos del centro turístico en coche la zona es muy tranquila y el alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para un viaje de amigos. La piscina climatizada es claramente una de las joyas de la casa, pero las estancias también son espaciosas y muy cómodas. El trato con Pedro fue muy sencillo y todo fueron facilidades; En definitiva, si quieres un sitio para hospedarte unos días en Oporto y aprovechar no solo la ciudad sino también la comodidad de un gran alojamiento no lo dudes

Our stay was great, the apartment had just been renovated recently so the decor and finishes were all new and looked nice. The apartment is in a great location, very walkable to everything. Would recommend to anyone visiting Porto for a few days.

Lovely apartment. Very well equipped and clean. Very spacious for a large party. Excellent location, close to Porto’s attractions. Ricardo was very helpful, organising airport transfers, early check in and late check out. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay - located close to the centre, but not noisy. Nice big apartment The hosting was super helpful, very responsive and friendly, gave us lots of tips of nearby things to do. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed exploring Porto. So much history. We didn’t need our vehicle as we were able to walk everywhere. Luis had great recommendations for places to see and eat at. Luis spoke English very well so we found communication easy. Very spacious accommodation and we felt very safe. Luis recommended Pingo Doce grocery market about a 7 minute walk. Found it very clean and all we needed for our stay. My husband and I would definately return to Luis’s place overlooking the Duoro River. Beautiful.

Comfortable apartment with all the basics plus a washer and dryer—much needed after 10 days of travel! Short walk to beach and metro stop. Lidl and Continente close by as well as many small markets. We enjoyed exploring Matosinhos and trying local restaurants and pastelarias. Some great little museums too. Fernando was a kind and patient host who made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this AirBnb stay.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean unit. Nice crockery and good cooking facilities. Air-conditioning to keep comfortable. Close to Campanha train stn but uphill. Can walk down town if you wish on about 20 mins or take Uber usually less than 4 - 5 euro depending on time of day. Lidl supermarket is close by as is a couple restaurants either up or down hill.

Great location and host was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend!
