Very enjoyable stay in a gorgeous picture postcard setting of a street! Nice, quiet, residential neighbourhood. Perfect for those who don’t want the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam but want an easy commute in. VERY accurate distances given by Hanneke! Easy and pleasant 20 minute cycle to a free ferry that gets you right in! Couldn’t have had a better stay!! Perfect for quiet younger groups, families and capable cyclists :) Heads up for Amsterdam goers, cycle lanes can be super busy and a little scary! So the more experience cycling, the better!!

I stayed for a month, and the apartment was great. It was so lovely to sit at the open windows overlooking the canal, the bed was very comfortable, I had everything I needed, and it's a short bike ride to anywhere. The tour of the upstairs was fascinating! Good to know: Part of the beauty of this place is that it's near the center, in the old section. That means there are canals everywhere, it has tons of character and history, and it's easy to get anywhere on foot or by bike. It also means that it is near a touristy area. Don't let that stop you! I don't like the hordes of tourists at all, but I was happy here. I simply rode a few blocks away at the busiest times to escape. And Herengracht itself in front of the building isn't crowded. Sure, canal tour boats glide by, but they're fun to watch. The couch is comfy, the chairs are less so, but two people can enjoy the couch. The kitchen is a little bit worn, but it was clean and served my purposes (I did not cook). I would return!

We had an absolutely marvellous stay at Martijn's place. It was a stunning property, with all of the amenities, close walking distance to beautiful canals and coffee spots, with a tram stop right around the corner. The highlight of the stay was their gorgeous fluffy boy, Coen, who was a sweet and squishy feline we were more than happy to share the space with. Would highly recommend.

Our family had a perfect stay. House was beautiful, close to the city by ferry, restaurants on the waterfront and we even got in a swim just 10mins walk from the house. Was great to be able to use the bikes too. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms modern and clean with great showers.

Muy buenos anfitriones, tanto Hanneke como Bart. Fuimos en família y nos hicieron sentir como en casa des del primer momento, siempre atentos y con ganas de ayudar. Por lo que respeta a la casa, es tal y como la imaginábamos gracias a las fotos, y la pareja de huéspedes nos puso muy fácil su uso. Ubicada en un barrio tranquilo, es un pueblito hermoso por el que pasear. Está alejado de Amsterdam, pero si se compra el Amsterdam regional ticket, está bien comunicado con bus y tren. Gracias por abrirnos las puertas, família! Repetiríamos seguro!

Tamira is a super host. She was very helpful from check-in to check-out. She took care of us and checked up on us everyday. The pictures do not do the house justice. The house is extremely comfortable and we did not require anything as Tamira had everything set for our stay. As for location, it's less than a minute from the tram that takes you to central station. I highly recommend staying there and my friends and I would definitely stay there again.

Un très agréable voyage à Amsterdam pour notre famille et notamment grâce à une très agréable et paisible maison de charme, bien pensé pour les familles. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé, les enfants jouent devant les maisons dans la rue avec très peu de passages de véhicules du côté jardin. Le jardin justement permet de manger et jouer à l'extérieur, le grand salon permet de se retrouver dans un coin plus cosy, les chambres sont spacieuses et pleine de vie. La salle de bain avec douche et baignoire est un plus !! La maison est à moins de 10 minutes à pieds (avec poussette) du métro en passant par la voie piétonne bordant les canaux, les transports en communs sont un plaisir de part la propreté et l'accessibilité ! L'hôte, Winston, nous à donné des indications très claires pour l'accès au logement et pour notre installation. Il est disponible très rapidement et répond à toutes nos questions. Merci Winston et sa famille !!! je recommande vivement ce logement !

We really enjoyed our stay at Alina and Tony's home. We were traveling with our 14 month old so it was great to have a crib, high chair and toys for her to play with. The house was super spacious and comfortable and it was beautiful to stay next to the canal! Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is the perfect space for a family. We wanted to see Amsterdam but not be on top of Amsterdam and this is just right. The bus stop is so close and it can take you the whole way into Central Amsterdam. Peaceful, green surroundings and a quaint walkable coffee shop . Their home also has a cat named George, who made us feel most welcome. Communication is great & checkin is breezy . Highly recommend this space.

Our family of three enjoyed the property for 2 weeks in Amsterdam. Sanders’s home is comfortable, well appointed and a great location. Very walkable, in the center of lots to do but a quiet spot away from the crowds. It was steps away from the tram which is a straight shot to Dam square and the Jordaan district. The weather was great during our stay so the patio was wonderful in the mornings, and the air conditioning was welcome during the warm days. Check in and check out was super easy and Sanders was a great host always quick to respond. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful time at William and Christa property. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Christa was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process and check-in a breeze. We especially enjoyed the beautiful front yard and backyard garden and peaceful neighborhood. This was a great stay in Amsterdam. The home is spacious and felt like we were at home. Very close to the 14 tram that can easily get you anywhere in the city via Centraal! The neighborhood was nice and there are very good cafe and restaurant options right around the corner. Highly recommend this stay.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It’s in a very quiet area but close to trams for a short trip into the city center. Barbara’s communication was excellent! She was quick to respond and answered so many questions for us. She also went above and beyond by finding a travel cot for our son. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

We stayed at Florine’s place with our four month old baby and it was the perfect set up. Florine was so responsive and helpful with recommendations and made sure we had every thing we needed for the baby. The apartment was super clean and lovely - I’d say it was better than the photos. The area was quieter and a bit more removed from the more touristy parts of the city and we felt like we got a taste of normal life in Amsterdam.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Haarlem! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near all the major attractions. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. We felt very welcome and at home during our stay. The neighborhood was charming and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. We only have positive emotions from our experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Haarlem. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We have been to Utrecht several times. This was one of our favorite AirBnbs. We would return in a heartbeat. Enjoyed being along the canal. The apartment is actually much more quaint and attractive in person than what the photos indicate. There is a bit of a walk to the center of the historic district but quite manageable and enjoyable.

We really loved our stay at Ilaria’s place! The house is gorgeous, the location very convenient and the host is extremely helpful and understanding. We stayed here as a family and the kids were also allowed to play with some of the family’s toys, which they really loved. Would highly recommend!

Tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend in der schönen Stadt Hoorn. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und ist super gepflegt, sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt durch die freundliche persönliche Begrüßung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
