The apartment was very nice, very quiet complex, never even heard a neighbor or anything. the only noise was late at night on the weekend cars speeding or doing donuts in the parking lot right outside the window. Pool was very nice with chairs to tan. beds were very big and comfortable and sheets stayed cool which was nice. multiple restaurants and fast food writhing walking distance as well as a publix. overall a great stay and we will be back!

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Though our stay was short, it was thoroughly enjoyed! Not only did we love the cleanliness, the setup and view, our kids did as well! Very close to many things, walking distance actually. Will definitely book again!

Cute cottage in a nice town. The cottage was very clean and had everything you would need during your stay. The hosts were very nice and responded quickly. The town had some nice restaurants, was walkable, had a super cool playground, and felt really safe. Would 100% stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Daniel’s place in a beautiful location with marina views and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Bathrooms were small, but having two was a bonus with this spacious one-bedroom unit. Daniel was very prompt with answering questions and providing instructions for accessing this gated property.

Great stay, in a clean, comfortable condo, with fantastic hosts. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the setting was quiet and peaceful. Would come back again.

Great place to stay in Seabrook Island! The space was perfect for my friend and I to stay for a weekend marathon in nearby Kiawah Island. The home is close to shopping and restaurants, but has a fantastic marsh view from the screened in porch and back of the home. Very peaceful! We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable in the space. Would recommend!

This was a perfect location to walk to everything in Historical Charleston. The place was very pretty and clean. The only draw back was the climb to the 3 rd floor, but was only a little challenging if you brought a ton of stuff, which we did, and had to make many trips up the stairs to get things in. 😳😂 The stairs would not keep me from renting it again because the location was perfect! We walked to practically everywhere.

We absolutely loved waking up to the beyond beautiful views over the sand dunes and out across the water!! Private, secure location with great amenities and lots of charm! The back porch and private locked entry out to the walkway to beach was an added pleasant surprise. We look forward to a return visit!!

The location is the best part about this property!! It's above a business at the end of the main street of Park Circle. We could easily walk to restaurants, coffee shop and shopping, but it was quiet too. There's a driveway behind it with parking for two cars. It was nicely furnished, clean and met all of our expectations. We would stay here again.

We spent a peaceful weekend here. The beautiful surroundings and bikes to use were some of our favorite things. Wonderful home and amazing area of SC! Would highly recommend!

1314 is a beautiful spot to spend time at - can’t be closer to the beach and the walk on it is most peaceful. Super appreciative of the dog friendly policy & like minded dog loving folks that we met out there on the beach. Just a special place, we greatly appreciated our time there and aim to return.

Such a beautiful place with easy access to both pool and beach. This was the perfect home base for a relaxing visit. And also so close to Charleston. Perry is an excellent host.

Karen’s place was exactly as the pictures showed and what was described. My group and I had a lovely stay and would definitely go back again. Karen was proactive and sent out all the information we needed in advance and responded quickly and accurately to my questions!

We had a great time in Charleston! The house was pretty central to everything we needed and only a 10 minute trip from the airport. Joshua was helpful and communicative and answered every question we had! The house was clean, looked like the photos and even had some extra things that we didn’t think of. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and just as described! We had a group of 6 adults and all had plenty of space. Host is kind and quick to respond. Instructions were clear for check in and check out. Would definitely consider staying in the home again and working with this host again!

Kyle and Alexis really blew us out of the water with everything. They are truly kindhearted, honest, incredible people. They spent time with us around the fire when we asked them to, and it was an honor. The kitchen was spotless. This is something I always check and have never found a place this clean. Even the pots and pans were super clean. Nothing smelled. We had everything we could need. The house is definitely a place I would highly recommend to anyone. There were restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. They were so helpful, and so quick to reply to any questions we had. There is actually nothing negative I have to say about our stay. The fact that the house was baby proofed and there were plenty of things for our kids to play with were a huge bonus!! Book your stay here. You won’t regret it.

Very nice and convenient place, with a helpful host. Clean, airy, and it looks just like the photos. We had a very minor plumbing issue, as all places can have, and they were right on it. I would happily return.
