Lovely home in Acoaxet with great water views and an excellent host.

The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

This place was so lovely! My mom and I had a lovely calm, relaxing vacation here! We cooked and ordered in and watched the boats on the water and took out the paddle board! Super easy to get it in the water and it was calm and easy to paddle up and down the river. I even saw a young sea turtle which was unbelievably special! Our host was communicative and accommodating and had great recommendations! I was able to walk to a local coffee shop that was excellent and very cute and another close by that have fun bubble teas and great breakfast food. Highly recommend!

Bill's place was pristine and just as described in the pictures. He was very responsive and accommodating; even suggesting places to see and hand-picked restaurants ! How thoughtful. Wonderful host !

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Our second stay at Angela’s. This Airbnb never disappoints. A private and relaxing oasis. The cabin is comfortable and well maintained. Quality hosts that make you feel at home. The sauna was clean and always ready to go. Five star Airbnb. Looking forward to our next stay.

For a winter stay, it was a bit more expensive than I would have expected being that the area is much more summer friendly. Many restaurants are seasonal and closed and it obviously didn’t lend to any waterfront activities. Heat was noticeably different from upstairs to down, as a number of guests have noted. In all, it served its purpose, is very pet friendly especially with the nearly fully fenced in backyard.

I stayed here over the holidays and truly appreciated the owner’s honesty about what to expect, which helped me feel confident in my choice. The space is small but incredibly charming and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom that provide all the essentials. The yard was a great bonus for walking my dogs, and the owner’s family struck the perfect balance between respecting privacy and being attentive when needed. This cozy, pet-friendly spot offers excellent value, and I would definitely recommend it!

Me and my family spent the weekend at Poseidon’s Palace and it was a great time. Upon check-in, Alex was very communicative and was able to answer any questions I had. The house was very clean - fresh linens, towels, and wonderful kitchen fully equipped for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The house had lots of room for everyone, with lots to do for all ages. We traveled with 3 kids ages 10 months - 6 years old, and it was so nice to have comfortable rooms for everyone. Of course, the pool was the main attraction of the house. The sauna was definitely an added bonus. Not to mention the incredible beach view. Overall, it was a wonderful house perfect for a staycation with lots of great food options nearby. We loved it! The only thing I’d mention is that the pool area and pool temp were a little cold for some of us - it would have been nice for that area to be a little warmer. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful house with a great host - thanks Alex!

We like this resort very much.

Home is pristine with beautiful views of the Ocean and surrounding area. Owner has thought of everything! Bed linens, bath and beach towels all provided. Loved the open floor plan on second floor for ALL of our family to enjoy. Even offers a tucked away lil den in case someone needed a moment to themselves for a call, convo or nap. Kitchen is large and well laid out for entertaining. All cookware and cutlery at your fingertips. We appreciated the pantry having a great offering of spices too. Bedrooms are thoughtful, comfortable and offer privacy and retreat. We were very appreciative of the multiple bathrooms. After a solid run, pool was a great cool off. Morning coffee on the deck with a cozy chair was welcomed too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would HIGHLY recommend!

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Gary’s place was beautiful and serene. It was perfect for all us friends to gather together . There was everything we needed and the views made the trip a relaxing couple of days away. It was also in the middle of so many things , Newport/ Boston / Cale Cod. Gary was an exceptional host and was always responsive.

the home is a beautiful cottage with lots of updates. amazing view of the water, easy access from the house and use of a variety of surfboards, paddle boat.

Christine's place is a hidden gem. It is beautiful, modern and clean with waterfront views. The water and beach are just a few steps from the back door. You can have your coffee with the most spectacular view and see a few swans swimming in the water! The neighborhood is quite and private which adds to it's charm. It was a great place to stay for a weekend visiting Newport, with it only being a short drive away - I would return in a heartbeat! I did reach out to Christine during my trip and she responded within a minutes time. Overall a wonderful and charming place to stay. If you need a sign to book this beautiful home, here it is. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home! This was our first time staying in a house instead of a hotel and we were not disappointed! House is clean and comes with everything you could possibly need! Brenda is so nice! Would definitely stay here again!

This was a lovely, cozy home with lots of amenities. (Le Creuset pots and a nicely stocked kitchen for those who love to cook!) Gorgeous views of the water. Secluded and quiet. Very nice linens, two washer/dryers, and a great outdoor area. Lisel was very helpful and responsive about questions (including our curiosity about a painting in the living room). The bathroom upstairs leaked when we showered — perhaps the only downside.

Pamela’s house was very clean and the location is great! Literally within walking distance to the beach. Check in and check out was easy. Pamela was responsive during the booking period. Since the house was well stocked and check in was easy, we didn’t need to reach out during the stay. Would recommend Pamela’s house to friends!

This is a great house! We had more than enough space for the 3 generations of our family. It was wonderful to have the split bedrooms (2 on each side of the house), the two living rooms AND the basement so people could have their space or come together. There were so many toys for the kids, plus great spots for hide and seek! The beach was a short walk away through a very walkable neighborhood. The house was super well stocked in every room (even really nice body wash, shampoo, and great toilet paper!) Leonard was very quick at replying when we had any issues. Barrington was a fun town and there were lots of kid friendly adventures in the providence area despite the freezing weather. We had a wonderful time and are so thankful to Leonard to sharing his space with us!
