The house is a great stay and the host is fantastic! Kristen is very responsive, helpful, and even offered to extend our stay at a reduced rate. The house is right on the water with an amazing dock. The community is gated and has great amenities--we enjoyed the playground and the hiking trails. Definitely beats any hotel in the area!

Our family of four absolutely LOVED this lake house!!! The MULTIPLE outdoor lounging areas were delightful! We enjoyed dinner in the screened in patio, many many many dips in the hot tub, reading on the swing, sunbathing on the lawn, s'mores on the dock, and water adventures every day! The beds were all extremely comfortable and the rooms were incredibly dark with the blinds drawn. Our teenagers loved that and slept in every day. We also appreciated having plenty of TP, paper towels, and laundry detergent for our stay! Our family suggests: - eating at the DIVE bar and grille - playing "count the deer" if driving at dusk 🤣 {our high score was 29} - s'mores on the dock at night! Thanks for the great stay Brian {and Dena}! If we're ever back in the area, we'll definitely re-book! PRO TIP: If you forget something, drive in to town to get it instead of using Amazon. They don't deliver to the property and it becomes a whole ordeal. 🫠 Save yourself the hassle.

This house was perfect for our family over Thanksgiving weekend. It was was clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with multiple neighborhood amenities and the view from the back porch over the lake is stunning - especially if you catch the sunrise. Quick and easy communication with Mike. Although we spent much of our time visiting family, we truly appreciated how welcoming and well-equipped the home was. The multiple grills made it easy to enjoy cooking out, and the upstairs area is perfect for kids to play and have their own space. One of our favorite spots was the upper deck, where we could relax and take in the beautiful lake view. Everything about the home—from the modern touches to the peaceful surroundings—made our stay memorable. We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Kyle and Ashley’s beautiful lake house. The location was peaceful and private and their home was amazing. Our hosts were responded quickly to any questions and proactively let us know of a potential concern before our arrival. We hope to return to the lake house soon! It was great!

We loved the cabin! It was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely bring a different vehicle next time, had a little bit of a hard time maneuvering on the mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Steep downhill and inclines. Highly recommend!! We shared this amazing space with two other family friends. We had 10 children traveling with us and wanted a place to vacate where we didn’t have to leave and entertain the children. This place was perfection! Of course the heated pool was their favorite amenity. There were games TVs, kayaks and so many varied spaces where they could spread out and do what they each enjoyed doing. The two kitchens was a huge bonus with so many kids. This has to be the absolute most well stocked Airbnb I have ever stayed in. There really wasn’t anything they didn’t think of. We had a grocery order delivered from Walmart and never left! The location itself was breathtaking. The lakefront view was such a beautiful sight. This was the first time any of us had stayed in this area, but we all agreed we would love to return. There were a couple of things that came up during our stay, just as it most likely would at our own homes, and the hosts were super quick to respond.

The Estes home was immaculate and was everything they said it was. We celebrated Thanksgiving with family and couldn’t have had a better stay. Scott was super helpful and very accommodating. 5 stars across the board.

A wonderful private getaway tucked away in the mountains right on the lake. Everything you see on the images pretty accurately reflects what you're going to be seeing and expecting at the Luxurious Lake Arrowhead cabin. The drive was a unique one, being an automotive enthusiast the mountainous terrain for the drive in and out of the cabin is a blast. Tyler was an awesome host, kept things very easy for the stay. If you're looking for a fun or quiet getaway, this location can support both with plenty of bedding for a small group to have a wonderful stay.

We had a great time in the riverside cottage. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable, the fireplace made cool evening cozy and the kitchen was nice. We loved sitting in the sunroom listening to the water.

Peaceful... gorgeous surroundings.. a home away from home. Great place for writers or anyone looking to decompress, to think or just stay in the area a few days. I kept extending my visit because of the place, but also the people. Hard to describe just how much I love this place... so sad to leave but made a promise to myself and Dixie that I will return! I miss the farm and all of them already!!

Wonderful place to stay! Came here for the second time with my two teenage kids. Suzanne, our host, was extremely responsive and friendly over the messages. Felt right at home! The place is cozy, comfortable, and has all the amenities we need. It is wonderful to wake up and see the view of the lake. Then having a quiet canoe ride before sunset completely sealed the deal. I highly recommend staying here!

A group of us stayed at this location for a wedding. Josh hosted us and helped us with any needs we had and he was great! The property was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay! It was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was adorable and we felt right at home. We hiked the trails on the property and went fishing a few times. My husband and daughter took the canoe out on the water to fish as well. We also went the Discovery Museum and the Aquarium in Chattanooga one day, both were great! We ate at a local bbq spot in Trenton called Thatchers, it was delicious! During our downtime we played games and watched movies in the cabin. We wanted a nice relaxing week with lots of family time and that’s exactly what we got!
