Had a great stay for a couple nights! Apartment was plenty spacious, clean, and had a great cafe a 2 min walk away

i had a couple of my employees stay here for over a month and everything worked well. I would totally recommend to stay here, They went above and beyond.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Everything was clean and exactly as described. The space was super cozy, and we LOVED the location - so convenient to some of our favorite restaurants in downtown Littleton and Bethlehem. Also a very easy drive to Loon so that I could ski during the day! The private entrance and private fenced-in yard were bonuses - our 2 labs loved having the freedom to run around and explore! Stephen was very responsive and helpful. We will be back!

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

This is a wonderful little apartment! We have had family stay here twice, since we are right down the street, and it's perfect. Clean, warm and toasty in the winter, everything in its place and a place for everything. Would absolutely have family stay here every time!

The apartment is beautiful and spacious. Quality appliances and well stocked kitchen. Well maintained and functioning hot tub was great after a day of skiing. We will be back.

We were remodeling our home and needed a place to stay for over a month and this place did not disappoint. The home is welcoming and super clean and neat. There were plenty of amenities for cooking and it was well stocked with paper products and a few toiletries as well as plenty of linens. It is so close to many great businesses and walkable to an excellent Gluten free bakery. The host was extremely kind and responsive to our needs- my son (7) said this home felt just like our own home. His favorite part was the “fancy fridge” that we could play music on and see different pictures according to the weather haha. Definitely a great place.

My family and I stayed at Michael and Naomi's home in Falmouth and we had a blast! Their home is lovely and comfortably fit 4 adults and a toddler. We visited in August and had a couple of sticky days and were so happy that they had AC units throughout the home. This allowed our toddler to nap and us to relax in comfort. Their kitchen was well stocked with various coffees, creamers and all the cookware we needed to make our meals. The home was a short walk away from Mackworth Island and a quick 5m drive to Portland. It made getting around so easy! Michael and Naomi were very responsive and flexible with our arrangements and we would absolutely stay in the future! We loved it.

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Rob and Nate’s place is excellent. We had a great stay. Rob and Nate are very communicative and provide clear instructions - we also appreciated the recommendations in their house manual. The apartment itself is very nice and looks as the photos show, and the backyard/garden was even nicer than pictured. We had a great stay and recommend it to all.

The place was exactly as described. It was super cute and cozy. Everything was tidy and in working order. The instructions for getting into the home were easy and had no issues. We did drive by when first looking for the home, but that's because it was dark outside, so not an issue from the instructions. It is on a busier road, but we knew that as we are familiar with the area. If you get nervous backing into parking spots, this home may not be for you because you do have to hurry to get out of the road for oncoming traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. The check-out list was also the shortest list I've encountered at any Airbnb I've stayed in, so that was a nice plus! It was an enjoyable vacation and would definitely rent again.

Great place can’t beat the location if you want to experience the town of Lincoln while on a ski trip. Pretty much every type of restaurant in walking distance I specifically recommend black mountain burger and el charro for Mexican food. Thank me he host for having us if the opportunity came to stay again I would love to.

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

This is our second time staying at Becky’s place and we will definitely be back. Everything was just as described. Check-in instructions were very clear and included pictures.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

Great location. Close drive to several ski areas as well as North Conway and summer attractions. Jared was an easygoing and responsive host. The condo was very neat and clean and had lots of amenities!

We had a great day! The place was perfect for our small group, and very convenient to the mountains for skiing. The condo had all the little things needed. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

This place is awesome. Clean and cozy. Feel right at home. Has everything you need for your stay. Most importantly, besides the location being ideal and close to everything - skiing, food, shops - the beds are soooo comfortable.
