Stunning home 70m from the beach

A wonderful 4 days away over Christmas, with family and dogs. The beach was within walking distance and it was a pleasure to go walking there with the family. We were there over. Christmas and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking our Christmas lunch. Esther was very welcoming and replied very promptly to the one question that we did have for her regarding the property. We would rent the property again, it was lovely and well equipped, but the best thing about t was the access to the beach. Thanks Esther

Beautiful cottage in Bosham. Warm and cosy, there was everything you could possibly need it exceeded our expectations. Thank you. Location is perfect able to walk from cottage and also several places to eat within walking distance

This house was lovely, perfect for a slightly larger group of people. The beach is two minutes away and there are pubs and restaurants in walking distance. Jade was so responsive and told us in advance about how to get enough hot water for all of the guests. Even over the new year she responded so quickly. We absolutely loved it

Great location, lovely outdoor space, very clean and welcoming. Nice personal touches in welcoming basket. Miles of beach to walk the dog. Check out rewild sauna on the beach!

Our stay was idyllic! the house is perfect, modern and homely feel. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. The views are stunning. The house is right on the beach so a great location. Local amenities was great, 2 minute walk to the local convenience and restaurants. We will definately rebook, thats a 1st for us, definately recommend this stay.

The accommodation has real personality and was very original in its design. Everything we needed was there and access was easy. I particularly liked being able to walk straight on to the lagoon from the property via the back gate. The owner was friendly and not intrusive. Loved the estuary and the birds. Thank you for a lovely break.

I loved this spot. If I come to Brighton again I would love to stay at Meghan’s. Accurate listing, very walkable, and very clean. She went above and beyond with champagne waiting for us. Hate to rate this one as it is a hidden gem, but she deserves it.

We had a couple of our contractors working in the area Rebekahs place was a good location for them and had everything they needed. Rebekha's communication was good and she sorted out an issue they had with hot water quickly.

The Holiday

We descended on Niall’s property for a book club weekend, after reading Northanger Abbey and wanting to visit Jane Austen’s house (approx 20min drive away). The house was so remote and peaceful, an expansive garden with beautiful views. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the living room was perfect for a comfy chat. We did have a few issues which were all speedily resolved by a friendly, proactive host. All in all, a fabulous weekend.

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

We had the most amazing stay at Eileen's property, Eileen was so kind and so accommodating to us and for that we are grateful, Myself and my children had a great time celebrating New Year's eve, so much to do they didn't want to come home! I had an amazing stay at Lisa’s place! From the moment I arrived, Lisa was incredibly welcoming, taking the time to show me around the entire house. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of having some groceries stocked for breakfast—it was exactly what I needed after a long journey. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep every night. Additionally, the beautiful countryside surroundings provided a peaceful retreat, and the property is conveniently located close to the Gatwick apartments. I highly recommend Lisa’s place for anyone looking for a relaxing and homely getaway!

What a beautiful get away for resetting from the busy London living life. Staying on the farm was incredible, I had the best time, it was the perfect get away for the weekend. The hot tub made it 10x better with stargazing at the evening sky. Such a beautiful hidden gem!
