Casa molto bella, ricca di storia ,ampi spazi, giardino grande e perfettamente attrezzato. Cucina grande e luogo perfetto per ritrovarsi con amici e parenti. Una bella esperienza.

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

The house is very secluded and private in a small cute village on the top of the hill. The view of the valley is beautiful and the village even has some world war history Ilaria can tell you about. The garden is beautiful and very well kept bij Ilaria. Unfortunately the weather was not great in our case but we could still enjoy it a bit (end of september). All in all we had a wonderful stay, thank you very much!

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Contexte ultra paisible et magnifique. Si vous n'avez pas peur d'être excentré, si vous recherchez une connexion avec la nature (sans craindre les insectes et de possiblement rencontrer des sangliers/chouettes and co) alors foncez! Nous y sommes allés en Octobre et la saison est parfaite pour de promener et ramasser des châtaignes.

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

La casa di Elisa è perfetta sotto più punti di vista. Esternamente lo spazio per il parcheggio dell'auto è ottimo e c'è un angolo giardino molto gradevole. Internamente la casa è pulitissima e ordinata. Dispone di tutto l'occorrente. Letto comodo. La location è ottima per la vicinanza dal centro (poco più di 2 km a piedi). Nei dintorni si trovano ristoranti, bar e un grande supermercato a poche centinaia di metri. Elisa è un host impeccabile: gentile e sempre disponibile a supportare con consigli. Istruzioni perfette per l'accesso a casa. In conclusione consiglio fortemente l'alloggio di Elisa e non escludo di tornarci in futuro.

Een geweldige tijd gehad

Il soggiorno e' stato perfetto. La casa e' molto bella e situata in una posizione tranquilla. L'ampio spazio esterno recintato l'ha resa una ottima soluzione per noi che viaggiamo con due cagnoloni. Host preciso e puntuale, insomma e' andato tutto molto bene. Grazie mille!

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, ausreichend für 4 Personen , ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss, Mann hat auch Privatsphäre wenn es 2 Pärchen sind . Alles sehr sauber, schönes Bad , schöne Bettwäsche und ein gutes Bett . Küche ist klein aber mit allem nötigen drin, haben wir gar nicht gebraucht ) das Wasser in Flaschen stand sogar für uns im Kühlschrank. Paola war stets erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben gute Restaurant Tipps bekommen, die waren alle toll . Besonderes hat uns bei der Tratoria „da me“ gefallen In den Stadt Kern geht Mann 7-10 min , alles Zufuss erreichbar und schnell zuhause nach dem langen Tag) Liebe Paola, vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir können die Wohnung sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Appartamento fornito di tutto quanto descritto, curato da persone disponibili e attente. Abbiamo trovato un appoggio ottimo per gestire i nostri giorni di soggiorno. Spazi belli, con un giardino che nella bella stagione diventa uno spazio meraviglioso in cui stare.

This was the perfect place to stay for our work trip to Bologna. We liked that it had two bathrooms and it was centrally located. We could easily walk to the train station where there was a taxi rank and links to local bus services. Although off a reasonably busy road, the house was an oasis of calm tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place was immaculately clean and warm. Pia and Marco couldn't be more helpful. They sent me a list of recommendations and always responded to any questions promptly. This was our first experience of Airbnb and we will definitely use it again and hope to return here.

Giacomo è stato da subito disponibile e amichevole. Le indicazioni che ci ha fornito per arrivare all’ alloggio erano molto precise. L’ alloggio è accogliente e pulito, e la zona estremamente tranquilla in quanto in cima alla collina. Il check-in è stato molto semplice. Eravamo in 4 adulti e siamo rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti.. due bagni fanno la differenza!

Appartamento accogliente, ben fornito e decisamente pulito! Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi (15 minuti circa) la stazione ferroviaria con treni che in pochi minuti riusciranno a portarvi in centro o da qualsivoglia altra parte! Host super disponibile e gentile, sempre presente per chiarire ogni dubbio. Decisamente consigliato! :)

Ormai torniamo tutti gli anni qui, ci sentiamo come a casa. I gestori sono molto disponibili, se lo chiedete vi faranno fare un giro nella fattoria a vedere gli animali, vi danno la possibilità di avere i gommoni se volete scivolare sulla neve e, nel caso aveste difficoltà con la macchina o problemi di ogni genere, sono incredibilmente disponibili. Vi consiglio di mangiare al ristorante sotto l'appartamento: cibi ottimi e genuini!

What a fabulous spot! We stayed at Maria’s apartment for a girls’ weekend in Bologna and found it to be everything we wanted! A spacious, clean and comfortable house surrounded by a courtyard for quiet and privacy but located right in the center. Everything is walkable in 10-15 minutes, the nightlife is right outside (but you can’t hear anything) and all the great restaurants and shops are around the corner. We had a fantastic time exploring Bologna knowing we have a great night’ sleep when we head back to the house. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s a real gem.

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.
