The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, perfekt sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht und von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf den See und die drei Inseln. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

I highly recommend you stay here if you are staying in Vitznau! The scenery is beautiful, the airbnb is peaceful & stocked with everything. The house is located a short distance up the mountain & the hosts give you descriptive directions on how to locate the property. Nicole & Lothar are the best hosts I’ve ever had on airbnb. They are very responsive, honest & give you a list of recommendations!

Es war wundervoll 🤩 Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in Mary und Marcos zuhause. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und so war es auch nicht schlimm, dass es während unseres Aufenthalts fast nur geregnet hat. Wir haben den Kamin angemacht und es war so gemütlich. Bei gutem Wetter ist die Aussicht einfach malerisch schön. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Alphaus an dem es an nichts fehlte, wen man ruhige und entspannte Ferien sucht, weg vom hektischem alltag, mit einer tollen lage, wen man Natur pur sucht. Beat ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, stehts mit einem sympatischen lächeln für einem da, als wir fragen hatten, oder Ihn kurz brauchten, war er sehr Hilfsbereit. Ich kann Ihn als Gastgeber und das Alphaus nur empfehlen, den wir hatten tolle Tage dort. Auch in seinem Familien Hoffladen bietet er tolle Produkte an, wie zum beispiel seinen eigenen Hoffkäse, bei dem wir gleich zweimal zuschlagen mussten. Tolles Haus, toller Gastgeber.

da wir voriges jahr bereits hier waren, kannten wir natürlich alles schon. für uns waren die paar tage wieder sehr erholsam und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. die wohnung ist zwar über 3 etagen verteilt aber das hat uns nicht gestört. auch dass kein fernseher vorhanden ist, können wir nur als vorteil sehen. mal weg vom alltag und dem ganzen luxuskram. es gibt genügend andere möglichkeiten im tessin. das ist luxus genug. vielen dank, gerne wieder.

Fabio is a great host, and provided accurate information at each step right from pre check-in until checkout, including local recommendations, itinerary etc. The house is exactly as described in the ad. It is very clean, and well maintained. It has very good heating with both gas heaters and air conditioning if needed. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment including a selection of coffee and tea. The balcony offers a good view of the mountains around. The parking space is very convenient just next to the house. The house is conveniently located in a calm surrounding and is a short walk to lakeside, pastries and restaurants. Menaggio is also close to the swiss border, so lake Lugano is just a half hour drive. Overall, Fabio has made sure that the house provides a great stay experience. Highly recommended.

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad. Accomodatie was tip top in orde. In het echt had het appartement zelfs meer te bieden dan op de foto’s. De badkamer heeft een perfect werkende douche die je op de foto bijvoorbeeld niet ziet. Salon is ruim. Schitterende eettafel. We hebben nog tegen elkaar gezegd, hier zou je perfect kunnen blijven wonen. Karin is altijd beschikbaar. De streek is fantastisch. Het beste van twee werelden. Het culinaire aspect van Italië en het wereldberoemde skidomein rond Zermatt. Gemakkelijk te bereiken vanuit Valtournenche. Kortom top op alle vlak. We komen zeker terug!

Wir haben eine Woche Skiferien in Nendaz gemacht. Das Appartement war perfekt. Unsere beiden Jungs und wir haben die Zeit geniessen können, denn die Wohnung hatte genügen Platz und war einfach und schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende bei Adrian! Die Wohnung war wunderschön & blitzblank sauber, der Whirlpool war perfekt und auch unser Hund wurde mit einem kleinen Spielzeug und Snack willkommen geheissen! Wir fühlten uns super wohl und alles war wie auf den Bildern! Adrian antwortete immer super schnell und war sehr hilfsbereit! Nur weiter zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder einmal!🥰

Thank you so much for this wonderful place. We felt right at home and really appreciated everything in this appartement: super clean, extremely well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was perfect. The bus stop was right in front of the house, it was so practical! We loved it and hope to come back soon.

Located in between Crans and Montana, Anne’s place is a very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with a beautiful view over the mountains. With a parking place in the building basement and a bus taking you to the gondola lift entrance in less than 5 minutes, the apartment makes a great base to enjoy the Crans-Montana ski slopes. All in all, a very enjoyable stay in a place I can only recommend.

مرحبا اولا وقبل كل شي اود شكر مارتن الذي كان رائعا معنا وكان ودودا وخدوما و كذلك كان متعاونا حيث لبى رغباتنا في اسرع من البرق ثانيا المكان بحد ذاته جميل لابعد حد إطلالة بانورامية على جبال ادلبودين الرائعة سعدنا حقا كل شي كما كان ف الصور وكذلك كل شي مثل ما توقعنا و اكثر من ذلك حقا سأعود حتما مرة اخرى انصح به بل وأصر عليه خذه وانت مغمض عيونك لان سوف تتعجب من جمال المعاملة و المكان شكرا مره اخرى مارتن انت الافضل 👍🏻👍🏻

Great place to stay, tucked away but easy walk everywhere in the city. Place was clean and check in was super easy. Just like the pictures stated. Host never responded to our question we sent him but we had no trouble checking ourselves in and out as the instructions were very clear. The kitchen was stocked if you wanted to stay in and cook. The place is cozy and the view of the Matterhorn is spectacular. The steps to get in the front door are steep, the bed in the bedroom is pushed against a wall so one person will have to climb over, lights in the bedroom need replaced (one little light). Overall it was just what we needed for an amazing weekend in Zermatt!!

De los mejores lugares que hemos visitado, la casa es más hermosa de lo que pareces es extraordinaria, las vistas son inolvidables, tienes que visitar este lugar, pasarás días increíbles. La casa es sumamente cómoda, muy amplia, la. O una es maravillosa, los baños son grandes y cómodos. La limpieza estaba muy estupenda. Los dueños son sumamente agradables el jacuzzi estaba delicioso amarás despertar en este lugar. El mejor lugar que pudimos elegir gracias gracias

Wunderschöne Umgebung, Postauto direkt vor der Haustüre. (So kann man das Auto stehen lassen.) Grosses Haus, voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Mit Skorpionen muss man rechnen:-) sehr schöner, grosser Aussenbereich. Mike war super freundlich, meldet sich sofort zurück. Absolut unkomplizierte Übergabe. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!

You won't get many better places in the world to wake up and open your doors to. It's spectacular. The lake appears quieter on this side. when put paddle boarding felt like you had the lake to yourself at times. Bellagio was in easy reach by car with lots of restaurants, take-aways and a couple of decent supermarkets. The public area by the water was used at the weekend but it didn't stop us doing anything.

Wir waren zu 8 in Francescas Unterkunft und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus lässt einen wie zu Hause fühlen und ist sehr gepflegt. auch Francesca war sehr hilfreich. Danke und bis bald :-)

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous apartment, we really enjoyed the private terrace and outdoor seating areas. The location is ideal for walking into the centre of the village or for taking ferries around the lake, and with a car was ideal for driving up into the hills. We particularly appreciated the more traditional decor which added to the character of the house and made our stay feel authentic. Thank you so much Roxana and family, we hope to visit again.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten, und die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Besonders die Zimmeraufteilung ist ideal für Gruppen, die nur aus Paaren bestehen. Dank der Rigi-Bahn waren die umliegenden Orte gut zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Der Austausch mit Yvonne war hervorragend – sie war stets hilfsbereit und ist uns in allem entgegengekommen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréables à la Casa Lavender. La maison est aussi magnifique que la vue qu’elle offre. Tout correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Le panorama sur le lac Majeur et les îles Borromées est à couper le souffle. Inutile d’allumer la télévision : on pourrait passer des heures à contempler ce spectacle. La maison est parfaitement équipée, jusqu’aux couteaux de cuisine, tranchants à souhait ! Tout fonctionne sans accroc, et malgré notre séjour en février, nous n’avons jamais eu froid. La région de Stresa regorge de trésors à découvrir, et grâce aux précieux conseils de Simon, notre hôte, nous avons pu en profiter pleinement. Son accueil chaleureux et ses recommandations nous ont été d’une grande aide. Un immense merci pour cette belle expérience !

What a fabulous property! We have just returned from a 6 night stay and loved our time there. The property is situated in a quiet location at the top of town. We enjoyed the walk up the steep hill each day - a great way to burn off dessert each evening. The house is beautifully presented with comfy beds and a powerful shower, not to mention a great view of the lake. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We only wish we could've stayed longer!
