Highly recommended. The location is secluded and beautiful with views of the valley and the charming Akhegani village a short walk away. Vikrant and team made this a very enjoyable stay for us. The food was excellent and customized as per our requests. The staff were super polite. There were a couple of glitches 1. the Wifi was having issues 2. the water ran out one of the mornings because some guest had apparently left a faucet running . The staff did what they could do to manage the situation so it was just a minor inconvenience. Will likely come back in the future .

We had a wonderful stay.. Place felt like a home very cozy and peaceful, Fresh and warm.. Sneha mam were very helpful and suresh the caretaker was very kind and amazing Thank-you for this wonderful experience..

It was a lovely house and the caretaker Chandrakant was very friendly. We were very comfortable and the location is lovely.

The place was good n peaceful, but slightly difficult to locate the place. There should have been room services everyday. Was easy to book, and caretakers were friendly. Road leading the villa should have been concrete atleast the vehicle wouldn't have been affected. Overall it was a good stay, me and my family enjoyed at the villa.

Aai bungalow was our last destination in the Konkan trip before we headed back to Pune. we stayed three nights here including New Year's, and found what we were looking for. place to relax, calm ourselves, ample space for our son to play cricket in, also the indoor games room was a big hit. our dog loved prancing about the huge property and I was relaxed that he wouldn't run away. Food in breakfast provided by Yogesh ji was delicious and ample. but the real gem is the village of Hedavi itself. very quiet, no loud music, very green, beach was a gem with no crowd and no trash (rare to find such a beach in Konkan now :( ) ..the vegetarian restaurants like Prasad Oak Ji's, and Joglekar's Swaad were both very very nice. the food was pure vegetarian , delicious, fantastic 😍...Hedavi was our find of the year and we would love to visit again soon.

this is awesome villa, we stay for 2 nights and it was awesome.very much relaxing. nice stay. very clean toilets and kitchen. food served on time

We were sceptical on the choice of place, but we're amazed by the level of hospitality. the people were really hospitable, and were really nice people. food tasted amazing, be it chicken curry or prawns, the cook knew how the pallet will like it. veg food was also great and a great cup of tea and coffee. the place is really nice, and allowed our pets to stay without any issues. they prepared chicken rice for our doggos and we all had a great time. amazing and peaceful place. loved it. will visit again for sure.

Stayed at Mangesh’s place for 2 days. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful from his home. We could see a mango orchard, the hills, and the beach all from his home. I think his home’s location is the best among all the neighborhoods. The beach is nearby. It’s not an isolated place; it’s more like a small society. A vegetable and fruit shop is also nearby. The society is on a steep hill (but this makes it a perfect location for sea and hill views). He recommended a nice auto driver, Yogesh, to us. We used Yogesh’s auto for the entire 2 days. The home is clean and spotless. There is also a canteen in the same location for food. And the most beautiful thing is that you can see both the hill and the sea from his home. I highly recommend it to every couple and family. We got into trouble with some local people, and Mangesh went out of his way to help us. We didn’t expect a host to help us that much! It’s definitely more than just an Airbnb for us.
