Madison has been an exemplary host, and the house was a great fit for 6 adults and 4 kids aged 4, 3, 1 and below 1. Even though we came for only a few days, I had lots of questions. Madison always responded promptly and helpfully. The host went beyond the call of duty by checking with cleaners when house became available, and facilitating an earlier check-in. That was greatly appreciated by our party. The house layout with bedrooms on two floors was perfect for us, where some kids who wake up real early slept on one floor, and others who wake up later are on another floor. Huge dinner table that could fit us all. Lack of clutter that let the energetic kids move around freely. Three bathrooms conveniently located, one on each floor. The availability of good quality, foldable beach chairs and a beach umbrella were a huge plus. The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed walking, jogging or pushing strollers.

We had such a great family vacation in Narragansett! Laura was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend her home!

Beautiful location with great views while sitting by fire pit or even from inside house. Split level allows for some alternative sleeping arrangements which worked great for us. A home away from home for our 2024 family Christmas! We came together from Florida, Georgia, and Montana to see and celebrate with our newly transplanted Rhode Island family and Kenneth’s home was perfect for us! Kenneth was very responsive and very kind; flexible, too. He went out of his way on more than one occasion to help. There was plenty of room for everyone. We even cooked Christmas dinner in the kitchen! The quiet upstairs was ideal for our infant granddaughter at nap time. The location could not have been more perfect for our purposes.

Darryl was very accommodating, and was very communicative before and during our stay. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself!

The place was great and very centrally located! Perfect for my short stay in Newport! It was a little small if you have more than 2 people, but for the price was great. Would definitely stay here again :)

We enjoyed our stay at Brandon’s place ! From the goodies he left us to all the local recommendations and check-in’s to make sure we were okay or if we needed anything, Brandon really goes out of his way to make sure his guests have an enjoyable experience. The apartment itself is soooo close to shops and restaurants and the Mansions and the bed was soooo comfortable ! Would definitely come back in the warmer weather months to check out Newport in a different light and stay at Brandon’s again!

We loved Paul's place as it was very accessible to Thames street. Plus it was able to accomodate my big family. It was also nice that there is parking space available as it is difficult to find a parking in Newport. Paul responded very quickly too when we encountered a power outlet issue in one of the bedroom. We enjoyed our stay and had made my family's first trip to Newport a great one. Thank YOU!

Newport is always a great place for a weekend getaway. Pelham was super cozy on a pretty busy street and managed to keep it very quiet in the building. Owner was very responsive and didn’t have any issues. Would gladly stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. Walkable distance to the beach and nearby shops. Great hosts and very helpful with the recommendations. We are considering to come back and recomend it to our friends.

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Great space, close walk to all the places we needed to go. Loved the open layout of the kitchen and living room areas, awesome to lounge around during our downtimes. Bathrooms fit our needs and beds were comfortable. Nice and thoughtful amenities such as the Dove body soap and toothpaste. TV cable was much appreciated as well as the electric piano! Thanks for a great stay, would book again.
