Caya Villa is exactly as pictured in the listing photos. Highly recommend if you prefer your own space. Brandy was our manger, and she was phenomenal. Super swift response time to all questions and inquiries. Pros: Extremely clean, Beautiful Modern Home, Nice Amenities, Clean Pool. Never experienced an issue with bugs, noise, or a concern for safety. I have zero complaints. If there is any con it is that there is no direct walking path to the beach. But everything is a 5–10 minute drive away. Rented a car which made my trip go by seamlessly.

Robin and Donna are excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to exceed our expectations! The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is exactly what we where looking for only a 2 min drive from Grace Bay beach and the city center, with the infamous CoCo Bistro restaurant right around the corner from our villa. Robins Villa is beautifully laid out, very spacious and immaculately clean with a detailed decorative touch in every room to make it feel all the more warm and welcoming. Thanks guys for everything!!! We had an amazing stay and hope to see you again soon!

Shirlett was very responsive and got us out of a bind when we had no place to stay with 2 young children after a cancelled flight at 9:30pm. We’re eternally grateful for her and her kindness and her place. The place was comfortable and clean.

Great place for a reasonable price. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and the beach. It’s worth renting a car and the parking was easy. Highly recommend for two couples wanting a nice vacation getaway that doesn’t break the bank! Highly recommend and would stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation rental. The location is absolutely perfect, just minutes away from the beach, shopping, and dining. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and the beautiful views of the canal. The host was also fantastic, providing us with helpful tips on local attractions and restaurants, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this beach rental to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to return!

We had a great weekend at Talisha’s place. It’s a home away from home feels. Her place is such a relaxing, quiet and very private home. Kitchen is fully equipped, bathrooms are spacious with unlimited towels, bedrooms are big with good linens. Talisha is such a lovely host. She respond so fast in every single queries that we have. She is very much concern of our convenience. We will definitely recommend to our other friends and will surely come back to this place.

Rachel and Gaby are excellent hosts. Although it can be a little difficult to find the house, when you do so, you’re rewarded by a truly unique Airbnb experience. The house comes with several friendly dogs, chickens, and a donkey named “Mango” - all of whom are ready and eager to welcome you to North Caicos. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much and would return.

Tony was one of the BEST HOSTS ever! Check in was easy and the location was amazing! We were literally 6-7 mins from everything & maybe 10-15 mins from the airport. He made us feel right at home, and even have complimentary snacks, water, fruits and beverages upon arrival. He recommended tons of places for us to enjoy & they were all 10/10! He even got us situated with a rental car with a discount & invited us to dinner at one of the best restaurants in the island! I would definitely recommend & return anytime I am here! 10/10!

A beautiful condo in a great location! If you’re looking to get away from the busy Grace Bay Area, this location in Turtle Cove is great fit. Only a walk away from great restaurants like Shark Bite. And an easy drive to anywhere else on the island. The place was clean, reasonably priced, and had all the amenities you need like a full kitchen, pool, and gym.

It was our first time traveling to Turks and we needed to find a place to stay at the last minute. The priced offered peaked our interest, but we were skeptical as the apartment looked to good to be true. To our delight, it was exactly like the photos. Spacious master bedroom and spare room, neat living room space, balcony view overlooking the pool and jacuzzi and providing a view of the ocean as well. No complaints, and if I had any issue, there was an on-site handyman that Umer communicated our concerns, who was swift to action or requests.

Mary & Regina were a pleasure to rent with. Very attentive & helpful with anything we needed. We were even greeted with complimentary rum punches! Mary checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable. Plenty of lounge chairs and small tables to relax on a fantastic beach, shared with only a few other friendly condo dwellers. Gorgeous view from both the upper level and lower level. Everything you need is there - from beach towels, hand and dish soap, basic seasonings to plenty of parking and an outdoor shower. Book now - just save a week for me!
