Très bon séjour. Le logement correspond aux photos. Les points positifs: accueil et disponibilité des hôtes. Ils sont réactifs. La localisation offre une vue sur la mer. La piscine et la climatisation sont agréables surtout en été. La literie est confortable dans toutes les chambres. Des serviettes sont à disposition. Les espaces extérieurs sont fabuleux: piscine, coin repas avec le barbecue et la cuisine d'été, salon extérieur. Les enfants apprécieront la balançoire, ainsi que la caisse de jeu et les jeux de piscine. Point négatif: proximité de la gare. Les trains bien que peu réguliers sont bruyants, mais ca ne gêne pas la nuit. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Familjens vistelse på Villa Lucis var helt fantastisk, och vår värd Žeki gjorde verkligen upplevelsen extra speciell. Från första stund möttes vi av ett varmt och personligt bemötande. Žeki är en otroligt engagerad och omtänksam värd som såg till att vi hade allt vi behövde för en perfekt semester. Villan är fantastisk – rymlig, elegant och med alla bekvämligheter man kan önska sig. Rummen var smakfullt inredda och erbjöd gott om utrymme för både avkoppling och samvaro. Barnen älskade att utforska de olika utrymmena, medan vi vuxna njöt av de små detaljerna som gav en känsla av lyx. Utomhusområdet var en riktig höjdpunkt för hela familjen. Poolen var ren och inbjudande – perfekt för både lek och avkoppling. Trädgården erbjöd en lugn och vacker miljö, och vi njöt av att äta middag tillsammans ute medan vi beundrade den fantastiska utsikten. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Villa Lucis till andra familjer som söker en minnesvärd semester. Vi ser fram emot att återvända i framtiden!

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft in einer privaten Region ohne direkte Nachbarn. Sowohl Innen- als auch Außenbereich sehr schön gestaltet. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und kommunikativ gibt auch Empfehlungen für die Region. Alles im allem eine tolle Unterkunft.

Het beste verblijf waar ik ooit ben geweest, prachtig uitzicht, prive geen storende buren of andersom, heerlijk zwembad pooltafel, het huis bijna te goed omdat je er niet weg wilde zo lekker. Verder niet in de beschrijving aangegeven maar geweldig vriendelijke ezel die van appeltjes houdt en heerlijk geaaid wil worden. Mago (de ezel) zijn we helemaal bevriend mee geworden en elke keer als we weg gingen bij het huis kwam hij ons gedag zeggen. Enige min puntje is de laatse 300 meter is onverharde weg maar dat maakt helemaal niks uit nadat je op zo’n prachtige plek terug komt. Ik kom volgend jaar weer!!

Great apartment and beautiful private olive tree garden giving plenty of shade around the pool and jacuzzi. Nice big table on the veranda to sit for lunch/dinner out of the sun. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and bakery, then another few minutes further to get down to the sea. Small beaches but places to get drinks, ice cream and a few restaurants on the way. We only discover Kaštel Stari & Kaštel Novi on our last evening, but they are definitely worth a visit for an evening stroll with more atmosphere and lots of restaurants along the seafront. It’s just 7€ in an Uber to get there if too far to walk. We found Ubers were best way of getting about if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a bus stop at end of the road & train station in other direction. We had a lovely holiday & Croatia is stunning! Definitely visit Trogir (mini version of Split) and other islands

Alles war super! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir wurden mit einer kleinen Willkommens-Platte und ein paar Weinflaschen empfangen. Mit Petar (einem Angestellten von Ivan) hatten wir einen sehr guten Kontakt. Wir waren sogar mit Ihm am Strand Kaffee trinken. Der Gastgeber hat ein Restaurant an der Promenade in Trogir, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Alles in allem bedanken wir uns herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und können die Villa herzlichst empfehlen. Vielen Dank und bis zum nächsten Mal!

Nous étions 7 amis et avons passés un excellent séjour dans le logement de Martina. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les recommandations nous ont été très utiles. Le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme proche de la plage, des transports permettant de se rendre à Split et Trogir et des nombreux restaurants de Kastel Stari. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et nous tenons à remercier Ana et Martina pour leur gentillesse !

Antonella ist eine super Gastgeberin, wir konnten unkompliziert schon früher ins Haus und dort erwartete uns eine schmackhafte Überraschung :) Wenn wir Hilfe benötigen war sie kurzfristig immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Ein toller Urlaub, in einem tollen Haus mit einer tollen Gastgeberin. 10 von 10 Sternen.

We had the pleasure of staying at Denis’s beautiful home for a week, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The house was even better than we had imagined: spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was nice, offering both peace and easy access to Split with a taxi.

Senada war eine tolle Gastgeberin. Wir hatten Stromausfall einer anderen Unterkunft und mussten mit 3 kleinen Kindern und 6 Erwachsenen sehr zügig umziehen. Senada hat das Haus binnen 2 Stunden bezugsfertig gemacht, uns persönlich empfangen und sogar angeboten uns zu helfen, zB abzuholen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, sogar mit selbstgemachten Getränken. Uns wurden Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und sogar das Angebot für einen Grillabend im Haus gemacht. Wir haben Senada mehrmals nach Tipps fragen können und sie hat uns immer schnell geantwortet, sogar Freunde angerufen, als wir nach Bootsausflügen und Verkaufsstellen für frisches Olivenöl gefragt haben. Das Haus war sauber, großzügig und gepflegt, der Pool hatte 25 Grad und die Kinder hatten genug Platz zum Spielen, sogar einen kleinen Spielplatz. Mit dem Auto ist man gut angebunden. Senada und ihr Mann waren wirklich extrem freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir waren mit 8 Personen in der Villa. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer.

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Roberto hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfreich. Gerne wieder.

Tonka has been an incredible host. She is friendly and very generous - she made us feel right at home straight away and she was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Her home is lovely and spacious and it was perfectly clean. It is extremely well equipped and had everything we needed, as well as so many accessories and games to keep us entertained for the duration of our stay. The location was close to both Split and Trogir. We were easily accessible by Bolt and Uber, so found it very easy to get around without having rented a car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Tonka’s warm and generous hosting made it really special. Thank you, Tonka! :)

The view was amazing! The property was beautiful. Outdoor areas were fantastic with lots of seating options. We really enjoyed the pool area and enjoyed a fire every night. The hosts were very attentive. Super easy check in and check out. We felt very safe. Everything you would need inside. The place was spotless! Easy drive to both Split and Trogir. Restaurants and grocery stores close by. We loved it so much we are planning our next trip and would highly recommend.

This was the perfect house for us, we were 11 grown ups and 4 children. Great location - just a short walk to the beach and a few more minutes to cafes and restaurants. Martin next door was kind and helpful. We had lots of space and privacy, each apartment was well equipped and it was easy to get around. We managed with one car, which was nice for going to split and to get around with our youngest, but we could have managed without. The bus to Trogir is every ten minutes.

The proximity to the beach was brilliant- it was very clean and lovely to snorkel and saw lots of fish. It was close to Split and Trogir and Krka, all of which we would recommend. We weren’t really bothered by the proximity to the airport- couldn’t hear it at all inside. The outdoor space was lovely in the dappled shade of the olive trees. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved Helena's place. We were 2 families with 4 children under 11, so this house was just perfect! The pool was ideal for keeping out the baking Croatian sun, with lots of sunbeds. There is an outdoor kitchen, as well as a pristine and brand new inside kitchen, fully equipped so eating al fresco was very easy. The rooms housed us all more than adequately, with the double rooms with ensuites facing the sea, and the smaller kid's rooms at the back. The house is located a few minutes walk to a good local restaurant, a cute little beach that didn't get too busy and an excellent beach bar. A big plus was the closeness to the airport so you can genuinely just walk to the house in 10 mins. We didn't hire a car and just took Helena's recommended taxi firm to visit the local town of Trogir. We also did a days boat trip and they picked us up from the beach close to us, so no travelling required. If you're after a quiet and relaxing week, Helena's place is perfect!

This accommodation was incredible value for money and would recommend this to anyone. I came with a group of 12 friends, arriving to a very flexible host. The kitchens, bathrooms and facilities were very clean. The beds were very comfortable, with both living rooms having modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen. The host Stjepko catered to our every need, offering lifts to the grocery store whenever we needed it, and even a printer for our boarding passes. The host came early and cleaned the pool every day. The pool area was excellent, with a huge pool (much bigger than the picture would indicate) and many chairs for sunbathing. There was ample supplies of things to do around the house, like chess sets, board games, balls and a trampoline. The area has easy access to taxis, being ~25 minute drive to Split or 10 minutes to the seafront with access to the beach and many bars and restaurants. Definitely my favourite Airbnb I have stayed in, could not recommend it more!

La casa è davvero grande e bella per chi ama la tranquillità, è a pochi minuti di auto dai centri abitati e dalle spiagge. Marijan è un host disponibile e premuroso, chiedete e vi fornirà utili consigli sui dintorni.

Kristina’s villa is really beautiful and i can recommend it to anyone. The scenery is unbelievable, you can see the city lights and the sea from the pool, the master bedroom and basically all over the yard. The villa is modern and very spacious, and the pool is big. In my opinion the photos dont the place justice which is really rare. Kristina’s communication from the start was great and someone from her family came to clean the pool every day early in the morning. It was before 7AM so we never even noticed it. The villa is on a pretty steep hill, but uber and wolt both works there so its not really a problem. I definitely would recommend Kristina’s villa to anyone considering it!
