What an amazing find. A stunning place with amazing views everywhere you look. Worth every penny. The place is so spacious for all7 of us. We never felt on top of eachother, we had pleanty of space. Same for the pool and hot tub. Josip is probably the best host I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. So kind and helpful and quick to respond. We stayed here for a girls trip and it was the perfect place. Easy to get ubers everywhere. 30 mins uber (€24 ish for a 7 seater) into Split or Trogir old town. Both incredible. Would recommend buying some bug spray! Thanks so much Josip. A trip to remember for sure. I would reccomend this place with my whole heart!

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

We had a lovely stay at Mario's villa. Mario greeted us on arrival with homemade wine and a great list of recommendations for restaurants to visit in the neighbouring town. The house with spotless and had everything you need to feel like a home from home. Mario was very attentive and checked with us during the week to make sure we had everything we need. Overall we really enjoyed a peaceful stay and the private pool is a wonderful added extra! We hope to come back and stay again soon.

We had a fantastic stay at Ivana’s place. Everything was at described, not to mention the extra touches that Ivana provided, such as breakfast for the first morning (which was hugely appreciated, as we arrived late on a Saturday) and delicious pancakes for the last night. Heated pool was the highlight (temperature was great for end of Oct), and the multitude of outdoor equipment also kept us occupied. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic host. Very attentive, proactive with suggestions and knows what he is doing to ensure the guests have a wonderful stay! The city itself (where most of the tourists are) is 20minutes drive away. Bolt app made it easy to go and have some drinks and not too expensive (around 25 EUR but bolt do a 50% off discount for first ride, so my girlfriend and I did one trip each to save money) Dependent on how much you want to go out of the villa would depend if a car is necessary. a shop within 10min walking distance, others a bit further of a walk so again our car hire was useful here. Got us Pizza on the first night, suggested restaurants for other nights too.

Tolles Haus in super Lage mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und auf die Stadt Split. Hinter dem Haus liegt eine beeindruckende Berglandschaft, sodass wirklich alles geboten ist und vom Pool alles zu bestaunen ist. Sofortiger Erholungseffekt! Die Ausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und alles ist vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist nicht nur das Haus mit all dem tollem Komfort, sondern auch die schnelle Anbindung an Split und den umliegenden Attraktionen (Bootstour, die der Gastgeber kostenlos anbietet, eine gebuchte Quadtour waren unser Highlight des Urlaubs). Ebenfalls toll waren die zuvorkommenden und wirklich sehr freundlichen Gastgeber! Alles in allem würden wir das Haus jedem empfehlen und hoffen, dass wir unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder dort verbringen können.

Alles war super! Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Wir wurden mit einer kleinen Willkommens-Platte und ein paar Weinflaschen empfangen. Mit Petar (einem Angestellten von Ivan) hatten wir einen sehr guten Kontakt. Wir waren sogar mit Ihm am Strand Kaffee trinken. Der Gastgeber hat ein Restaurant an der Promenade in Trogir, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Alles in allem bedanken wir uns herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und können die Villa herzlichst empfehlen. Alles lief unkompliziert ab. Kommunikation auf Englisch. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen. Das Haus ist hell und geräumig, mit Klimaanlage und durch Hecken im Garten auch sehr privat. Mit Pool, Trampolin, Schaukeln, Kicker und Tischtennisplatte auch perfekt für Kinder! Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Ante kam alle paar Tage vorbei und hat den Pool gereinigt und hat uns Nachtisch und Essen zum Abschied gebracht. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist groß und kostenlos, nur bei Regen etwas rutschig. In der Umgebung kann man zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto viel unternehmen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub dort!

We had a great time at this place, the location is perfect in a quite surrounding and restaurants, bars, bus stop, supermarket, playground, bakery and the beach are just 5-10 minutes away by feet. The garden with the pool, toys and bbq corner are perfect for a visit with children. Enis gave me some very good information for activities with the family. We would definitely go there again.

Thank you so much Petar, we had a lovely time in Split. The apartment was basic with everything we needed. It was super clean and tidy. Lots of places to eat and a beach literally across the road. The bedrooms had no aircon, but Petar had fans delivered the next day, greatly appreciated. We also had a very late flight home and he kindly extended our check-out time. Thanks again.

Hyggelig opphold i en flott leilighet. Vi hadde leiebil og var glad for at vi hadde dette. bassenget klarte ikke å holde varm nok temperatur på denne årstiden. Meget hyggelige utleiere.

Anita was a wonderful host, proactive in her communication and provided very clear instructions (super helpful for us weary travellers many hours delayed on arrival). Her flat is super homely and comfortable and a quick taxi ride into the city. Would recommend

Amazing hosts and a lovely place to stay!

Elena was so helpful and friendly. She also arranged to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. The apartment was perfect for us and the pool was amazing! It is so close to the old town without being right in the noisy/busy part. We would definitely come back.

I loved the location. Short drive to beaches & the marina. Beautiful view from the patio. Pero was a wonderful host & extremely helpful.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Tomislav. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van de slaapbank, dat hadden we beter op voorhand even aan kunnen geven. We hebben ook heerlijk buiten genoten van het terras. Je bent vanuit hier zo op het strand, waar toen wij er waren de zee nog prima van temperatuur was om in te zwemmen. Zwemschoenen of iets aan je voeten is wel belangrijk. De bus is fijn dichtbij en als je op voorhand je kaartjes koopt heel goedkoop.

Mirko is the perfect host. Always available, friendly and with great recommendations. The place was perfect for my wife and I. Authentic, modern with all the amenities you could desire. Great location! We travel often, and we’re very happy with our choice. Delivered breakfast was perfect to start our day!!

Le propriétaire est très accueillant, la maison est tres bien placée, très propre et fonctionnelle, dans un endroit calme avec une superbe vue. Une crique magnifique est a 1 minute a pied. A quelques minutes en voiture il y a une zone touristique avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin ( restaurants, bars, commerces…. ). Seule chose dont il faut faire attention, si vous etes 4 ou moins vous louez qu’une seule maison et pas les 2, dans ce cas là l’extérieur et la piscine peuvent être partagés avec d’autres personnes dans l’autre maison.

Amazing location, the view from the terrace and bedroom is breathtaking, the house itself is fantastic-very well maintained , it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Kitchen is very well equipped with pans and pots, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, washing machine. There are multiple AC in the house to keep you fresh, towels and nice white bedding. Next to the pool there is a shower with fresh water, sun beds, umbrellas and a big table to eat al fresco. We couldn’t check in early, but the host let us park one of our cars at the house ahead of time. He welcomed us with a bottle of white wine. We were 4 people and loved it here. We felt we had a lot of privacy and plenty of space. Highly recommended.

We (two couples) had a wonderful time at the villa in Kastel Kambelovac. The sea view from the terrace and the master bed room is wonderful. We enjoyed the heated pool and the sea, that is directly in front of the garden, only protected with a small door. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We lived 10 days in the house and we got new bath towels and bed sheets in the middle of our stay. We also used the grill in the garden and had Sea bass from the fish market not far away. There is a very good restaurant only 5 minutes walking distance. You can also reach a lot of restaurants when you walk along the beach to Kastel Stari or Kastel Novi. Very close is a Beauty Salon called Samsara where you can get various of fantastic massages. Trogir ist not far away and worth to visit. We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our host was very courteous, friendly and helpful. We would book the house again at any time.

We had a wonderful break at this lovely spacious villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The hosts could not be more helpful and hospitable. They made us feel right at home - getting the mix of being at hand whilst giving us our privacy to a ‘T’. A simple taxi ride away from the beautiful cities of Split and Trogir. And easy to explore the lovely Kastela villages Would recommend this villa to others.

We so enjoyed our time at Home Sweet Home. The outside gardens are beautiful and a wonderful place to sit and relax. We stayed for three nights wishing we had time for more. The surrounding area is a beautiful place to explore. We will return!
