The place was very clean and lovely. The hot tub was large and clean and easy to use. The location was also great because it was walking distance to a TART stop and a safeway so we took the TART directly back from Palisades one of the days. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Washington! The space was perfect for our large group (two families with young kids plus the grandparents). The setting is idyllic (beautiful view from the back porch) and the sauna was the perfect way to relax after long days playing in the snow and hitting the ski slopes (just under an hour away). Would love to come back and stay here again sometime!!

Leighanna was a great host. Clear instructions in the guide. The place was beautiful and not too far from town as well as local ski resorts. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids had a fantastic stay at **Donner Daze**! The house was spacious and well laid out, so it never felt crowded. The host was very communicative and flexible with check-in and check-out. **Pros:** The entryway doubles as a mudroom with stocked cold-weather gear. The kitchen is great for large meals, with a pantry full of essentials. The garage has an extra fridge, snow shovels, and sleds—our kids loved the hill on the west side. The deck and hot tub offer stunning views of Donner Lake and the mountains. Check-in/out procedures were simple and stress-free. **Things to Note:** More towels would have been helpful. The listing mentions bunk beds in two rooms, but they are full beds with trundles. The downstairs master has a queen bed and a futon sleeper. Overall, **Donner Daze** is a fantastic rental with thoughtful amenities and a breathtaking location. We'd love to stay again!

This property offers an exceptional experience, perfectly situated for skiiers. The well-maintained and thoughtfully designed home provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Professional housekeeping ensures a spotless stay, and the cozy sofa bed and high-quality mattress guarantee restful nights. Plus, the excellent soundproofing made it a truly peaceful retreat, especially appreciated by our family with young children. Erika’s home was by far the cleanest air bnb I’ve stayed in and I stay in about 15-20 a year. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed with great suggestions for things to do in Truckee. The area is stunning and very quiet. This is definitely a house I will return to. I’d suggest reading through the rules. And don’t get scared by them. They are there for a reason and after speaking with Erika I totally understand why. So if you’re respectful of other peoples homes this air bnb is absolutely perfect for you and you will have no issues. You won’t find a host more helpful then Erika. We are lucky to have found her home. Thanks Erika!!!

Awesome spot in the Northstar Village. Great for family looking to make it easy to get the kids on the mountain without driving and parking. Absolutely recommend and we will be back. Easy access to everything in the village and love being across from Cooper provisions, the local store with everything you might have forgotten (food, coffee, sunscreen, drinks, etc) There is a washer / dryer on the floor of the condo but bring quarters as those were hard to come by in a cashless Northstar ;)

Elizabeth’s place is fantastic! It is right in the heart of Northstar Village, so it is super easy to get to everything. It is literally steps away from where the check in location is located and very convenient to drop offs / pick ups for the village. Getting to the gondola, epic gear rentals, and all of the restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. And her place is so cute- great furnishings and details throughout. Plus, Elizabeth was so responsive and nice throughout the entire experience. Such a great host- I would definitely recommend!

Great spot - perfect for my kids to walk to ski/snowboard lessons and play in the snow.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was well stocked with everything we could want. Lots of thoughtful details. Beds are very comfortable and there were lots of towels. Ardy and Jenny were great - we had an issue with the parking pass and they solved it immediately.

I got what I was told I was getting. It is perfect for 2 and a bit crowded for 4 but it was worth it for the location for my family of 4.. Bed was comfy, the fold out not as much but it worked for us. It was fully stocked, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, communication was great, and even inside instructions for how to work things was very clear and concise. I would definitely stay here again.

Super convenient and comfy condo in Northstar. The shuttle to the base was super easy and fast with the Northstar transit app. The apartment space was great for our group of four. Loved the fireplace!

Great place to stay! We loved our stay at this apartment. It was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids, with an excellent layout that gave everyone plenty of space. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort, making it easy to hit the slopes each day and to be able to have a lunch at home. The home was clean and cozy, with a well-stocked kitchen.

I am so glad we found Renee's place for our Presidents' Day ski weekend. Easy to access from the East Bay, clear instructions about access, and the condo was just as described. Renee was incredibly responsive throughout, and she was super helpful when we added an extra night last minute so that we could head to Truckee 24 hours early in order to beat the snowstorm coming in. That got us to Tahoe safely and let us nestle in during the storm, and then we were in a wonderful position to take advantage of all that fresh snow on our ski days. We'd recommend Renee as a host without any hesitation, and we hope to return.
