Had a lovely short stay with my family. Check in was very easy. Allison was prompt to answer any messages. Place was extremely clean the carpet and furniture look brand new. Garage parking was available or there was easy street parking too. My daughters loved the pool and spa.

The most beautiful home. The house is very well decorated and has everything you need, special touches with beach towels, umbrella and chairs were amazing to enjoy the beach. The kitchen was so well equipped made cooking a pleasure. The location was amazing such a private little area with beautiful rock pools and a quiet beach definitely felt like a local gem, not very touristy.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at Helen's place! It was everything I needed and more. Helen’s kindness and thoughtfulness truly made me feel right at home. From the delicious treats she provided to having access to all TV streaming services, every detail was carefully considered to ensure my stay was perfect.

This is the 3rd time my family has stayed, we love it here and have already booked for next summer.

Another fantastic stay at Mark's place! We’ve been here so many times now, that it feels like a second home for us! The apartment is perfect for our family of 4, it’s consistently clean, it well equipped, the coffee machine is a great extra, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect for exploring Sawtell. Mark is always so welcoming and responsive. We definitely recommend it.

The host was great communicating before and during our stay and the location is amazing, right at the beach. The kids loved hanging out in the pool and spa.

Amazing spot - sensational view of the surf and beach but also of the hinterland - a short walk to the strip for coffee and goods the choices of beaches or walks - or getting outta town to explore other areas .

The place was beautiful, wondeful view and very clean! Tea, coffee and milk were provided as well as shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The host was lovely and responded quick. Only issue was with how steep the driveway was but if you've not got a low car you should be fine. Would recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Roz’s Comfortable beds, aircon & fans to keep us cool, floorboards are great for our dogs, good sized kitchen and dining and discovered a great cafe just a short walk away

Perfect for families, Mark was super helpful, and the house was perfectly clean. Aircons in all rooms Bathrooms were clean and stocked with all items. So we didn’t have to buy anything. In general the house had all items required to tackle and cleaning or miscellaneous job. Beds where very comfortable. Views from all rooms are amazing. There’s nothing bad to say about the property. We’ll be back for sure👍

My family has a wonderful stay at this beautiful, comfortable, stylish and conveniently located property. Newly renovated beach house with all the comforts of home. Superb customer service from our property manager, Beau. Perfect location for a beach holiday. Beaches 5-10 min walk or a short drive , all stunning. . Main street full of cafes, restaurants, boutiques etc only a 5 min walk. Can highly recommend for friends/ family groups.

For anyone visiting Casa Bonita, we highly recommend spending a day at the Wooli Breakwater 🏖️ We also suggest visiting the Wilsons Headland Walking Track where we spotted at least 3 pods of dolphins 🐬 We also enjoyed visiting 383 for dinner where they had musical bingo and a massive indoor playground for kids 🙌🏼 10/10 - one of our favourite Airbnb stays ever 🥂 Wooli is a hidden gem that won’t stay quiet for long so make sure to book in quick!

Neat and tidy apartment in a small, quiet block. Lack of aircon and wifi wasn’t great but for what you pay it’s a comfortable place in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. Thanks for a comfortable stay Dan.

Fabulous! Comfortable, clean, great location, beautiful balcony views. Relaxing stay, would recommend and would stay again. Aurora was a great host. My only feedback would be that some of the bed linen and pillows need replacing but that is a very minor detail. Highly recommend. Thank you Aurora!

Amazing place. Spacious with all the amenities you need. Walking distance to Main Street as well as the v wall area (there is a cut through path to get down there) and Matilda’s/Wharf St Cafe. We had a great time, thank you!
