I loved it! The view was incredible and the house was very comfortable. I will be looking to stay here again when I’m in the area!

We had a wonderful time staying in the house. We spent a week there - 10 people including 3 kids. We really enjoyed the almost private lake, kayaks, the books and games. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed. It is all very quiet and relaxing. We appreciated very much that Claire had let us stay late on the checkout day.

We had an amazing time at the cabin. The sunrises were gorgeous, cooking on the grill, kayaking/paddle boarding, cozy fires, and everything we could have needed! We made such great memories and appreciated you and Matt’s hospitality so much. The cabin was great and so were you guys. We will definitely be back!

The lake house was everything we were looking for. There were plenty of towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc to make staying for a week less of a hassle. we loved the lake and the screened in porch! If you're not afraid of some spiders (can't be helped, you're in nature!) and can make do with a TINY shower, then this place is definitely worth it.

My family and I (6) came up to spend a long weekend on the lake after a show at the Bank of NH Pavilion. The house was perfect for all of us! There was plenty of space to spread out between the upstairs and downstairs and so nice to be able to come together for family breakfast and dinner at the upstairs dining room table. The house was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a comfortable, stress-free stay. Franco was always quick to respond! A very helpful and accommodating host! The location was just far enough off the beaten path to enjoy a quiet, peaceful weekend, but still close enough to make a quick trip into town to restock on supplies. And despite the cloudy weather, we were still able to get out on the kayaks and canoe to enjoy the scenery around us on the water. Would highly recommend this home for a fun and relaxing NH getaway!!

To put it in a nutshell: I would love to buy this place! The house is located on a lovely, wide sandy beach (a rarity on Lake Mascoma). The beach is private, and away from the road. I always wondered who were the lucky people who got to use it. For a week it was me! It is the perfect location for a family gathering: clean sand, shallow water, kid friendly house, lots of toys, tons of outdoor rooms all comfortably furnished and only the sounds of the loons and the kids playing . Robin is very welcoming . She actually encouraged us to host our large family gathering here and let us set up a port a pot to accommodate a disabled guest. It was great to play all day, entertain all evening, and be able to put the kids down for a nap in their own beds whenever the need arose. We never had to leave! My only regret is the week is over!

My husband grew up going to South Down and his family is still there. It's great to have a place of our own when we visit. The condo is very nice, check-in was super easy (just a code!), and there was a binder with everything we needed. We didn't have any issues while we were there, but our host was still very responsive to our updates.

This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

Curtis was a great host. He communicated very well and showed great hospitality. The place was well kept and perfect for our weekend getaway!

stayed here for my first time at Loon! loved the location, amenities, and just how comfortable the place felt (especially the fireplace)! definitely looking forward to returning.

Really enjoyed staying here over February vacation week. Came for the skiing but also had the backup of the pool and games room. I like to cook so the fast-to-heat-up stove and oven were great for home cooked meals at the end of a busy day. The living area was wonderful-great big leather couch and a nice rocking chair by the fire were ace. The beds were huge and comfy. Would have maybe liked a bed or bunk beds in the third bedroom (for the kids), but I can see why a pull out sofa is a good option too. Overall, great stay and would stay again.

This was a great stay for the family. Everything is close or just a quick ride away. The only thing we wish there was a bigger field area so our boys can play catch. Other than that the place was great vacation for our family we had a blast!!! Thanks

Chasity’s place was amazing! She was very detail oriented when it came to describing the place and helping us figure out snow plows and everything. The place is beautiful and cozy. I would love to experience this within the summer. I will be recommending this house to everyone.

Sandra's place is simply amazing. The setting right on the lake cannot be beat. The host provided so many thoughtful little extras that are not typical from an array of spices to bug spray and sun screen. We plan to come back and stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful location. The studio was bigger than we expected and beautifully decorated! The enclosed glass room is where we sat and had our morning coffee, the view is beautiful, so peaceful. The kitchen had everthing we needed . The bathroom was very clean, as was the whole studio. We felt very comfortable and safe. For us it was a great location for leaf peeping. Plenty of nice restaurants near us and a convenient store right up the road. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful property.

This cabin was perfect for our Fall weekend getaway. It was cute and cozy, and just enough space for our family of three. We were just able to fit our daughter's pack n play in the second bedroom, and with the beach/lake right outside our door, our baby monitor was easily within range while my husband and I were able to sit outside at night and relax. It was also very close to many local attractions and restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

We were two couples and enjoyed our stay at the lodge. It is well organized and located in a beautiful setup on the lake. A relatively short 30 minutes drive allowed us easy access to the white Mountains attractions. Vanessa was proactive on closing the open space above the bedroom doors just before we came - so this issue as reported in some other reviews has gone away… in short - highly recommended!

My partner and I had a great time at Colin and Robin’s lake house. It’s an excellent location right on the lake and the Northern Rail trail. We biked, kayaked (with loons!), and hiked nearby Mt. Ascutney. And it’s close to Lebanon for grocery stores and restaurants like Three Tomatoes - yum! The house is clean, cozy, and quiet with a lovely view. We enjoyed fire pits under the stars too. Colin and Robin were very friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

Bjorn and Elaine's stay was absolutely incredible! We went up to see foliage and it was the perfect stay for it! Overlooking the lake and the leaves was stunning! Close to many local restaurants and hiking spots, you couldn't ask for anything more!

Love the view out the back windows - wooded hills, river running by, birch trees. The house is charming and cozy with amazingly comfortable furniture. It is very close to the main road, but with the pellet stove providing white noise and the blinds closed, it wasn't an issue. Close to trails, restaurants, breweries, but felt like it was in the woods. The hosts provided lots of toiletries, coffee and other helpful items. They made great recommendations for trails and restaurants. Snowy nights in the hot tub were a delight!

Thank you Bob for letting us rent your home! It was so peaceful and beautiful to sit outside looking at the lake, lots of grass for games and best of all a sandy beach area that the little kids loved! We definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again. Denise
