This house was absolutely perfect! The views were breathtaking, the location was peaceful, and the home was cozy and well-equipped. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. A truly five-star experience—I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a great weekend skiing at nearby Tenney Mountain. We arrived during a snow storm but checking in was very easy thanks to the great hosts. There was a ton of space for our whole family, where we could relax after a long day. The open kitchen and dining space was also a nice place to start the day, with a great view out to the mountains. It was a cold weekend but this is a warm, charming place to return to.

We are two very busy friends that have made a point to get away for a weekend every year and this place was perfect. It was very clean, had everything we could have hoped for in the kitchen and the roads were plowed and easy to drive on when we left. It was a stress free relaxing weekend that we very much enjoyed. Maxwell is an amazing host and the listing didn’t do the place justice. It was absolutely beautiful to be there in the wintertime. It will be a trip we remember forever.

We had a great time. Location and house were perfect for a family gathering (7 adults, 2 kids, 3 dogs), plenty of room, lots of games to play, very clean. Don was very responsive and a great host.

The house was pristine and the hosts were so welcoming. There were so many activities, inside and out, for children, which made for a great family get together. Sleeping areas on three separate levels also allowed a bit of privacy. The view was lovely. We would highly recommend.

This was an amazing place to stay while enjoying the fall weather in Vermont. The location was very quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and across the road from the Connecticut River. Waterford itself doesn’t have much going on (which I liked!) but St. Johnsbury and Littleton are within 15-20min and have everything you need. The house was beautifully updated with all amenities needed for a comfortable autumn week, including a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry machines, fireplace, and a lovely screened porch + front deck to enjoy the weather. The bedrooms were comfortable and bright, I’d recommend bringing an eye mask since the windows didn’t have curtains. I loved the member-only area - it was worth the extra cost for the river access with private beach and boats/SUPs. I only went on my final day, but I wish I had spent every evening down on the dock by the river to watch the sunset! Overall I loved staying here and would recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet

Stephani was a great host! My friend group had a blast, the cabin was perfect and cozy especially after a day skiing at loon.

This is a fabulous small cottage with a spectacular front porch view of Lake Morey, just 10 yards away. It has all the conveniences, is very clean and modern. Particularly valuable is having access to all the benefits of the Lake Morey Resort, which the cottage is attached to. That includes free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, tennis courts and rackets, bikes, pool and work out room. It is a little pricey up front, but all those assets make it worth the expense. And the lake is so wonderful to spend time in and on!

Melissa tailors her home for the perfect experience. The house is decorated to feel like a home and is full of cute, rustic lake house decor. We especially loved sitting on the porch or by the fire pit. The house is well-stocked with everything we needed. Plus, Melissa provides great recommendations for where to go around town during the day and where to eat. Overall, a great place to enjoy nature and the nearby lake.

My partner and I had a great time at Colin and Robin’s lake house. It’s an excellent location right on the lake and the Northern Rail trail. We biked, kayaked (with loons!), and hiked nearby Mt. Ascutney. And it’s close to Lebanon for grocery stores and restaurants like Three Tomatoes - yum! The house is clean, cozy, and quiet with a lovely view. We enjoyed fire pits under the stars too. Colin and Robin were very friendly, responsive, and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!

This place more than lived up to the listing! I loved walking in and seeing a real home with quality furniture and appointments. There are some wonderful welcoming surprises I’ll not spoil. The place felt quiet, private and serene. I loved walking across the bridges to the little islands! It faces mountains and the pond. There weren’t neighbors while I was there but you can’t see them anyway. I was here for late winter and there lovely snow showers everyday enhancing the quiet. The cold weather made the deep soaking tub even more inviting and in indulged a few times!! Mary was extraordinary as a responsive throughout. I had minor questions. After many years as an air bnb client, I feel I’ve finally found my north woods retreat! I will return!

Cannot say enough about Susan’s place! The minute we walked through the door we felt right at home. So cozy! The porch overlooking the lake was gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was a delight for someone that likes to cook, as I do. Has everything you could think of. Definitely one of those Airbnb’s that provides more than the basics. Which I so appreciate! Absolutely loved the fieldstone fireplace. She even provided wood. Can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Susan for an amazing week!

I used to vacation to Newfound Lake every year and I can say Kevin's cottage is in a prime location. Great proximity to surrounding towns and local highways. Very short walk to Shacketts supermarket. The cottage itself is equipped with kayaks and life jackets with beach access a few mins walk down a quiet road. WiFi worked great for streaming and taking some video calls for work. I think Kevin could have done a bit better comminicating over the app - reservations hinged on getting a extra night added and we were left hanging until the night before l departed for the Airbnb. Bit of a nail-biter, but not a huge issue. Just something to work on for the host! Overall, the stay made up for it and I would not hesitate to bring friends & family here in the future. Easy instructions for check out and everything at the cottage exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at James's cottage was a great experience in a beautiful location right on Lake Morey. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed from a well-appointed kitchen to the large screened in porch to the outdoor decks, dock and raft. The cottage faces west, looking out across the lake, which afforded us some beautiful sunsets. There was ample room for five of us to play board games or to find a quiet place to read a book or to kayak, swim and fish. James was an excellent host; he was very prompt and responsive with his communications. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely consider returning there in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, very clean, and had plenty of beds for all 9 of us. The kids especially loved the toys in the basement, which kept them entertained for hours. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and we never felt cramped despite the number of people. It was cozy and perfect for our family getaway. We all had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful time. The place was comfortable and offered everything you needed. The association beach was great my grandchildren had a blast! It was close to everything and we were able to easily do things in the area and still spend time at the beach in the afternoons. I would definitely recommend staying at Paige's place.

Cabin was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. It was an easy drive to the nearest towns, but still far enough away to have privacy. Check in/check out was super easy and Catherine was friendly and easy to communicate with. We spent a day right in the lakes area (Squam and Winnipesaukee) and then drove up into the White Mountains for a day of hiking. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Catherine's place.

Samantha and Shane were extremely helpful with the few questions we had, their cottage was so cutely decorated, nicely laid out and we were so blessed to be able to get down to the beach. The amenities they provided made our stay memorable and we felt like it was our home away from home. The cottage was centrally located so we were able to golf, hike and explore. We plan on getting up to the White Mountains next year for a little more hiking and this cottage is in a great location. Our son was able to stay a few days and we plan on doing that again. We will definitely be booking for next year and hope to stay a little longer, God willing. Thank you Shane and Samantha for opening up your cottage for rent!!!

Perfect base location for hiking in NH and VT in a peaceful, secluded campground. The view on the porch cannot be beat. Cabin had everything we needed plus wifi to get a little work done. Host is very responsive, cabin is very clean.

We had a wonderful stay! They had the cabin fully stocked and pretty much everything we needed to feel right at home. There were clear instructions on how to use everything and gave many suggestions on things to do. We also loved the decor, especially in the sitting/game room! We would definitely come back again.
