Great location and hosts. Would love to stay here again

Rachel’s apartment is amazing! Really nice and so clean. Had everything we needed for a short stay and it was clear the apartment was stocked for a longer term stay too. As a young female who often travels alone, it’s not an area I would have felt comfortable walking alone especially at night, but this is nothing against the listing or the host - just a heads up for anyone who is looking to travel to the area.

I definitely enjoyed my stay at Rachel’s spot! I was there for a volleyball tournament and it was walking distance from the America’s Center, which was where the tournament was being held. Mostly everything was clean, except I just had to sweep a little bit due to some walk debris (exposed beams and rustic brick. BEAUTIFUL architecture! Just needs a little extra attention. I have the same architecture at home 🙂). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and whatever else you need. The neighbors are a little noisy and you’ll occasionally interact with an unsheltered person, but it was pretty private and peaceful. Parking was easy and I recommend getting the parking pass she offers. It’ll save you time and money!

Beautiful and immaculate loft in a revitalized area of St. Louis, just a few minutes' walk from the Arch. Very private and quiet. Many lofts in the area, with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. There is a coffee bar/deli/convenience store just downstairs for basic items if you don't have a car, though they do close Sundays. We did not walk at all from the unit and took ride shares everywhere but the Metro station is just a few steps away. We felt safe in the unit, especially with the security (coded) entry downstairs. The cleanliness of this place was striking; likely the cleanest rental I have ever rented. There is salt, pepper and oil spray in the kitchen, as well as a combination Keurig/filter coffee machine in which you can use your own grounds or pods, or some starter pods provided. I believe it has a reusable filter, not sure. There is also sugar, stevia and powder creamer. We would definitely stay here again if ever back in St. Louis.

This was genuinely the cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in! Parking was easy in a lot catty corner from the apt complex. Check in was easy.. we arrived a little early and Rachel was able to accommodate! The keyless entry was super convenient. The building is GORGEOUS. What an amazing architecture. It is a short walk from the convention center and the Arch. Rachel checked in on us about halfway through our stay and brought us needed items! She was super responsive and friendly. The only precaution is the surrounding area. It is a little iffy walking around by the highway and casino, but we didn’t have any issues so if you’re from a city, you’ll be fine! The area is trying to be up and coming and it is so cute. There is a place nearby called Cobblestone with friendly owners that has a coffee shop, market, deli, and mini bar! If I ever return to the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

The house was perfect for our family. It had a great living room so that we could all be together hanging out. We would definitely rent it again.

Everything was fantastic! The setting was perfect for a quiet week to relax and enjoy nature. The dogs loved watching the river and walking along the levee. My brother said he wishes he owned the house because of the setting. I would definitely recommend staying here. Jeffrey was a fantastic host. He communicated clearly and was prompt with his responses. If I am ever in need of a place to stay in the area, I would stay here again!

The beds were very comfortable with nice and soft bedding!! We also took a nap on the couch as it is very comfortable!! There were plenty of soft towels in the bathroom as well as a variety of soaps, shampoos and conditioners for men and women! The deck was also nicely done and the view of the frozen canal/lake was beautiful! The neighborhood also felt safe and friendly! Thanks for a great stay!!

If you need a large home, this is it! We had 3 generations celebrating Christmas and had plenty of room! It's a historical, beautiful home in the heart of Grafton. We walked to the Loading Dock to ice skate. Walked to a couple small shops and walked next door for a drink at the Bloody Bucket! I highly recommend this house for a fun vacation...any time of the year!

I celebrated my 31st birthday and Ken made sure everything was perfect. My guests were in awe of the residence and all spoke about wanting to book for themselves in the future. Loved everything about my experience and will definitely book again!

Jerrod went far beyond what any other host has done for me. He is a diamond for sure. I truly can't put into words how much I appreciated his attentiveness and attention to detail.

We had a lovely time staying at this quaint little Airbnb in Newtown. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything St. Charles has to offer. The space itself was cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. While the Airbnb appeared to be fairly new, we did find that the kitchen lacked some essential cooking items. This might be something to consider for future guests who plan on doing a lot of cooking during their stay. Overall, we would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a charming and enjoyable stay in St. Charles.
