Very nice little home for my extended stay! A little noisy being off the main road but other than that, I felt right at home. George was a great host, very responsive and attentive. Will definitely be booking with him again!!

Wow, it was perfection! We wanted to be out in a beautiful landscape and have the time and space to bond; and this beautiful cozy place did not disappoint. The cabin is small but well arranged and distributed perfectly. Our party had 4 humans, a couple old canines and a younger velcro working dog, we had plenty of space. The dogs LOVED being on the front porch during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the two toilets were a ++. Stars at night: mind-blowing beautiful. Overall, a hiker's paradise! Things to note: cabin is on the range, so expect to be on the range! Technically there is no "shower", the bathtub has a showerhead and plenty of hot water, completely functional for us. We kept things simple and brought our food already cooked. It was such a treat to stay here with our 19 and 17 year old sons, the perfect place to remind us that there is beauty in things large and small, and that sometimes, all the soul needs is good company and a beautiful landscape.

This was a very clean house. the furniture was comfy. A lot of places have old worn furniture. this was not the case. We especially liked the couch with recliners in it. It was a quiet place. Felt safe there. Nice neighborhood. We would definitely go back. Oscar was quick to respond and accommodated us for coming in a night early.

This is our 2nd time staying here and will be a go-to for future events. Beautiful home with space for the whole family.

Overall a nice place, has the basics. Very close to a decent juice/smoothie shop and the college. The host is communicative, with a little delay, so work out arrival times early. Best if you don't have last minutes changes.

5 stars 5 stars 5 stars!! Everything about my stay was perfect... except I should have stayed longer. It's clear the space was created and maintained with love. There are lots of little personal touches that made me feel right at home (like the swivel mount on the TV so it can be viewed from the couch or the TV, and the cool blinds built inside the windows of the entry doors). As another guest mentioned, be sure to review the photo book that details the history of the cottage. It's evident Sean and his family is highly regarded in the community.

Nice, clean, spacious, and close to the Hawaiian barbecue joint around the corner. Fast Wi-Fi, and did I mention clean? Also, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, and nice new laundry appliances. I visit Safford three or more times a year and this is my new place to stay. Stephanie does a wonderful job as a host. +1
