Hard to get a better location on the Adriatic sea. The waves are lapping up onto the courtyard. Totally private on both sides and a Hotel restaurant & bar only a few 100mtrs down the road or along the beach. A very basic, rustic house, just 2 bedrooms & bathroom inside with outdoor cooking facilities only and couches, tables under the huge terraced verandah Clean & functionable for summer living. Probably easier to access with a car as its about 3 kms from Lefkimmi township& shops. We arrived in the dark by car, quite late. It was very hard to find, not signposted but when we asked for help we were met at the local hotel immediately , brought to the house and made so very welcome. So dont hesitate to ask for help or extra directions if needed. Host family very responsive, before and during our stay, otherwise we had absolute privacy with the warm Greek waters literally lapping at the bottom of the garden. Not fancy but priceless all the same 🥰. Exactly wot we wanted.

Great stay here! Gorgeous flat with fantastic view. In a great spot in Gaios near beaches and restaurants but was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and cozy. Athina was friendly and helpful. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Nagyon kedves és barátságos vendéglátók! Külön köszönjük a ruggalmasságukat, hogy a repülő késése miatt hajnal 3ig megvártak bennünket és bekészített italokkal és harapnivalóval vártak! Csodás kis házikó, ízlésesen, otthosan berendezve. Ragyogó tisztaság mindenhol. Szuper közel van a privát tengerpart, nyugodt és sekély a víz. Szépen gondozott a kert, béke és csend vett körül minket, pont erre vágytunk. Remek kirándulási lehetőségek vannak a környéken! Köszönjük, igazán kipihenve és feltöltődve távoztunk!

Anna was really responsive and proactive in arranging our visit. The apartment is in an amazing location, just a few steps away from great restaurants. A lovely stay!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre hôte est venu nous chercher et ramener au port, ce qui a été très agréable . L emplacement est idéal avec la vue sur la mer , non loin du port (2 minutes à pieds) sans les désagréments. La petite plage en bas est un plus. Le linge de maison a été changé , même pour un court séjour. Notre hôte était très gentille et accueillante. Le logement est beaucoup mieux en vrai que sur les photos et est spatieux . Je recommande !

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

We had a really great stay in Parga. The apartment is nice and quiet away from the main part of town but still a close walk. Hope to stay again!

If looking to come to Kavos, I couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. From the moment we booked, Grigoris was in contact with us straight away and made us feel completely at home. Sandy beach was an amazing place to stay. Not only was Grigoris helpful but everyone else that worked there too was outstanding. The food was amazing, the cleaners were brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time travelling to Greece and Grigoris really made us feel at home. The facilities around Sandybeach are amazing too. There is a beach with sun loungers, a shop across the street and a nearby ATM. The room we had was very clean and the cleaners were there every morning to have clean towels for us and to change the bins. The bed linen was very clean and you couldn’t have asked for a better room. Overall I want to thank Grigoris so much for his brilliant hospitality and when I come back to Kavos again I will definitely be booking to stay in Sandybeach. Yamas Grigoris!

Όλα ήταν άψογα. Πολύ καθαρός χώρος .Οι άνθρωποι πολύ φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοί .Ο περιβάλλοντας χώρος , μια πολύ μεγάλη έκταση με πορτοκαλιές πολύ περιποιημένος .Είχε δρομάκια και τα παιδιά μπορούσαν να κάνουν πατίνι και είχε ένα γηπεδάκι για μπάσκετ , ποδόσφαιρο ή οποιαδήποτε άλλη δραστηριότητα. Ο χώρος ήταν κλειστός οπότε ένιωθες ασφάλεια .Ατομικό πάρκινγκ. Αν και Απρίλιος ευχαριστηθήκαμε την πισίνα. Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες , περιποιημένο , καθαρό , με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι στην κουζίνα κυρίως. Η κοντινότερη θάλασσα 3' με το αυτοκίνητο ή 6' με τα πόδια. Ένας μικρός παράδεισος με πολύ φύση και κυρίως προσφέρει την ηρεμία και την θαλπωρή που όλοι αναζητούμε στις διακοπές!!!

Séjour au top! Le lieu est magnifique. La piscine superbe. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut sur place. Hôtes très accueillants. Lieu calme.

Lovely Villa located on an idyllic island. We were 3 adult couples that came to Paxos for a relatives wedding. This Villa was perfect with 3 en-suite bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, private outdoor spaces for all fresco dining , barbecue area and a superb pool. There is a beach just below the Villa 50m away which was very private. We hired 2 quad bikes and a motor scooter to explore the island and the numerous beach bars. We are already planning a return visit next year hopefully to Villa Sophia. Thanks Sofonios, we had a great holiday

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍

Excellent host and good communication. We really enjoyed this place. Plenty of space and nicely decorated, with a unique vibe. Being able to breakfast with a unique view on the sea. semi private beach, outdoor shower...would have loved to extend our stay...you will not regret this experience...warmly recommended

Wonderful place to stay. Huge house with private garden and next to the sea. We were with the family of 4 people and two kids and had a very comfortable week! Enough space for everybody. Recommend to everybody.

Fără cuvinte! Așa am rămas de când am intrat pe ușă. Întâmpinați de o energie pozitivă, ca atunci când vii acasă, deși am fost pentru prima dată aici. Totul a fost perfect, de la așezarea casei, intimitatea dată de gradina cu măslini (dintotdeauna mi-am dorit să văd un maslin in mediul lui natural), dușul din curte, intrând în camerele luminoase, toate cu vedere la mare și fiecare cu terasa ei. Curățenie, impecabil! Accesorii, tot ce ai nevoie. Plaja foarte aproape, plin de taverne unde poți servi mâncare, băutură, magazine foarte aproape. A fost o locație și un concediu de vis!

It was a delightful experience, Katerina and her parents are excellent hosts. The apartment was spotless, spacious and with all the amenities. Special mention to the Nespresso coffee maker, so to enjoy your espresso. The only thing that you have to have in mind is that there is no Wi-Fi available, and the area has a poor signal reception. In one part of the house we got good signal from NOVA provider, so with a mobile phone in hot-spot mode, we managed. For the rest, you can't ask for more, really a great experience.

Wir waren fast zwei Wochen hier und es war absolut traumhaft. Der Blick von der tollen Terrasse auf das azurblaue Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Wir kamen spät an und der Check in war trotzdem überhaupt kein Problem, da wir von den Schwiegereltern empfangen wurden, die in der Wohnung darüber wohnen. Man hat in der Wohnung eine tolle Privatsphäre und eine Bucht, in der man komplett alleine ist, befindet sich lediglich 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Alles war sehr sauber in der Wohnung. Wir können dieses AirBnB wärmstens empfehlen.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We loved the view on the sea, the peaceful environment and nice terrace under the pine trees. Syvota is a nice little town and we loved exploring the beaches in the area. The house is equiped with everything you need. We really appreciated the welcome gift. George also quickly responded to all of our questions. We highly recommend this villa.

This is a comfortable little apartment right in the middle of Gaios. It is well-equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Paola and her mother (living upstairs) were both incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions. The terrace was really nice for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

This is the most beautiful place to stay. The cottage is very comfortable with all you need to Self cater and reliable A/C. You just need to make sure to take all your groceries with you. The garden is a delight - very private with lots of shade and outdoor eating and drying space and friendly cats! You can swim just outside the house by the jetty where there are lots of fish is best - don’t forget your water shoes and goggles. There is a little track off the church path for the closest cove and the stunning beaches of Vatoumi and Vrika are a bit more of a hike to get to but you can relax there for the whole day. The nearest restaurant Bella vista is 20mins walk away and has stunning views of the beaches and superyachts! The interior of the island is very quiet. We hiked to Kalouri cove ( stunning swimming from the rocks) and along to the light house. Best of all is the family - Harris, Nuola & Costas who were so helpful and arranged an emergency visit to the dentist for my husband.
