We fell in love with Granby last year and knew we wanted a ski in/out house instead of a condo this year and this house was perfect! It was just a family of 4 so we didn’t utilize the down stairs but will consider here in the future with friends and their kiddos! Easy access to lift, then take home again down the mountain right back to the road! Super easy.

This is a really nice unit with a lovely view, particularly from the deck. We found it to be very quiet (few units occupied on weekday nearby), might be busier other times of year. Super close (10 min or so) to RMNP entrances. We saw lots of deer in fields between the home and the lake. Kitchen was super well stock and coffee was provided. The complexes pool was drained when we were there, but not a big deal to us. Comfy beds, nice linens. Our kids loved playing the games in the front hall closet. We’d definitely return!

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

Well priced. Well appointed. Clean, full of blankets for the cold weather and an easy to use thermostat. Fireplace actually gave off some heat. We cooked all of our meals there and the kitchen had everything. We have stood in the cold waiting to get into other places before because we didn’t have the code but Dalton was on it, got us the code on our way up and communicated well. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was easy to find and had a modern design with great amenities, including a relaxing hot tub. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a great getaway. One thing to note—while the ski-in/ski-out access was convenient, there were quite a few stairs to navigate, which might be challenging for some guests. Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend it for those looking for a well-appointed and comfortable retreat!

The stay was awesome . It’s a very huge place , with a private hot tub . The view from hot tub is awesome you could see the mountains and also at night you could do star gazing. You will have your own privacy . I would highly recommend this place . I would surely visit again .

This was a lovely, comfortable home. My lil grandson referred to it as his Mountain Cabin and didn't want to leave. The views were great. The kitchen was well equipped with anything we needed. There were plenty of TV's, internet access and a great game room downstairs. We enjoyed the winter ski time and would love to go back in the summer. We highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay.

Can’t wait to return next year with the family! Perfect accommodations for kids! Lots of toys and activities for all ages. Two levels - which offered a lot of privacy. We especially loved how the home was right next to the ski slopes! Very easy access for ski-in/ski-out! Bradley was the perfect host- great communication. He checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home at Granby Ranch!

Great cabin, and great location! The cabin itself was very clean and pleasant to spend time in. Great home base for accessing Grand Lake and the surrounding area. Only 5 minutes from downtown Grand Lake. Just as good was Pamela's hosting. She reached out to me a week ahead of time with clear instructions about how to get to the cabin, check in/check out procedures, etc. She responded immediately (more than once) with answers to my questions. Then, a couple days later, she reached out to me again to give me a heads up about fire bans and gave me a link to the Grand County site for more information. I was impressed and appreciative of her proactive, courteous messages. Great stay. Highly recommend!

We loved the space. It is convenient to shopping and multiple ski resorts. The unit is clean and well appointed. Cory and D were great hosts and took good care of us during our stay.

A perfect spot to crash after a long day of snowboarding! The place was clean, comfortable, and all we needed to enjoy a ski weekend with family!

We had the best weekend while staying here! The house was great for my family of 5. We did bring a twin air mattress since I have 3 teenagers who don't want to share a bed. The location was great and there is so much to do in the area. We brought our 2 dogs and they even provided doggy blankets and some milk bones. You do need to walk your dog around to the back of the house to get into the fenced area, but it was fine. They provided plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

This house is the perfect place for my girlfriends and I to gather for a restful and rejuvenating weekend. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing with gorgeous views of the mountains. The kitchen has the right amount of counter space and storage for cooking our meals.

Four families met together at this cabin for my birthday. It was the best birthday ever. The cabin was perfect for all of us, so spacious, well designed and private. Sleeping rooms were comfortable and with so many bathrooms we were served so well. Mel was responsive but we really did not need anything as it was all there for us. We enjoyed Winter Park including skiing, restaurants, playgrounds, sledding, bus route and the over all vibe. My favorite place was the hot tub so large, clean and well-maintained. We definitely enjoyed our long weekend and would visit this cabin again!

This Airbnb was the perfect place for a weekend away in Winter Park! The home was clean, spacious, and well appointed. We felt right at home upon check in. We will definitely book this Airbnb again!

We had everything we needed for a quick spring break trip in the snow! This home has more room than I imagined and great set up for the varying ages of the boys. The town of Nederland offered some eclectic spots and the local mountain Eldora was perfect size for a great couple of days of skiing and snowboarding. Then home to cook in the large kitchen, a little sledding, and relax in the hot tub. We would definitely return!

We loved our time over Christmas at Jordan’s place! We had our children and grandchildren join us for 4 days of fun. Waking up on Christmas morning and having everyone open presents in front of the beautiful fireplace was great! The house was clean and had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. And you can’t beat the beautiful surroundings as you are encircled by mountains. Jordan was incredibly friendly and proactive, and did everything he could to prepare us for the trip and make sure we had a great time. I highly recommend this home for a family get together where you can spend time inside and out!!

Great property and location. Hot tub was fabulous! My family comes to the Winter Park area annually this first week of March. This home is definitely one of our favorite locations and hope to be back next year. Marcy Arrance

This is a charming historic property full of interesting antiques and lots of character - just what we were looking for. The caretaker Bob called me the day before and gave me clear instructions on how to get there and where to park, and showed us around the house when we arrived. Slept great and we had so much to talk about with all the interesting furnishings. We had plenty of room to spread out and everyone had their own bathroom which was great. Loved the charm!

Annelies's place was AMAZING! She has been one of the best hosts we have had and included everything you could ask for during your stay- even things we didn't think we needed until we were there! We had 8 family members staying for Christmas and there was plenty of room, blankets, seating, etc. for everyone to gather, eat and play games. It is just up the road from a grocery store so we were able to stock up and it was so close to town that we had our pick of great restaurants and things to do. It's only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park with it's beauty and fabulous hikes. Even in the winter! Annalies was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. There were so many helpful suggestions about the area and very clear directions about the house itself. We felt so welcomed and at home. Everyone agreed it was one of our favorite Christmas gatherings. Thank you Annalies!

Wendy's home was the perfect place for our group. We had three families sharing the house, and we had plenty of space. Wendy was incredibly helpful and kind in her communication, and there are so many thoughtful amenities included in the stay that made traveling with kids a great experience. We would definitely come back!

Susan's house was exactly as described and pictured. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The house was very clean and incredibly well equipped. The furnishings were perfect for the place and the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. We loved the mountain views from the balcony, enjoyed the hot tub. The primary suite was very luxurious and the other bedrooms were well laid out and it was nice that they also had their own bathrooms. The town is just a short ride away and getting to Winter Park for skiing was super easy. We were very glad we found this house!
