I recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental property, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. The property is impeccably clean, which is a huge plus for me as someone who is germophobic—it truly exceeded my expectations. The large master bathroom was a wonderful addition, and I especially loved how dark and cozy the bedroom is, ensuring restful nights of sleep. The breathtaking views of Grand Lake are definitely a highlight! As a real estate investor, I appreciate the high standards of this property—it’s simply amazing! The convenience of having a Keurig machine is a nice touch; just remember to bring your favorite K-Cups. Plus, there’s covered parking available, adding to the overall convenience. For downtime, you'll find plenty of books to read and games to enjoy. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience! Such a wonderful place to stay!! Perfect location, beautiful scenery, clean home, warm hot tub, and only 10 minutes from winter park. Would highly recommend staying here for your next ski trip!

We had a very enjoyable ski trip staying at your home. We found it to be spacious, clean and close to City Market for groceries. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pans and utensils. There are many restaurants nearby in Winter Park and Granby and shops as well. Snowmobiling is close by in Grand Lake. The location of your home is wonderful. Thank you for sharing your mountain home with us. Looking forward to staying here again.

This place is amazing! The condo is beautiful and well furnished. It is loaded with everything that you need, and it makes you feel right at home. The views of the mountains and snow-covered frozen lake from every floor were spectacular. I would love to come back to this condo in the summer, as the views can only get better!

Absolutely loved our winter wonderland getaway from South Florida. It was like waking up each day in a snow globe. The home was so warm and welcoming. Great location and extremely peaceful.

The home was within 10 minutes of Winter Park and downtown Fraser, which was perfect. The hot tubs and pool were great to have after skiing all day. The home was exactly as listed and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and have meals at the AirBnB. Thanks for a great stay Raymond!

Highly recommend staying here for a weekend in Winter Park. The unit was spacious and comfortable while being just a few minutes from town. It had everything we needed and we were even able to park our truck in the heated garage.

This was our 2nd year to stay at Lizz’s! Her place is beautifully updated with comfy king size beds. The location is close to Winter Park Ski resort with us access right out front. There a nice little balcony off the back with a very peaceful wooded view. Stay here! You won’t regret it.

Nikki and Erik's place was truly a home away from home experience- we ski at Winter Park 1-2x/ year for the last 10 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed at! We were a party of 7 adults (including 4 college aged 'kids') + small doodle dog and the place was very comfortable. The oversized single car garage was heated for your boots and skis, the ground floor has a queen bunk room w bath. The second floor featured the dining, living, kitchen and 2 patios including an amazing new Bull Frog hot tube with customized jet packs for your sore muscles. (Please do rinse before entering to keep water pristine). The top floor features 2 additional bedrooms (king and queen over twin) each with bath and laundry room. The closets have multi basket storage system to help each guest keep their stuff separate. Nice touches include: high end cookware, fully stocked kitchen, upgraded appliances, comfortable mattresses, plenty dishes, too many to name! Thanks and will be back!

We had a great stay here - loved the easy access to the Winter Park bus, cozy living room, and well stocked kitchen. Great for a group of friends!

Our group had a very pleasant stay, a very spacious and excellent location close to the slopes! Remote Check-in was very nice and simple. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice spot up in the mountains!

Great cozy townhome with easy access to the mountains of Winterpark. Well stocked kitchen. Great hot tub with view out to the mountains. Host were responsive and helpful. Worked great for our annual dads and kids ski trip.

The place was terrific - Troye was incredibly responsive with any questions had during my stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

It’s a great space, open, clean and just outside of town. Justin is friendly and responsive. Had minor things to address and he was very attentive to all of it. That for making our stay feel like a home away from home!

Julie was an excellent host! We loved the place, incredible view and very nice and cozy. We had a couple small glitches in our plans. First, the washer was broken when we arrived, but Julie gave us $20 to wash in town and offered to cancel our reservation if we wanted to stay somewhere else, so she was very responsive. Second, my leg was broken which meant (a) I could not easily go get firewood (there was none at the time), and (b) I was stuck at home instead of out adventuring as planned. Julie was kind enough to bring both firewood and crutches (!) which made our time there so much better. I even got out the last day on a short, snowy trail thanks to those crutches. The only thing I would change about the place is putting in hardwood/laminate, just for the feel of extra cleanliness (I'm not a carpet person). But overall great stay and fantastic host - would love to come back!

Kylee is an amazing host and was awesome to deal with. Her home is outstanding and the club with two large hot pools is outstanding after a days skiing. We will be back!

Incredible views of nature and wildlife. Everything was clean and organized. Great space to spend time if you appreciate the great outdoors, or just want a mountain getaway and want to watch movies inside all day.

great place, footsteps away from the winter park shuttle. it was clean, spacious and cozy. lots of amenities and useful things in kitchen - Saran wrap, aluminum foil, oil, spices, other cooking stuff. clubhouse was great, hot tubs and steam room are great treats after skiing. would stay here again

It was a nice experience to stay at the house. The house is very clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and responsive. Will come back again next time when we come to Fraser.

We loved the comms with Mike, ease of check-in/out, and value of staying in Tabernash at a well appointed and super comfy 3bdr / 3bath to go skiing at WP. The commute to WP was easy (15mins) and we didn’t encounter traffic at the times we left or came back. It was great overall for the fam and we’ll definitely be looking out for their place to become available again!!!

I am so happy I found this place! The view of the lake is a lot closer than pictures show and the overall view of the mountain range in the winter was magical. The place was very clean and had everything I needed. It had such a cozy feeling that I felt I actually lived there! Noelle was so kind and easy to work with, I want to say one of the most easy going hosts I’ve ever interacted with! This is a place I will for sure stay at again.
