I recently stayed at Sonja's property this pass weekend and had the most peaceful weekend ever! The area was quiet, which was ideal for my staycation. The place was immaculate and decorated tastefully just like the pictures. Checkin was simple and Sonja was very responsive before and during my stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and I was able to make some delicious meals. and the outside was so nice and resort like, definitely enjoy a glass of wine out on the patio. I felt safe and secured and would definitely recommend Sonja place for your next visit!

We loved loved loved this place! It was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 3 kids (age 2,8,10) and it was absolutely perfect. The location is in the middle of nowhere which I loved. But maybe plan to get groceries if you can before you arrive - after a long day of travel we were starving- but went to LJ’s High Rock restaurant and it was lovely and great food! LJ was amazing and we became fast friends! He was very responsive - one morning our rental car was dead and he came in 15 minutes and gave us a jump. There is plenty to do on the island- (I would skip swimming with the pigs but put Lucayan beach on your list) but our favorite days was just spent at the house- waking up to the ocean. Swimming in the pool. Kayaking the beautiful crystal clear waters. And walking the beach for miles collecting conch shells. Beautiful beautiful beautiful. We will definitely try to plan to be back! THIS HOUSE WAS SO GREAT THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO PUBLISH A REVIEW BECAUSE I WANT TO KEEP IT FOR MYSELF!! Everything works. Great dock with rubber padded pilons, water and shore power. Everything is brand new inside and out. Very stylish and higher end with a great kitchen and outdoor area, including a pool. It even comes with a super sweet dog. PERFECT for a boating trip to West End. I would not stay anywhere else.

Had a really nice stay. The place was exactly as described in a very quiet neighborhood.will definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property very quiet and private backyard is a great place to hang out and relax or play games the unit was very clean and had everything you would expect 10/10

We stayed in this House for a week . This place is located on property of Cooper’s estate (famous Bahamian businessman Harvard Cooper), where is located Cooper’s Castle (one of the tourist attractions) with absolutely stunning views from the hill. Recommend visiting this place. House we had stayed has everything you need for your comfort. Host Alice very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will recommend this place to our friends.

A great place in a great location. We chartered a boat to pick us up from the public dock and it took us straight to the beach by the property. The place is big, great kitchen, fully equipped, with great AC. There are bicycles to ride the 2 miles into town...that in itself was funny. Kayaks are there to travel up and down the coast. At low tide, you can walk out to the sand bars and see rays, starfish, all sorts of fish. Nothing much in town, but we brought all our supplies so we didn't do without. Any one wanting to have a true Bahamian holiday on an island should stay here. The unit can sleep 6 comfortably and the beach is right there...a great trip, and recommended to all

Our flight was delayed and we got in very late, we were still met at the villa and then the next day met again to show us around in the daylight!

Maralyns house is really beautiful and peacefully located. It is perfectly situated between two beaches and has a huge garden to take a food-break. We used the bikes every day to get to Taino beach or Port Lucaya, which was awesome! The house itself is very clean and completely stuffed. You even got Netflix, which made the rainy and stormy days better :D All in all we would totally recommend Maralyns house to everybody else! Good price and nice stay! Thank you so much! :)
