We had a great stay. Janis was helpful and flexible with our schedule. The place is brand new and has lots of amenities. We will be back again!

Well stocked kitchen and linen closet, comfortable beds (one queen, two singles), dishwasher and laundry machines all in perfect working order. Windows opened to allow for a beautiful island breeze, screens on each one to keep peace of mind. More importantly, CLOSE TO THE BEACH! And wow, what a beach! 10 out of 10 stay, would recommend to my mom. Which is the ultimate praise:)

Richard’s place is an excellent choice for a stay in Freeport. He was incredibly attentive and offered great recommendations for things to do around the island. The access to both a boat and a car made all the difference, allowing us to truly explore and experience Freeport. If we return, we’d definitely stay here again!

What an incredible month we enjoyed at Richard & Roslyn’s beautiful spot. Fantastic hosts who provided us with all the information we needed from the moment we booked. They stayed in touch with us throughout our time there and were super fast (within minutes!) when responding to two very minor issues. The Unit was exactly as described in the photos and mere steps away from a beautiful beach where we enjoyed daily walks and swims. The pool is directly outside the Unit and was always a quiet place to go for a dip at the end of the day. The Unit is part of a small group of Condos and the other owners and renters were all very kind and welcoming- even hosting regular Thursday night sunset “happy hour”. We look forward to coming back in the future. Thanks again for having us, we highly recommend your “little piece of heaven”. Gord & Shelley

Our flight was delayed and we got in very late, we were still met at the villa and then the next day met again to show us around in the daylight!

Beautiful home in great location in a quiet neighborhood. Quick and easy access to airport and restaurants. Totally enjoyed my time, definitely felt like a home away from home.

Pat and Ivan are the sweetest people. They meet you at the place, give very helpful instructions and suggestions and even take you to the store to get basics to settle in. The place was equipped with everything and we enjoyed the back porch for cocktails, fishing , kayaking and paddle boarding. The location was amazing having waterway behind us and the beach in front. Great little restaurants are in the walking distance and so is amazing long stretch of the beach. Pat was communicating with us and gave great suggestions about dive shops, attractions etc. she also suggested a taxi driver Antoinette, who was very responsive, punctual and nice. We had a great time and felt welcome. The host really shares their home with you. Thank you!

We were two girls travelling around and this villa was very beautiful. We had a privat beach 3 minutes away by foot and it felt like a dream. We had the whole villa for us and Mark gave us an upgrade for a bigger room for free because we were the only guests. All in all the householders were very friendly. The only criticism was that there were no salt and pepper and also no sponge to wash the dirty dishes. The price was also very good and we would recommend it definetly!

We loved loved loved this place! It was beautiful, peaceful and perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 3 kids (age 2,8,10) and it was absolutely perfect. The location is in the middle of nowhere which I loved. But maybe plan to get groceries if you can before you arrive - after a long day of travel we were starving- but went to LJ’s High Rock restaurant and it was lovely and great food! LJ was amazing and we became fast friends! He was very responsive - one morning our rental car was dead and he came in 15 minutes and gave us a jump. There is plenty to do on the island- (I would skip swimming with the pigs but put Lucayan beach on your list) but our favorite days was just spent at the house- waking up to the ocean. Swimming in the pool. Kayaking the beautiful crystal clear waters. And walking the beach for miles collecting conch shells. Beautiful beautiful beautiful. We will definitely try to plan to be back! Very beautiful home. Spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place if you come to freeport. Literally 15 min walk to your own little mini beach and good food spot around the corner!

A phenomenal villa literally a 2 minute walk from the most pristine beaches in the Bahamas. Veru quiet yet very safe neighborhood surrounded by other large villas. It is also very close to Lucaya downtown which is where the best restaurants are. The property is immaculate and offers a ton of great outdoor space. The indoor space was very well done and is perfect for a few families or friends to stay in...very spacious kitchen with everything perfectly picked out for a great night in and cookout. The bedrooms are very well appointed and spacious. The place was very well cleaned and ready for us when we got in; the house manager is the best and can answer any questions you have about the best Grand Bahama has to offer, including fresh fish delivery, best restaurants, etc Would wholeheartedely recommend the villa and will definitely be coming back!
