Belle villa qui correspondait en tout point aux photos et à la description de l'annonce. Quartier d'Oyster pond très calme et relaxant, tout ce que nous recherchions! Vue magnifique avec lever de soleil face à la terrasse piscine au top! Très bel emplacement hôtes tjs dispo pour répondre à nos besoins et attentes! Je recommande

Great place if you have a large group of people. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen and dining area is great for gatherings. Alain is responsive and will help with anything you need while staying at his place.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

Another great stay at Sea True Villa! Most awesome house in all of Maho area. Gorgeous and contemporary home with an amazing, infinity edge pool, overlooking the runways. We always feel perfectly at home here.

You cannot beat Manu's place! Beautiful two-bedroom space that was so comfortable and had everything we could want -- including a private pool, which was perfect for evening swims. The location is incredible. It's just steps from Orient Bay Beach and has multiple options for groceries, restaurants, drinks, and desserts. We had the most wonderful time and would absolutely book with Manu again in the future!

If you are looking for a quiet place without close neighbors, Paradise View is a great choice. It is close to Orient Bay but not noisy or crowded. We loved our view of the water every morning as we opened the hurricane garage door and sipped our coffee. Pierre stocked the kitchen with not only all tools needed to cook, but he put drinks in the fridge and brought us honey from his own hives. He is the consummate host - not at all hovering but ready to help if we called. Another plus that we did not expect for just the two of us was two bathrooms with showers - one on the first floor and the other upstairs. We plan to return next year. I know we will have to reserve soon for our choice of dates because this home is an extremely good choice to stay longer than a week.

We enjoyed our time immensely. We are hoping to be back soon!

My stay at Glory's Residence was a memorable one..the place was as described and all the amenities listed was present. The surrounding was very peaceful and scenic and if you're lucky enough you can catch a glimpse of monkeys in the area. Will surely be back!

Shelly is a wonderful person as well as a great host. Shelly notifies us regularly about events on both the Dutch side as well as the French side. I would rate Shelly a 10 if you had that many stars. She replied to questions within an hour or two. Lovely unit and great hostess.

Emma responded very quickly and addressed all of our concerns. Very beautiful surroundings and secure location. Very peaceful. You have a pool all to yourself and you can enjoy views of other villas, mountains and bay from there. Orient bay is only 5 minutes drive which has clean and sandy beaches and amazing restaurants. To get to the villa you would need to go up 2 hills so I would strongly recommend renting a car in St. Martin as it is much easier to get around.

Gorgeous property, loved waking up to that amazing view. Be prepared though, the mosquitoes when we went (February) were rough, but they provided a swatted, citronella candles, etc to help, and the bedrooms are able to be closed with AC to limit them. Pool was great to cool down and Zou was always available for any questions we had. If you stay here you have to try BZH, it’s an amazing restaurant nearby.

Excellent week end chez Mario, apres un check in très sympathique realisé avec Hans, un voisin. Le logement est bien equipé, et situé dans une residence tres agreable equipee d une superbe piscine avec vue... residence situé à quelques metres d' une epicerie, et à quelques minutes de marche d une seconde, de restaurants et de la plage de Cupecoy.. A recommander!

Villa Marine is an amazing rental with gorgeous views. We immensely enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house with many different sitting areas. The pool was perfect to take a break from the heat; kayaking to Petit Clef and the sand bar for exploring and seeing sea turtles and manta rays was the best. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Monica’s Bungalow! Me and my partner stayed for 4 nights and it was so charming to wake up in a tropical and foresty vibe. The view points from the bungalow are great and from the pool are amazing. The shower has great water pressure, and we were able to make all our breakfast in the kitchen. Monica was a fantastic host and takes great pride in her units and keeping them well kept! A couple tips. Dont trust the google maps directions, we had to follow the directions from Monica. The drive there and the driveway in can be quite steep. I was nervous driving at first but after Monica helped me the 1st time I was totally fine. If our old beaten up Nissan sedan could make it then yours could too! Also a great workout to walk up/down. The charm of the tropical forest comes with some forest sounds. If it rains, then a frog likes to chirp; you get used to it. And the sound of the rain can be soothing. Bring ear plugs incase. I recommend and would stay again!

Alexandra's place was beautiful... The inside space was great but the outdoor space was absolutely amazing! It is nice an quite, great view of the ocean and the ships and boats coming and going... It was quite windy while we were there so we were not able to swim in the ocean but loved the pool!

Words cannot describe how beautiful and tranquil La Pinta was! It was exactly what was listed, accessible to everything we needed, home had everything mentioned. Chloe and Lea were MORE than responsive and helpful to our family!! Mona was an amazing addition to a very peaceful relaxing vacation with my family of 8. HIGHLY recommend and will be back!!

Wonderful, serene, & peaceful place with hummingbirds coming and going constantly. Only note, there is no laundry on site. There are sinks and there is a clothes line for rinsing out bathing suits etc. A wonderful stay, wonderful host. Great location on the West End

Loved it! Location is close to all the necessities + local bars and restaurants. Quiet location—neighbors are very nice in passing. Home looks just like the photos—pool/balcony has a fantastic view. Clean. And well appointed. Property manager easily accessible. TV is a big plus for nighttime viewing when you don’t want to go out. Would highly recommend and stay again!

La Casita Villa was worth every penny! Peter is an amazing host, and truly thought of everything! The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need including a coffee maker, French press, blender, bottle opener, etc. And even the finer details have been thought of - for example, there is a cooler that they provide to allow you to bring things to the beach and keep cold. Peter was extremely responsive throughout our stay, and very resourceful. We had a maintenance issue with the fridge and Peter immediately had someone there to fix it. The Airbnb itself is stunning. We travelled with 3 couples and we each had our own room, 2 of which had ocean views. It’s the perfect mix of privacy with each room being separated from one another, while still allowed for the most fun and entertainment in the common areas. We spent a lot of time outside under the new gazebo because we could not get enough of the view! The pool overlooking the ocean at sunset is one we will never forget.

Great stay in this familial house that is now proposed as an Airbnb by Helene. Everything matches the description and Helene answers all questions, even during the stay. Really great value for money if you want to have a stay in typical Saint-Martin house. Access is easy and can be autonomous.

Prior to our arrival Marie had texted me with complete instructions for our arrival to the Nettle Bay Beach Club location. Marie took time in showing us around the 2 homes. Both homes were completely updated and very nicely furnished. Very clean, bright and airy. Modern appliances fully stocked kitchen cabinets with crockery and all. Marie was very thorough in also sharing local dining options and local vendors. Our family stayed here very comfortably here for 1 week. The Nettle Bay Beach Club is a clean and modern private (gated) community with private pools. A beautiful resort that is 15 minutes from SXM airport. Close to grocery and convenience stores. Thank you Marie so much for being such a wonderful host.

Our family vacation at Villa Tropicale was an absolutely enjoyable experience ! Our hosts Claude and Monique treated us like family. We arrived to a bolognese pasta meal the night of our arrival after Claude welcomed us to his beautiful home. We were surprised to find a refrigerator stocked with cold drinks, beautiful cheese tray and the groceries to make breakfast the following morning. The surprises did not stop there! Claude charmed us one morning with fresh French pastries, croissants and baguettes. Claude also prepared a delicious paella meal on the night of our choice which we thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was beautiful and refreshing and outside area was relaxing and perfect for our family. We ate all our meals at the outside dining table. The beach was beautiful and secluded and just a short walk away. We enjoyed preparing meals in the fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies and spices provided. Thank you Claude and Monique for your hospitality!
