We absolutely loved the place! Very clean and well appointed. Also very close to Winter Park Resort & walked on several occasions even though it was winter time. When we didn’t feel like walking we took a shuttle up to the resort. Host is very responsive and able to recommend options for any needs we had during our stay. We will definitely stay with them again when we plan to visit next time. Can’t say enough about the abundance of beauty in the area with the snow & fur trees and all the fun activities available at Winter Park! Made for a perfect Christmas vacation!

Cozy place in a great location. Just down the road from the shuttle stop and the rec center. Hiking/mtbing trail access practically out the front door! Easy walking distance to the store, shops and restaurants.

Fabulous condo! Location to resort/lifts was amazing (right across the street from bus/shuttle in winter and walkable in summer). Very clean and host was responsive. We were Allowed a late checkout due to weather issues affecting our departure. Would highly recommend!

Our group had a great time staying here! We were 2 families of 4 (kids aged 3-8) + 1 dog, and all fit comfortably. We planned to cook all of our meals in-house and found we had all the basic things we would need plus a few extra perks. It is an easy walk (even in the snow) to the hot tub, which we appreciated after a day if skiing, and easy to walk to some local restaurants and market. It seems like a little thing, but we especially appreciated the full sized detergents, shampoos, etc. We had packed our own because places often give you 1 dishwasher packet, for example, so it was nice to see they hadn't skimped on those things, because when you're travelling with kids, or forget your toiletries (like my husband) it's nice not having to go out and buy a full-sized container for 2 days. Definitely recommend!

The space - and especially the ski-in/ski-out - was as fantastic as advertised and as others have said in reviews. Overall for my son and I, the space was a very simple, clean, and cozy place that was the perfect basecamp for a few days - with our focus on snowboarding and relaxing during the evenings. Highly recommend!

I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years. Gino has done a great job providing a clean and comfortable place to rest after long days of snowboarding and hiking. I've seen updates as well over the years, so it's apparent that he cares about making it a great value.

Had a great time at Denise’s condo. Everything you needed to have a wonderful time with your family best for either two adults and one or two kids, great amenities, including the pool and near the ski slope.

Great location, convenient to skiing, town, and public transit. I stayed for about a month and a half and felt right at home the whole time. Kristen was very responsive and helpful

This condo was located in just the perfect spot for all of our Winter Park activities! It was just a 10 minute drive from the base, and less than a 10 minute drive to great restaurants and grocery stores. The condo itself was clean and had everything (plus more) we could think to need! Check in and check out were easy, too. I wish I would’ve planned a longer trip so we could stay for more than just one night! The only thing to note that I couldn’t find anywhere on the listing is that the pool/hot tub area closes at 10 pm. Overall, great stay and great experience with Cenee and Brett!

Great location for skiing! Amazing amenities in the building with hot tub and sauna to melt away the sore muscles of the day. Perfect getaway!

Great place to stay. I knew I wasn’t going be making meals while on vacation, so no need for a full kitchen. Location is great, very short drive to the resort, and close to local restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable, and driveway was cleared of snow. Mark provided very easy and simple directions and my stay at his place was excellent. Next time Winter Park comes up on my rotation to take a trip to, I would book this place again and again!

The convenience to the ski lift was worth every penny of the rental. Excellent location, great amenities. Very well kept and clean.

Wonderful condo, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, very clean and cozy - we had all we needed and more! Stacy was very responsive and graciously allowed us to use the Keurig k-cups when I realized I hadn't brought any for the machine. Great location close to the base and walkable to the lift. Our family of four loved it, and would definitely stay again.

One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at hands down! Would love to stay again. Perfect for a vacation in the Winter Park/Fraser area. Had everything we needed for a great weekend in the mountains.

The location was perfect. It was a true ski in and ski out condo.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a short ski trip. We absolutely loved the place! It was very quiet, and the views were beautiful. The private hot tub was relaxing and easy to use. James was very responsive and flexible during our stay. He even offered to let us stay longer if we could not make our flight due to a snow storm. We would definitely stay again!

Great place just a few minutes walk from Winter Park Village and lifts. Bus stop right out front door. Blake made it very easy to check-in and out. Very helpful with recommendations and responsive.
