Masum did a great job communicating with me. His place was very clean with beautiful views. We loved going in to Fraser and enjoyed Tabernash Tavern.

Great location away from downtown which allowed us to wind down and have some peace and quiet. There were some people renting right next door who were a bit loud, but they respected the quiet hours later in the evening.

The 5 King beds plus a bunk room made this a great home for our group. We loved the location for skiing at Winter Park. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub and the views from it were outstanding.

Great property and location. Hot tub was fabulous! My family comes to the Winter Park area annually this first week of March. This home is definitely one of our favorite locations and hope to be back next year. Marcy Arrance

We took our daughter skiing for the first time and this was the perfect location. Excellent location to ski lift and the hot tub was relaxing

This place is amazing, peaceful, calming and cozy, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Andrew has been a wonderful host. We were a party of 5 and needed a place to stay, close to Winter Park with easy access to ski slopes. Andrew’s place was ideal in this regard with plenty of dining options close by. The hot tub is definitely the highlight of the stay.

The place was great! A bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Lots of room and the hot tub was a hit. Mike was very responsive. We will be back next time we ski.

My family of 6 stayed here for a few days while we skied at Granby Ranch. We had an awesome time. We had everything we needed. The house was stocked with plenty of pillows and blankets, toilet paper, and detergent for keeping up with laundry. We had an issue with the key pad the first day and the host responded and fixed the issue very quickly. We loved the sunrise views over the mountains each morning and watching/listening to beautiful creek running through the backyard. The fireplace was so cozy after a day at the slopes! My only wishes would be if there was a hot tub on the amazing porch, if the master bed mattress was a little more firm, and if there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Otherwise, it was perfect!!

So incredibly cozy and special! The hot tub overlooking the creek and location are what made us book initially, but we were met with so much more. The views through the mountains on the way in from Denver were incredible and accessibility to state parks and surrounding towns works out perfectly! You truly feel like you’re in a secluded world of your own while conveniently being right off RT 70. Our host was responsive and helpful, making us feel right at home. I would recommend booking to everyone, from families looking to go skiing or hiking to couples looking for a romantic weekend in. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Thanks again!

We live staying in these cabins! They are so cute and cozy AND being dog friendly is such a major plus :) highly recommended!

The place was beautiful and Jack was a great host. There were a couple questions we had for him and he was super responsive. The game room was perfect for the kids and the place even catered to the two dogs we brought. Thank you Jack for allowing us to stay at your house and for being such a good host!!!

Amazing place to stay. Very cozy and clean, it felt like home away from home! The hot tub was a huge hit! Communication with the hosts was smooth and prompt! We will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful find! The cabin was adorable and so peaceful. My husband, dog and I need a few days to get away and relax and recharge. The cabin had everything we needed, the caretakers had someone shovel the walkways every day, so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Walking distance to everything. We were in Grand Lake in the winter and knew some places would be closed for the season and we enjoyed walking the town with very few people. The basketball court across from the cabin is transitioned to a skating rink in the winter so that was a fun extra to have. Tash and Bryon are amazing hosts and ensured we had everything for a perfect stay. Easy to get to, easy to get into the cabin and the gas fireplace we wonderful. We will be going back again.

Absolutely loved it! Was everything we had hoped for and more. Extremely clean and well maintained. Hope to come back next year if not sooner.
