Great stay! The place was very clean and nice. A little outside of downtown Moab, so it's a nice place if you like to be away from the center. The only downsides were that the address was incorrect, so it took us awhile to find the house itself, and the pool and hot tub were under construction. Would have been nice to use and know beforehand. Other than that, I would recommend and stay here again!

Nice condo with a nice binder that lined out everything we may need to know. Lots of parking.

Thanks for the lovely stay. We had a great time, kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a day of biking/hiking. We especially appreciate the amount of beds, one for everyone. The place was able to comfortably fit the 6 of us.

Minutes away from downtown Moab, clean, comfortable accommodations priced fairly. I would definitely stay again! During spring break the shared hot tub was too full for us to use a couple times so you might want to go earlier to be able to use it during peak.

Absolutely beautiful! The pools were heated and we were able to swim with the kids when it was only 35 degrees out. The place was stunning, spotless, and comfortable. I 100 percent recommend staying here.

We had such a wonderful time. Moab is a truly beautiful place and this was close to so many amazing hikes. We loved sitting in the hot tub and looking at the stars at night. Kitchen was spotless and well-stocked. So appreciated that it was dog-friendly. What a gem!

Great place, plenty of space, the kitchen was perfect for cooking up our own meals, the showers had plenty of hot water available, beds and living room were spacious and cozy. There were two fireplaces kept the place warm. Loved being able to go out for hikes and runs and returning to this place. Highly recommend

Had a great stay. Place is a little south of town... but we knew that going in. I'm a cyclist, and I was able to hop on my bike and ride from Josh's development into town in a matter of minutes. Rooms were comfy, kitchen decently equipped. Would stay again for sure.

Great stay at Haley's place! Great home base while my family adventured around Canyonlands and Arches. Accommodations were comfortable and Haley was very responsive to questions and needs as they arose. Looking forward to returning to Moab!

This was our second time staying at Tyler and Haley’s place, and it was great! It’s a bit of a drive to downtown Moab and Arches/Canyonlands, but the condo is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and in a quiet area. This unit is right above the pool for the complex, so it would get a bit noisy in the afternoons and early evenings, but we were pretty much always out and about during those times anyway, and it would quiet down for bedtime, so that wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Really a nice place we thoroughly enjoyed being with our family and doing all the fun family things. The pool was pristine clean and the people there were great people friendly loved our stay and we will be back every year from now on.

We are a five people group, and there were enough beds for everyone. Every process was so smooth, and no problem from booking to checking out. Having an outside hot tub after long hikes was awesome. We cooked two dinners and breakfast, kitchen equipments were pretty good as well. We will come back:)

Overall great stay! Plenty of space in the master bedroom to layout suitcases and repack/organize for the rest of our trip! Just to point out, there is no door in the master bathroom leading into the bedroom so for families with young kids or different morning wake up schedules that made logistics of showering/lighting in the AM a little tricky, but would stay again overall. Kids loved the hot tub!

Great stay, everything was provided and more. Clean, quiet and comfortable! Highly recommended.
