We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home. We were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the property was. The house had plenty of space for our group, providing everyone with room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. The location was ideal – just a short drive to the heart of Moab, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals. Overall, this Airbnb was a perfect base for our trip to Moab. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and convenient place to stay in the area. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We visit Moab every spring for 4x4 riding. This was a perfect location, very well-equipped home with a nice large garage. Living area was spacious and the kitchen was the most organized and well-equipped one I think we have ever had in an Air B&B. With cold weather we didn’t get to make use of the outdoor facilities/pool/grill. The neighborhood seems to be mostly Air B&B with lots of people coming and going, we made friends with the guests across the road and gave them advice about trails as it was their first time in Moab. Our plans changed last minute and they were very accommodating with the changes. We will be back!

Great location especially for traveling with trucks/trailers/dirtbikes. Ample places to park, neighborhood was easy to navigate while pulling a trailer. Liked that this location was a little outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, but close enough to still be convenient to area trails and attractions. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful views. Perfect for 2 families w kids to share. Kitchen, bath, and laundry were all stocked with anything we could possibly need. Kids enjoyed the hot tub each night. Cleaning crew did a great job, not a single thing was missed. Great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend, esp for families and those traveling with lots of toys.

Justin’s place looked just like the photos. Plenty of room, an en suite for each bedroom, and great sized kitchen/dining area. We loved using the foosball table! It is in a great location if you are driving to The Needles area of Canyonlands. It is not walkable to downtown Moab, but the drive isn’t bad. The pool and hot tub area are nice at the end of a long day biking/hiking. Private patio areas for having morning coffee or sitting around a fire pit at night.

I loved the stay. Julianne was wonderful and incredibly accommodating. She even gave me tips on things to do during a bad weather day. The place is in a perfect location, you can walk to all of the local hangouts. Highly recommended I will stay there again!

Had a great time staying for 8 nights at the house in Green River. The access to both Temple Mountain area and Moab is just about the same at 50 miles making it easy to head to both areas. So can enjoy all the slot canyon hikes, arches and petroglyph viewing to the max. House was cozy, clean and nice. Ample heating and hot water for the cold days. All the basic amenities are provided, but would recommend to bring extra bath soap, shampoo, conditioner for anyone staying over 3 nights or so. There are no washing detergent provided so make sure to bring your own. Fridge ice maker is unoperational but enough ice trays to stick in the freezer compartment of the big fridge will do the job with no prob. Everything else is perfect ! Thanks for providing us a wonderful stay for our annual family trip to the area.

We had a great time at Casa Violet and Moab as well. The house was exactly as described, and better than expected. Everything about the stay was enjoyable, no issues whatsoever. Lulu kept us informed with relevant info, whenever needed, and was very responsive. There is so much to do in Moab and Casa Violet is just a short drive to get to everything. Our 2 families had a great time and we would absolutely stay at Casa Violet again the next time we visit Moab.

Very spacious and comfortable place to stay. We stayed 3N. There are some cooking oil spray and cling wrap and aluminum foil and pots pans and instant coffee with powdered creamer. Some nice views. I really liked the porch and grill. It was too cold to lounge in the patio when I was there but the chair swings and large patio table looks so inviting. W/D included with detergent. No dishwasher. The somewhat soft uneven floors aggravated my damaged meniscus but the rest of the family did not have an issue with it.

Carmen was very responsive. Moab (and apparently 100 miles in every direction) had a power outage while we were out to dinner. She called, let us know about the outage, and brought extra blankets and lanterns. She also went to a neighbors and heated up a kettle of water on their wood stove so our kids could have some hot chocolate before bed. Even with the power outage during a cold snap in the winter, we all slept well under the extra blankets. If we go back to the area, we will stay there again.

Perfect location in Moab. Walkable to all local restaurants and coffee shops, while also being very quiet with a feeling of being tucked away from too much activity.

Great location. Visited both Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable beds and lots of space for my family of 4.

Destiney's place had everything we needed and the ice box was an unexpected bonus. The restaurants and the National Parks are very close to the location. We loved our stay there.

Perfect for 2 people- had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location just south of downtown Moab so the area was very quiet but was a quick drive to restaurants. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Arches and Canyonlands!

Great location!!

Josh's place was fantastic. We came down for an ultra race, biking and hiking with family and friends. It was great to come back after a awesome day outdoors playing hard to a shower, place to hang out and comfy beds. Josh is a good host and was sure to leave clear instructions and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was a wonderful location for my family to stay. The place was clean, cozy, and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I wanted to stay in a semi secluded place with more privacy and this was the perfect place! The place is pretty big and soooo clean (not to mention, one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in from an Airbnb). This place is worth every penny. We are glad we stayed here and we will definitely come back

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

We stayed 2 nights at Kali’s. We loved the location.The place was super clean and quiet. Even though we didn’t cook. The kitchen was fully stocked. We definitely will stay here again.

The condo was perfect for the four of us! We enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Condo is close to downtown Moab restaurants and activities, and convenient to Arches and highway 191. Definitely recommend it!

Good location, 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Had what we needed at a great price. Josh was very responsive.

Wonderful place to say really nice family area location was close enough to Moab. Only issue was when cooking the alarm kept going off when the oven was above 300° otherwise I will stay there again.
