Lovely place to stay while in town for a race! We were close to restaurants and the parks while being far enough off the main drag to still have plenty of peace and quiet.

Amazing stay just one block off Main Street. It had everything we needed for a long weekend exploring Moab and Canyonlands. We were a family of four but definitely had the space to accommodate a larger group size. Beds and linens were very comfortable! Next time we are Moab, we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in Moab. Walkable to all local restaurants and coffee shops, while also being very quiet with a feeling of being tucked away from too much activity.

Great location. Visited both Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable beds and lots of space for my family of 4.

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

This was the perfect “home base” for our first few days in Moab. The location could not be better and the unit was everything in the description and more. I will definitely book again for a return trip!!

This was a home away from my own while traveling the state. It was only a 7 minute drive from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking my dogs. The house allowed me and my wife as well as our three dogs which is not always easy to find for us. The dogs are our family and finding a place that was so welcoming was amazing. I would stay here again anytime I’m in the Moab area.

This place was perfect nice and clean! The house was decorated so pretty. It’s the perfect location for all the touristy things we wanted to do. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. Shawn was so great at communicating with us! I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again!!

Marika’s place was just as it looks and was described. It really felt like home. Pool, hot tub and park were super close. Not far from town. Clean & comfy for all 9 of us! Plenty of kitchen equipment as we ate in almost all meals. Huge garage was great to have access to. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo right outside of Moab was perfect for our family trip. Our goal was to explore Canyonlands and Arches National Parks for several days, and we wanted a home base in a beautiful setting. Perfect spot, very comfy, spacious for four adults, and a well equipped kitchen.

We stayed at Sally's home with our two kiddos for a mini Spring-Break getaway (March 2025) and could not be happier with our accommodations! The house was clean, cozy, quiet, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated! We had everything we needed, slept well in comfortable beds, and felt at home the moment we walked in! The surroundings are beautiful and there is so much breathtaking nature around Moab! We are very happy with our stay and would like to come back! Thank you, Sally, for sharing your home with us!

Absolutely loved our stay! The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The scenery surrounding the property was absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the national parks, tons of adventure activities, great restaurants, and convenient stores. We also really enjoyed the community pool and hot tub—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Mary's place was the most unique Airbnb we have stayed in. We loved how clean it was and the awesome antiques. The kitchen was well furnished and the large sofa was a treat.

Fantastic place! One of our favorites that we have ever stayed in. Super new and modern, with big windows to enjoy all the views. It was so clean and well taken care of — the cleaning crew had even added the little touches of having a new coffee filter in the coffee maker, and a detergent pod in the dishwasher. When they are doing little things like that, you know it’s a good place. The amenities were great. It was really live in ready with all the kitchen items you’d ever need, fully stocked with Keurig coffee/cocoa/tea, spices, etc. Best stocked kitchen at an AirBnB we’ve ever experienced. The location was also perfect. At the south end of town, so it is nice and quiet but still a 5min drive to anything you need. The view out the back into the mountains is awesome, and made for some great sunrises. Really great place that I would recommend to my closest friends and family. Only place that I would book here in the future.

Great location in a suburb just outside of Moab so it was quiet and removed a bit from the hustle and bustle but conveniently located. Super nice to have a garage to pull into although it took a few tries before we understood the opener. Great access to Arches National Park. Was a little indirect to find in the dark upon arrival but not too tricky and still prefer this location to being in town. The unit wasn't new and some elements seemed well worn but we found everything we needed during our stay and all was well organized.

While staying at this Airbnb, we initially had issues getting connected to wifi. I made Tyler aware of this situation and he immediately responded letting us know Moab recently experienced an outage. The next day Tyler proactively messaged me and informed me that it should be working, which it was. Other than the noise from the neighbors (which is out of the control of the host/thin walls) we had no complaints. The Airbnb was spacious and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The master bed was also very comfortable! This Airbnb was within walking or driving distance of any amity you would need. Would recommend to future guests.

Wonderful place to say really nice family area location was close enough to Moab. Only issue was when cooking the alarm kept going off when the oven was above 300° otherwise I will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was equipped with all the necessities and the layout was perfect for two couples. There was a power outage while we were there and Deyette arranged for housekeeping staff to bring us a lantern and push button lights which got us through the evening hours. Lots of literature was provided on things to do in Moab. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We needed a last minute place to stay in the area and Heidi’s place was perfect for our family. Close to the national parks as well as downtown Moab. The unit was well stocked and we were able to find everything we were looking for. Highly recommend staying here!
