Carmen was very responsive. Moab (and apparently 100 miles in every direction) had a power outage while we were out to dinner. She called, let us know about the outage, and brought extra blankets and lanterns. She also went to a neighbors and heated up a kettle of water on their wood stove so our kids could have some hot chocolate before bed. Even with the power outage during a cold snap in the winter, we all slept well under the extra blankets. If we go back to the area, we will stay there again.

Perfect location in Moab. Walkable to all local restaurants and coffee shops, while also being very quiet with a feeling of being tucked away from too much activity.

Great location. Visited both Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Comfortable beds and lots of space for my family of 4.

Josh's place was fantastic. We came down for an ultra race, biking and hiking with family and friends. It was great to come back after a awesome day outdoors playing hard to a shower, place to hang out and comfy beds. Josh is a good host and was sure to leave clear instructions and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location in the center of town, just off Main Street with tons of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The house itself is in a quiet location, is very tasteful and prestine and has all the amenities of home. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful 2 bed 2.5 bathroom house. Beautiful surroundings. Clean. 2 Parking spots available. Easy to find. Clear instructions. Peter responds pretty quickly for anything needed. Has patio with a hottub. Overall a great experience.

Tucked away at the end of a quiet street, this is a perfect location for a peaceful stay in Moab. Everything you need to enjoy your stay, rest and recuperate after a long day of adventures is included. We were able to cook meals, relax in the hot tub, and slept well at the end of the day. Downtown is easily walkable and various locations around Moab are a quick drive. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again during future trips to Moab.

We visit Moab every spring for 4x4 riding. This was a perfect location, very well-equipped home with a nice large garage. Living area was spacious and the kitchen was the most organized and well-equipped one I think we have ever had in an Air B&B. With cold weather we didn’t get to make use of the outdoor facilities/pool/grill. The neighborhood seems to be mostly Air B&B with lots of people coming and going, we made friends with the guests across the road and gave them advice about trails as it was their first time in Moab. Our plans changed last minute and they were very accommodating with the changes. We will be back!

After long days of hiking in Arches, it was such a treat to come back to a home that was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep before another day of exploring. What really set this place apart was how family-friendly it was. Our kids had a blast with the huge selection of toys, games, and even pool gear —such a thoughtful touch! The house was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. If you’re visiting Moab, especially with kids, this is the place to stay.

Great location especially for traveling with trucks/trailers/dirtbikes. Ample places to park, neighborhood was easy to navigate while pulling a trailer. Liked that this location was a little outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, but close enough to still be convenient to area trails and attractions. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful views. Perfect for 2 families w kids to share. Kitchen, bath, and laundry were all stocked with anything we could possibly need. Kids enjoyed the hot tub each night. Cleaning crew did a great job, not a single thing was missed. Great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend, esp for families and those traveling with lots of toys.

Justin’s place looked just like the photos. Plenty of room, an en suite for each bedroom, and great sized kitchen/dining area. We loved using the foosball table! It is in a great location if you are driving to The Needles area of Canyonlands. It is not walkable to downtown Moab, but the drive isn’t bad. The pool and hot tub area are nice at the end of a long day biking/hiking. Private patio areas for having morning coffee or sitting around a fire pit at night.

I loved the stay. Julianne was wonderful and incredibly accommodating. She even gave me tips on things to do during a bad weather day. The place is in a perfect location, you can walk to all of the local hangouts. Highly recommended I will stay there again!

We had a fabulous trip to Moab and thoroughly enjoyed the house. Everything was so well appointed and the kitchen lacked nothing - a true cooks pleasure to make dinner! We also loved being able to watch regular cable and/or Netflix with ease. Neil and Abbie were excellent hosts.

We stayed here for 5 nights during Spring Break week 2025 and we had a great time. The host was very helpful. I contacted him to see if he had sort of a crib because I was traveling with a baby. He immediately ordered a pack and play with a mattress! I truly appreciated this. The house has everything you will need. The town does not have a lot to offer. The only supermarket it has does not open on Sundays and it is 50 minutes away from Moab. However, if you want to save some money and have a peaceful place to stay, you should consider staying here.

Great place for a large family gathering. Plenty of places to put your head, the kitchen was perfectly appointed and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and silverware. Plenty of blankets and bedding. Would stay here again. The (adult) kids loved it.

You can’t beat this Airbnb if you’re visiting Moab! This was a great deal and only a short drive to the main Moab strip. The house itself was very cozy, with all described amenities included. The kitchen was clean and spacious. We had a blast visiting. Thank you Patrick and Angie!!

My husband and I wanted to stay in a semi secluded place with more privacy and this was the perfect place! The place is pretty big and soooo clean (not to mention, one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in from an Airbnb). This place is worth every penny. We are glad we stayed here and we will definitely come back

The condo was perfect for the four of us! We enjoyed the pool every afternoon. Condo is close to downtown Moab restaurants and activities, and convenient to Arches and highway 191. Definitely recommend it!

Good location, 15 minutes from Arches National Park. Had what we needed at a great price. Josh was very responsive.

Wonderful place to say really nice family area location was close enough to Moab. Only issue was when cooking the alarm kept going off when the oven was above 300° otherwise I will stay there again.
