Bella Vita was a great host. The property was spotless. The home and backyard were lovely and relaxing. Very comfy beds and linens. The neighborhood was quiet and you could walk to downtown Douglas. A short drive to Saugatuck and Oval Beach. Bella Vita was very responsive and accommodating. We have been coming to this area for many years and can honestly say this was the nicest property we have stayed at. We would definitely return to this property.

Very rarely is a listing better than expected but Lynda’s property was. A very peaceful and private home with a hot tub with a panoramic view. If I were a birding photographer this would be awesome. There are a lot of instructions but a lot of amenities offered so if you follow the rules you should have a wonderful time.

We brought 3 generations across 3 families here on vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own room and for everyone to get together for meals and games. The property was beautiful and clean and kept everyone entertained over a long cold snowy weekend in January. The attention to detail was amazing and was easily the best AB&B we have ever stayed in. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the property over the summer at the beach. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

Mark’s place was the perfect vacation spot for our family. The house has 3 rooms which allowed us all to have our own space. The kitchen, dining and living room are an open concept which is great for cooking and eating together. We loved the games and played them each night. Mark was very responsive and accommodating to our requests and we hope to stay here again!

It met all of our needs as a group of 8. Loved the puzzles and games provided. We will definitely rent from Craig again.

This home exceeded our expectations, it was better than the pictures. Very clean, very comfortable, well decorated, well appointed. We had 5 ladies for a birthday weekend and we were all very happy. Loved all the helpful hints and story of the home. Really well done, this was everything we needed at a home away from home. We really appreciated the later than usual check out time (1pm). Will come back, thanks!

Absolutely perfect house for a large group. we rented for a a wedding party to stay at for the weekend. It was perfect size for all of us. Plenty of space for all 12 of us with everyone having their own bed! location of the house was perfect and very convenient. Thanks!

Great stay! Very comfortable and served me and my family well. We were there for a basketball tournament near the area and so our stay was just overnight. The place was clean, centrally located, and we had a comfortable rest. lBhp was very responsive when I had a quick question. I would stay there again.

Quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of fun things; the zoo, DeVos Performance Hall, etc. Pizza place right next door which was convenient. Unfortunately there was road construction on the street when we stayed, but totally not Stephanie's fault. She alerted me as soon as she was notified and provided me with alternate parking for my stay. Great communication from the host.

This was a wonderful stay with a group of friends! The property was beautiful and so conveniently located in Saugatuck. We walked pretty much everywhere. Not to mention the Ladybird restaurant below was phenomenal. We went for dinner on a Friday and then again for brunch on Sunday! The space is much larger than we expected, and is incredibly charming. We already want to come back!!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

This funky apartment was exactly as advertised. Great location, very nice amenities, easy to find and check-in. The location was great...10 minute walk to Heritage Landing where my music festival was located.

Great stay, the property is awesome! However, if you are looking for a stay where the host communicates quickly, this is not the one for you. They will respond, but all communication we had was off the Airbnb platform.

We enjoyed Ethan's home as a getaway for 3 couples who love to play pool, prepare good food, and sit by the fire. Ethan's stay has a very decent pool table, spacious kitchen, and the fireplace was simple to operate. A bonus was the hot tub, which fits 6, more comfortably 5. Everything was comfortable and as expected, with plenty of room in all the common areas. The living space was especially cozy. The iPad & speaker system on the main level was a nice touch. The outside area is quite private and functional with a grill and outdoor seating. Basically, we used all the amenities this property has to offer, and everything went smoothly. My only caution would be to mind the outside deck parameter after dark, as there is minimal lighting, and it was difficult to see the stairs and walkway leading to the hot tub.

10/10 recommend this place for your next trip! The air bnb was clean and fully stocked with everything you could ever need for a fun pool vacation! We didn’t bring children on this trip, but you easily could! I noticed the house has a highchair, baby gates, toys, pool floats, and dishes for children and babies. So cool to see such an accommodating place! The pool and hot tub are incredibly beautiful and easy to use. Also loved how many sleeping spaces there are and how much room there is in and around the house for spending time with the people you love. This air bnb is also a 5 min drive to so many yummy local restaurants in downtown Saugatuck. My only regret is not staying longer!

We had a fantastic stay at Ethan's Villa. Spacious, clean, utilities and internet/tv worked perfectly fine. There apparently was a glitch in the software system which caused initial confusion upon check in, but after reaching out to Ethan through the messaging feature on the Airbnb app he was able to respond within the hour and provide the full check-in details, luckily the backdoor was ajar so our group was not left waiting outside. Other than that minor mishap, everyone involved enjoyed our stay and it was as cozy and relaxing as advertised!

This is a great place to stay in Saugatuck/Douglas if you are looking for all the feels in autumn. I’m sure it has that during the other seasons as well. The pool/hot tub were perfect. Outdoor fire pit and games provide plenty to do for the family. Inside is very cozy and modern finishes. 5 minute drive from everything you need in the area. Very solid property

Impressive A-frame with a wonderful looking dining room in the basement with an electric fireplace plus access to the back yard. The kitchen was very well equipped as were the bath rooms. We loved hanging out on the massive blue leather sofa in the living room. The park within a short walk was a bonus for the dog. The house is within walking distance of Saugatuck although there is no sidewalk until you get to the roundabout. We all enjoyed your place.

Clean, cute, great location. Just a quick ladies weekend and this place was absolutely perfect. We are hoping to come back in the warmer weather to explore more! Our only hiccup was the battery on the fire alarms started chirping. I messaged the host and he responded quickly and had the issue fixed super efficiently. We were very happy with how it was handled and would absolutely stay at this host’s property again!
