We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding. It was wonderful! The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook at the house and enjoy the gorgeous views! The home is spacious, very clean and tidy with plenty of room to enjoy yourself. The yard/driveway are great for kids! Matthew was super responsive with any inquiries we had and we truly had the best time. 100% recommend if you’re in the area!!

I wish I could rate this home 6 stars. It is beautiful, peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. The two bedrooms are great and very comfortable, and they actually have anything you might need in terms of toiletries. Corey was super responsive and helpful, he quickly answered the few questions that I had. Would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a small getaway.

Kylie’s home was thoughtfully decorated and cozy. The lake views were really stunning - too cold to jump in but the jacuzzi was perfect. She was always available to message before and during my stay and asked for direct feedback towards the end of my trip in case there was anything that needed improvement. It was a great experience!

We really loved staying at Katie's home. She responded very quickly, and we were allowed to use everything in the house and garage. The house was beautiful and near the lake. It's a quiet place close to nature. The kids loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was quite comfortable, well furnished and full of class and style. Our host Beth was very pleasant and helpful, and was proactive in making sure everything about our stay went well. The location is a little off the beaten path but it was very easy to get around for our trips to Jay Peak, Bolton Valley, Waterbury and downtown Burlington. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful; getting in and out of the house and garage was smooth; couches and beds were super comfy, and all the little bonuses like the snacks, green mtn coffee, robes and some 'bonus' beverages were classy touches. We would definitely stay here again.

Caren was a fantastic host! She was friendly and proactive with her communication and timely in her responses to a couple questions we had. The house was beautiful, exactly what we were hoping for, and not longer than 5 minutes after arrival we all agreed that we’d hope to stay there again in 2026. Highly recommend Caren as a host!

We were in town for a hockey tournament and five people were staying here. There was plenty of room for all five us comfortably. Everyone had their own bedroom (three single people and one couple). There was a great view of the lake outside the front of the house. Everything from the doors to the light switches, refrigerator, and everything in between was labeled so you knew exactly how something worked (which was a huge plus...it took the guess work out of things). We definitely would stay again if in town.

Dorsey’s house is a gem. Fully equipped, clean and private, and with the most amazing views of the lake Champlain. Unfortunately we were there during the hurricane Betty and we couldn’t use the private beach as much as we would like to. We did swim once, and the water was nice and with a lot of sand.

Great place next to the lake. Wish we stayed longer to enjoy.

Our family spent a fabulous week at Jewel of the Isle. The pictures don't do the view justice! It's amazing from every single room at all angles! We were a multi-generational group ranging from 19 to 93 years old and the house was perfect for all of us. Please note though, that there are stairs (with sturdy railings) in the house if that's a mobility issue for you. The "kids" loved the kayaks, stand up paddle boards and the fishing poles. Even though it was early in the season, the herb garden was such a nice touch and we were able to use a few clippings for salads. The house was spotless and Mitch was a very responsive host to all of our questions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Our friend group and fur babies had an amazing time! We made use of the amazing dock and kayaks. The place was exactly as described and had a very homey feeling. The games and home essentials were great to have! Allison was easy and quick to respond and made our stay amazing. We will definitely come back!

This is a treasure of a “family reunion” home and a privilege to be allowed to enjoy it. It is like going back in time to your grandparents’ home. Think gold dixie cup dispenser on the bathroom wall and the chrome covered Kleenex box built into the wall. Pictures of all of the kids and grandkids adorn the surfaces and walls. There is a memory wall of hand prints of children who have gone on to have children of their own. It is a very special place. You feel a warm hug when you walk into the door as you are welcomed to the family. Practical tips: If you are arriving in the dark, the house is the 6th one on the right after you turn onto the street. Each room has its own heater thermostat. We found 65 in the bathroom and 60 everywhere else was just right for us. Costco is 30 mins away near Burlington. We loved our 6 day stay for leaf season. October 10-14 was peak leaf season in 2024. We toured the country-side and Montreal too. Enjoy this home that has been enjoyed for 3 generations!

This place was perfect spot to host a ski trip and surprise birthday getaway! The home was more than spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We managed to finish all the puzzles that were left for guests. 10/10 would stay again.

The Vien's home was beautiful, extremely clean, as described on the website and in the photos, and on one of the largest, most protected bays on Lake Champlain. We had taken our kayaks to paddle the lake most days and were thrilled with the clear water of Lake Champlain, the easy access from the lake house yard (we could leave our kayaks down by the water which was sweet), and could paddle inside the huge protected bay on days that were too windy to go out on the main lake. The house was well-outfitted--linens, kitchen, cooler, fishing rods, outdoor equipment and more, basically everything we could have needed. The linens were nice. The beds were comfortable. We are not big tv watchers, but there were two large screen tvs available. The lakeside neighborhood was quiet and the bay is so large that motor boat noise was rarely heard making for a peaceful, relaxing extended stay! The host owns the house next door and they were delightful, friendly and answered questions.We hope to go back!

Perfect Perfect Perfect!! Our large contingent wanted to spend time together while on Grand Isle for a family wedding. We could not have found a more perfect spot than 29 West Shore. Large enough but also homey, we could gather together or spread out easily. The home seemed to hug us and/or expand as needed. A beautiful view and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy it. The kitchen is well equipped with open space across the counter to chat with folks at the table. I could go on and on, we certainly hope to return. Thank you Susan!!

We’re so grateful to have spent a week in Vermont at Margaret’s home. Isle La Motte is such a special place and what a great spot to experience Vermont’s natural beauty and Lake Champlain. The property is spectacular with mature trees and rugged coastline, complete with a large dock that’s perfect for swimming and fishing. We caught 7 different species of fish right from the dock. We witnessed Osprey, Eagle, Loons and Merganser on a daily basis! The house is perfect for a group of 8 to 10 with plenty of room to spread out both indoors and outdoors with lots of seating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and 2 grills, the large Cuisinart griddle was fun to use for everything from breakfast to homemade pizza! The kayaks and water toys were also great and everything was provided to use them safely. This was our first trip to Vermont and we loved every minute, which is very easy at a place like this! Easily one of the best vacation spots and Airbnb’s!

fantastic host, super kind and friendly. was very responsive and helpful. the house is so cute, big fan of the cow bathroom and the little yellow bedroom they're absolutely cute. there are fun little fish signs too that kept us laughing every time wed find a new one. a 10/10 place to stay and only 8 minutes from the border so it made cute little day trips over into Canada really convenient and fun 😊. thank you so much for allowing the opportunity to stay, hope to come again 😁

Our stay over Labor Day was fantastic. This place is set in one of the most beautiful spots in the northeast and was the ideal spot for a peaceful, relaxing weekend. Alburgh Dunes State Park has a great beach and there's lot of hiking trails in the surrounding islands.
