Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

We used Sienna’s place as our base for a week of mountain biking. Sienna’s place was really clean, with comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen (with spices, coffee, and sharp knives!), and a big private back yard. Sienna was a great host; friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is an easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants and brewpubs. I can easily recommend this place!

This farm house and property is beautiful. Set up and equipped with anything you need to make your stay comfortable. We celebrated our daughter's birthday here with friends and family and we're so thankful for the space, yard, and plenty of rooms. Tamara has been great about responding and answering all my questions from the time of booking, 5 months prior.

It is clearly evident that Mark and Robin have put a lot of thought and energy into their home. It’s also clear that they have responded very positively to feedback judging by the wide array of needs that are met with every little thing possible thought of and considered

Very clean!!! Dogs loved the big fenced back yard. Nice carport for my truck. Quiet. All appliances worked great. Heater is a bit noisy but it kept us warm.

We had a great stay, Nancy was great to work with.

This apartment is perfect for a weekend getaway! It’s location is close to everything and easy to access, the driveway parking was a plus! We will definitely stay again when we are in town

I stayed three nights at Cheri's place passing through the area. I really liked how the home was walking distance to the downtown district. I also liked how Cheri's place felt very homey and easy to settle into. I appreciated that things like parchment paper for the oven were just available; I wouldn't expect most hosts to have things like that on hand. Everything is really well stocked. The mud room was also a nice little place to keep shoes and jackets. And when I needed to use the laundry but couldn't find it Cheri got back to me in less than 15 minutes. Even though the unit shares walls the neighbors were respectful of noise levels at night. It was a great stay for this first time Grand Junction traveler.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Stephen's and Mai's! The hosts are incredibly nice, helpful, and very accommodating. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well laid out, roomy, and comfortable. The entire property is stunning, truly backs to the monument, and the outdoor activities are great. We absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to return in the future!

Dan's place was perfect and he is a great communicator. I highly recommend!

Perfect location in Fruita if you like to walk to cafes and restaurants. Super clean and tidy. Looks exactly like the pictures. Definitely recommend and I would stay there again!

Susan is very friendly! Fun to talk to. Her place is very beautiful, comfortable, easy access to everything. We enjoyed our time here.

Charles’s place is on a very quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac - loved that I did not hear the traffic of the city and was listening to birds instead. Really enjoyed the location being a few short miles outside of town. It’s very short convenient to drive into the town of Grand Junction but nice to be staying somewhere on the outskirts.

A beautiful place and space, tucked away from the noise of the highways and city. A beautiful place to relax and stay.

The place is very comfortable feels right at home it’s a quiet little neighborhood the AC was shut down for the season but thankfully the weather isn’t bad during this time of year any question I had they responded quickly and friendly would recommend this place to anyone visiting Grand Junction it’s in a nice little area as well.

We stayed two months here and have lots of good things to say about it: super close to the hospital which is what we were there for. Lots of amenities and very comfortable furniture. Very fast response to a small issue we had - took care of it within hours! It was surface clean but I did do some deep cleaning when I got there because the busy traffic on the street right beside the house just passes some grime onto the floors, blinds and seldom cleaned surfaces and that’s mostly because we had a toddler with us that loves to crawl around the floors and stick fingers into everything. There is a main thoroughfare immediately beside the house so traffic noise is constant no matter the time of day or night but most people probably wouldn’t notice if they don’t live way out in the country like I do. Otherwise I highly recommend this house and the rental company that care for it. Stellar folks.

Isabel's place was perfect for me and my pups to have a hiking vacation. Incredibly comfortable for both me and my big dogs (golden retriever and a malamute). I'll keep this place in mind for my next adventure to Grand Junction!

We loved staying here, wish we could have extended our stay! I was initially worried that it might get a little warm since the cooler hadn’t been turned on for the season but it wasn’t at all! The house is situated perfectly so that it stays cool even on a 75 degree day. Candice is a great host, very responsive! This place had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Very comfy bed!
