Comfortable stay. Perfect for myself, husband and one year old as well as my parents who picked us up from the airport. Great location if you are flying in/out of YFC and handy to downtown Fredericton. Would recommend!

bit of a late review but I wanted to make sure I left one as I was behind satisfied with my stay. the place was very clean and tidy upon arriving and there was even a little goodie basket to welcome me. The people that live in the unit below were the nicest people ever and shoveled and salted the driveway when it snowed and even brushed off my car and put the windshield wipers up for me. The place was well stocked with all necessary amenities and even a bunch of nice bonuses like the keurig machine that had kcups with coffee and hot chocolate. The hot tub being in its own little sun room was very nice and sitting in the hot tub while listening to rain on the metal roof was so relaxing. all around a great place in a great neighborhood, very welcoming and cozy with amazing owners. would definitely stay again it was hard to leave. Great property in a beautiful location. The cottage is large and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was great and easy to prepare meals for our group of six. Very quiet location. The rear yard is large and plenty of room for outside activities. The rear yard is right on the river and the dock makes it easy to put in the canoe. Great spot for canoeing and fishing. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We rented the place for a girls weekend. Really cozy home, nice private backyard and we were able to use the hot tub which was nice. Kitchen and living area were just what we needed and we had enough space for everyone to sleep. Only one bathroom upstairs but we managed! The place is not far from downtown and very easy to find. Host was very responsive as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend!

Carl's place was an amazing spot. so peaceful and lots of wildlife around. it was great in the winter but I am sure it would be even more amazing in the summer when the river is not frozen.

We had an amazing time there. So close to where we live and amazing view. The kids had so much fun and enjoyed the hot tub quite a bit. Lindsay was very friendly, helpful, and extremely responsive. We’re definitely going back there soon.

We were looking to host a family Boxing Day dinner for 14 people and then stay and relax for a couple days afterwards. Tania was receptive to our plans. She let us know there may not be enough seating for that many people to sit down so we came prepared with an extra table and some folding chairs. We had tons of room. The living room was very spacious with comfortable chairs and couch. The wood stove made it very cozy. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. We couldn’t have found a better place for our get together. I highly recommend this place and Tania as a host. Happy New Year everyone. Dean & Cindy Magarvey and Zola.

A wonderful place to stay. It had all the amenities and we felt right at home. The place was extremely clean! One of our most favourite places we have stayed in years.

Really great and clean space for a couple and their dog, very comfortable. Friendly host and extra amenities like coffee and Netflix. Great location, lots of trails around. Explore the north side of Fredericton!

A wonderful feeling of gone when you first walk in. Beautifully arranged. I really loved the comfortable bed and deluscious linens There were so many thoughtful additions, decor, and a bright & happy space. The Coffee shop that's attached was the cherry on the top. Delicious coffee, sandwiches and sweet things. I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly keep this place in mind for the future.

I loved everything about Milda's apartment, and to be concrete I'll just mentioned the top two among the many things I liked. 1. Milda and Cedd are the friendliest people you'll find anywhere. 2. The apartment is really nice inside: the floors, the artwork, the doors,... Just beautiful. I felt at home from the first second. Perfect!!
