What a great place for family to come together for a birthday weekend. The space was perfect. The location near the park and river were great. All interactions with the host were timely and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

This was our second extended stay at the Heritage House while in Sacramento on family business. Robert was a great host and was very responsive to our questions. We continue to be very satisfied with the accommodations and very happy to see some of the updates including bedroom curtains, additional kitchen appliances, Mrs Meyers hand soap and Native toiletries. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and sufficient bathrooms for our group. We made good use of the kitchen, dishwasher and laundry facilities. And it was great to relax in the living room with the big screen TV after long days of physical and emotional labor. While we hope to not need many more family business trips to Sacramento, we will definitely stay here again when in town!

Eddy is an awesome guy. His apartment is really nice and has all the amenities very very clean there’s a pool there there’s a gym it’s close to lots of great stuff in Folsom and it’s very safe there’s a gate and there’s lots of nice neighbors… I also like the way Eddy does business he’s not excessive with rules we communicate on things and he’s flexible and to me that’s really important and having a host… I would definitely come back there again and look forward to it thanks for the great stay Eddy!

This airbnb was comfortable and cute. Our dogs loved it too. Location was great since it’s a 1 minute walk to the little downtown area. Beds are comfortable and place was cozy. It didn’t feel like a basement apartment since there was plenty of light. The only downsides: the kitchenette had almost no counter space for the simple cooking that can be done, and the flushing of the upstairs toilet was extremely loud and should be fixed.

Nice spacious cabin with lots of amenities and peaceful views. Spent 2 nights. Spotless clean, very comfortable beds, and kids enjoyed the board games. Great location, easy access to everything, right off HW 80 and 30 mins away from a snow park. However you can hear some freeway noise from the cabin deck. There is a canal and trail right by the cabin. The canal trail is not accessible via property so you have walk around the property for the entrance few mins away. Excellent host, Jennifer was friendly, always promptly responded to questions, and accommodated booking changes.

I came back here again, and it was absolutely awesome. It feels right at home! Would definitely come back again.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful apartment, and once again, we had an amazing experience. The apartment is very well-equipped, making our stay extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and tranquil, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hosts are fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

Everything in the listing is perfect. The bathroom ceiling a little low but it doesn’t take away that this is a great place to stay at. I will be staying here again.

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Great Stay for Our Family! Jessica’s rental was a good fit for our family of seven adults and three young children. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the grandparents, while the upstairs layout provided a nice balance of space and privacy for everyone else. We especially appreciated the park with a fun playground just a short five-minute walk from the house—it was a big hit with the kids! The location was a major plus, with easy access to Old Sacramento, the zoo, and the airport, all within a 15-minute drive. While we didn’t do any cooking during our stay, the kitchen appeared well-equipped for those who might need it. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay!

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!

Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.
