The host was very friendly and helpful! It’s in a nice area with access to many stores close by beautiful park in walking distance! I would definitely rent this place again on my next visit!!

Stayed a night with my boyfriend for a concert over at the golden 1 center, it was only an 8 minute drive! The house itself is exactly as described, the driveway parking was a huge plus for us and very appreciated. Location is great there’s a lot of places around to eat, very walkable. Check-in was smooth. Hosts even took an extra step and had new toiletries/ear plugs for guest use. Would definitely stay again!

Really great stay at Casa Natomas. We had an event nearby and wanted to gather the family and pups. Alejandra was very gracious and great with communication. Selected Tim’s property for a Field Hockey tournament at UC Davis. This wonderful home exceeded all expectations for everyone in the group including my husband, 2 teen daughters and my parents. Super clean, thoughtful design, plenty of space to gather as well as retreat to private bedrooms. Walkable to all the diverse restaurants and shops in downtown Davis. We will definitely return!

We stayed here for a week, due to some remodeling in our home. Home was great, very clean and comfy. The house had everything we needed, our kiddos enjoyed the spacious backyard. Location was great, close to many stores, park and freeway. Ryker was very responsive. We’d recommend this home to our friends and family.

Ambers place was Amazing! We had the best time!!! The pictures do not do this place justice! Such a great walkable area as well with some of our favorite food places right down the road! We used to live in Sac and Ambers place is prime location in the cutest neighborhood! Will definitely be using her space again!

I'm a repeat guest and very much like all of Ashley's properties that I have stayed in. This one is no different. Free of clutter, very clean and stocked with the basics. The beds are all different to ensure everyone has exactly the one they need. The house is spacious and the water pressure in the front bath is fantastic. It was the perfect place for us.

Wonderful stay for a family event (four adults) in Roseville. The house is lovely, and everyone agreed it would be a great home to return to in the future. This home would be great for a family with children.

Cute cottage tucked in the woods perfect for 2 couples. Very private and peaceful. Located 20-30 minutes drive from restaurants, wineries, etc.

Our group had a wonderful stay at Lindsey’s home—she was super responsive but the house was also clean, well stocked, well taken care of so we didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay. The sauna, hot tub and cold pool were amazing. Plenty of space, two options for dining areas—the weather was perfect and we dined outside a few times. The sound of the creek running through was also so peaceful. You could hear birds chirping in the mornings too! A beautiful escape from the city.

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

This is a great place for family time. They were very kind. I hope to stay here again. It is well worth the money. And has many amenities. Highly recommended!

We LOVED our stay here! The guest house was beautiful and comfortable, and in a very quiet and nice neighborhood. There were some nice touches when we arrived, like a basket of snacks and some chocolates, and the hosts were super flexible and understanding and willing to work with us when it looked like we might have to bring our kids for the weekend (we ended up not having to, but it was so nice having the hosts be so willing to work with us and help us out!). The guest house is very comfortable and fun, we loved the loft, and beautifully done. Really nice to have a washer and dryer too. Can’t say enough great things about the space; we’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property for my dog and me - Suz was the ultimate host! Loved the Christmas decorations-it helped being away for the holiday ... Suz even surprised me with a "build a gingerbread house" that I said I really wanted to find!! So very thoughtful - I will absolutely be back!!

Amazing river access, great views, clean cozy place, 8-10 minutes from downtown. Private Beach, best host ever. I’ve stayed there 4-5 times now and will always return if available when coming back to Placerville.

I usually stay at Marriott Courtyard. Jenny's place is more comfortable and of good value.

We decided to escape the chaos of Sacramento during NYE, as the fireworks by the river have gotten out of hand. Chris' place was the perfect peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, Chris greeted us, gave us a tour, and mentioned he was available if we had any questions or needed anything. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy from our brief interaction. The guesthouse was spacious and just right for both us and our dog. The property itself was beautiful, with plenty of room for our dog to run and explore. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—peaceful surroundings, great hosts, and the ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Adorable place to relax and unwind. kept very clean and clutter free. Had everything needed for a nice weekend stay. Cynthia was a great host. She was accommodating and replied quickly to your needs. We are looking forward to visiting again.

This house was absolutely stunning. It was even prettier than the pictures. It was located centrally and close to restaurants and in walking distance of stores. My kids had such a blast in the hot tub… swimming in the pool and getting to visit with our family in California. They had plenty of blankets and towels, which was a huge plus. The washer and dryer were brand new and we love them very much. We had so much fun playing with all the gizmos and gadgets in the house. Not to mention the grill patio and fireplace. This place absolutely has it allwe plan to come back in June for my son’s birthday and rent the entire house out and we can’t wait to return.

It was an absolutely lovely house in a bucolic area. The house itself was a perfect combination of spacious and cozy, amazing for lounging on the oversized pouf in the living room near the wood burning stove, playing foosball and watching movies upstairs in the den, and peaceful hot tub time in the chilly evenings. The kitchen was also well-stocked for our cooking purposes. We can honestly say it was one of the best Airbnb accommodations we've stayed at and we will surely look forward to staying here again when we're visiting the area.
