The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It was very well stocked with items I didn’t even know I needed. Everyone enjoyed themselves. Kate was very helpful and responsive. The surrounding area is beautiful and perfect location for a long day at the Ark Encounter. We’ll be back. Thanks!

Place was great! Travis was a great communicator! The home was easy to get to. Everything was as described and Travis did appologize when there was a minor change in the ticket listing. We are from out of town so we didnt expect it to be as cold so be sure to to bundle up!! (not anyones fault) But due to how cold it is the pool table in the outdoor garage wouldve been more fun for all in spring or summer weather. The entire how was spacious, felt very home like, private, a good time to relax! Walmart and other store and restaurants are all close by too so that was a plus. Even the Ark Encounter was super close!! Id definitely return to book this place again!

Michelle’s place is perfect for families. It’s so thoughtfully laid out, has both practical as well as fun amenities, and added touches for all (few waters and snacks to help settle in). The game room was a BIG hit for our family (especially my 7 year old) and the kids reading/book area was well appreciated by my 4 year old. The comfy beds and clean home was refreshing for us all. This house is nestled in a great little quiet family community, and although a train runs through the center of Williamstown it was only heard a little at this home (compared to a previous stay). There is also a great white noise machine in each room and black out curtains which I LOVED! There is really no detail overlooked as far as making this home comfortable. Michelle’s communication was amazing, even helping us navigate an issue with AirB&B that did not involve her at all. Her responsiveness really helped out! Only con, check out is a bit early at 10am so we were running late (sorry Michelle)

Our family of four adults love Gray's Landing. This was our third vacation here while we visited The Ark and The Creation Museum. It's a lovely home with all the amenities our family needs. We're already planning our next trip to include Gray's Landing. Thanks Elisa for hosting us again. We have also enjoyed watching the town of Williamstown blossom. We enjoyed walking the short couple minutes to Main Street and had fresh baked goods for breakfast and loved the amazing burgers from Hansie Flip Burger also in town. We also love El Jalisco Mexican Restaurant for authentic Mexican food right by The Ark entrance, and had another fabulous meal at Kelly's Homestead Restaurant in Dry Ridge. The best ice cream treats are at Whippy Dip in Crittenden. If you're visiting The Ark, Emzara's Buffet is a great choice as well as The Village Smokehouse. This area of Kentucky is a wonderful place to visit with much to do and see. And Gray's Landing is the place to stay when you're in the area.

Great Airbnb… quiet neighborhood , lovely views out the back- rolling hills, sunrise. Wonderful coffee bar with filters, k-cups, coffee, etc. Responded right away when we had a little trouble getting lockbox open. Great location for visiting the amazing Ark Encounter. Highly recommend!!

Heather and Sarah provided excellent communication. They gave me up-to-date information about a potential snowstorm that could have impacted our stay. They were very quick to respond to messages. Although we ended up canceling our stay due to the weather, I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. We plan to visit that area as soon as we can and will definitely use them.

I had a very successful first family trip with my in-laws! It was their first time ever staying at an Airbnb, and they were very pleased with the clean and cozy vibe. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The place had everything we needed like clean towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryer, cooking utensils etc. Kimberly was a responsive and gracious host even during the busy Thanksgiving holiday time.

We had a great stay at Bobbie's Everything was very clean and very comfortable totally would recommend this place to someone else.

My kids and I felt so welcome and safe here! Beautiful location, amazing hosts, and super accommodating! From coffee to first aid kit to comfy blankets/ linens / towels and toiletries and kitchen spices and seasonings and utensils to cook with in the pots and pans provided - this place is absolutely perfect and I will be back!

It was a quiet retreat each day of our trip after spending the days at either the Creation Museum or the Ark Encounter. It was situated conveniently between the two places we had come to see. The weather was quite cold so we didn't spend much time out on the deck, but if we ever come back in the summer, I'd like to stay here again so we could enjoy the view from that deck. The restaurants in the area were great too. We especially enjoyed Hansie's Flip Burgers. One thing that was especially luxurious were the thick, white bath towels. We looked forward to showering each evening and using them. The ease of using the entry code was great because you can't forget your own phone number! Loved that! All in all we felt that the place was very well maintained, very comfortable, and in a very quiet, safe neighborhood.

Cindy’s place is a great place, so close to the Ark Encounter, I will definitely stay again. Recommended place for people who is going to the Ark Encounter.

This was my second time staying at this unit and it was perfect! Jim and Robin were very helpful and attentive. They literally though of everything we may need or have questions about. You can tell that they put thought into making sure their guests feel at home. It looked just like the pictures and is unbelievably close to great food and attractions-which is so great! I didn’t go more than 5-6 minutes from the unit for some excellent food. 10/10 recommend and will be staying again for my next visit!

Everything was great and many little “extras” were thought of. Clean and comfortable place to be for a quick stay.

Quaint little town with warm vibes. The place is close to everything you need for a staycation/ vacation. The unit is clean and organized.
