Fantastic stay! We had everything we wanted and the location to ski resorts was ideal. At night, it was a 3 minute walk to all the shops and nightlife. Plan to stay again!

This was a great place to stay, especially if you are exploring the Blackwater State Park area. Couldn’t be more convenient! We were so pleasantly surprised by the shops and restaurants in the area. The food and the service from the locals cultivated a super friendly environment. The owner was very responsive over messaging the few times we reached out. Couple cons: I will say the listing was a little overpriced for what you get, though the inflated price could have been because of the holiday weekend. The upstairs bedroom would get pretty warm and there were instructions that you could not adjust the thermostat. I can understand the owner not wanting us to mess with the room temperature, the weather dropped from 51 to 11 degrees in a matter of 24 hours while we were there! But if you are a hot sleeper and being able to adjust the thermostat is important to you, it may be something worth considering! Overall I would recommend this listing!

What a cozy, spotless, and comfortable space! The view is so peaceful, and you can walk to friendly local restaurants. Close driving distance from ski resorts! Highly recommended and we would definitely return!

Our experience was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail from the moment we booked until our check-out was incredible. Everything, from the guides to the fast communication, was very well thought out. Additionally, the house was equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Before we even left, we were already recommending it to our friends and family! We definitely want to go back and truly appreciate every single detail!

Glad we finally tried this place! Convenient, clean and comfortable. Checked in and immediately walked next door for a tasting at the distillery. Great local food options within walking distance. Convenient to Timberline where we were skiing. Great value. We’ll be back!

Condo is just minutes to downhill and XC skiing. Though on Appalachian Hwy, the road gets very little traffic and bedrooms are in the back (with a view of open fields and mountains), so it was very quiet. Space is cozy. Restaurant next door. Kimberly responds immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Kelsey’s place is right in the middle of the ski resorts and the towns. A really great location Kelsey was a great host. She went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend her place and would stay here again if we come back to Davis.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this home. Everything is of high quality and the kitchen is very well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with plenty of wildlife to view. Would definitely stay here again!

My weekend stay at the lake side house was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake access with a dock. We spent our days fishing and managed to catch over 20 fish - it was such a fun and relaxing experience. The house itself was cozy and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely love to visit again sometime in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is a great spot for a visit to Timberline, Dolly Sods, etc. Beautiful, clean, well-designed home among beautiful views. The space was comfortable for a larger group, with space for adults and kids to hang out (and with games/books for kids tucked away in a closet). Great location/super convenient for skiing at Timberline. Just read carefully - 4WD/AWD required in winter for the road up to the house.

This was our group’s first time in a ski in/out house and it did not disappoint. The convenience of being able to walk out back to ski was priceless. We had a great time and will be back!

We had a great weekend full of family and friends. Alison’s home was the perfect gathering spot!

Great place to stay in Davis! Beautiful home and easy access to Dolly Sods / Whitegrass / Canaan Valley / Timberline

I absolutely loved staying at Cliffside Falls. It was everything I imagined it would be and more! Rick was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. There was even a gift basket when we arrived. The spectacular views, gorgeous waterfall, extremely comfortable beds, robes in each room, and more were so nice. Those little touches really made our entire trip so special. I am definitely planning on staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a beautiful getaway!

We had a nice time in maysville at Eugene’s vacation haven. We enjoyed the scenery and hot tub while seeing the stars so clearly. The kitchen was well equipped for dinner and plenty of coffee! We visited Moorefield and Thomas and Davis. It was a great stay, thank you!

Perfect spot for those planning a ski/snowboard getaway. Very close to Timberline and Davis. The space is dated but has all the essentials needed for a great stay. Overall great deal. Recommended!

The condo was exactly as described, very clean, a great location close to Canaan and Blackwater. The beds were very comfortable.... A lot of extra little touches... A great place to stay while in Canaan.

Alison's place was perfect little place to crash after a fun day of skiing! I enjoyed my stay and will stay there again. Everything matched up with the description and was super easy and chill!
