We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Lovely little cottage, absolutely spotless and very cosy with decent quality bedding. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back to explore a bit more. Great location, if like us, you want to escape the town/city/concrete.. but still want amenities on your doorstep. Supermarket, butchers, garage and pubs etc. We loved the hot tub and log fire...and the trail, literally out the back gate turn left. Would also recommend The Hardwick Inn, a short drive away for their home-cooked pies! Great communication with host. Thank you Jennie!

We had a brilliant stay, rooms were modern & clean. Easy check-in and check-out with flexible times. No noise around so an amazing sleep was had. Fantastic location, a short drive to Lincoln & some brilliant pubs close by. Hot tub was an added bonus and made the weekend that extra bit special. The farm animals were lovely to see too! Would 100% recommended for a relaxing weekend away. Thank you John. 🤩

Great stay at Stretton Lakes. The other cabins seemed to be utilised by people making use of the fishing lake, but our children loved the hot tub, tennis courts and the odd game of football on the grass. Stretton Lakes was a great base for the area - the local (gastro) pub, kayaking on Rutland Water, villages/ towns like Stamford and even a theme park for the kids.

We stayed in the Manor for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with our relations from Australia. We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were a perfect size and could fit us all in for games and entertaining ourselves, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the crockery and glassware we needed, the children loved the games room and the hot tub and the house was beautifully adorned with Christmas decorations. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this characterful house.

Elliott house was such a lovely stay. Instructions were clear and check in was super easy. It's in a lovely location and it was spotless clean too. There was a basket eith biscuits and teas/coffee on arrival and the heating was on so it was lovely a cosy (especially handy when it's - 1* outside) the parking is right outside too. We all loved it. With some comments from others with us that the photos online didn't do it justice! The hot tub was a great addition and an added bonus was feeding the animals with Vic too. I'm pretty sure that's a activity for the kids but we (a group of 7 adult women) absolutly loved it. Fresh eggs from the chickens were a lovely touch (and delicious) I'd recommend this place for frienda and family and it's jst as good for adults only as it would be for families with children. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We wanted a last minute getaway and reached out to a couple of hosts and Mel responded quickest! The place is lovely and homely. You need to use the What Three Words App to find the premises as postcode would not have been specific enough and it is set all by itself and you could easily drive past, but that was all well explained in advance. The cottage is nicely located equally between the beautiful city of Lincoln and the stunning eastern coastline. There was just the two of us but would be great for two couples as both bedrooms have en-suites. We would come again.

We spent a wonderful two nights with our doggy here. Immaculately kept and private, we enjoyed cosy nights in with the log burner. The little extras of bacon, eggs, bread and honey were a fabulous extra bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Very roomy and well equipped caravan. Great for dog lovers. Bread, eggs, milk and cereal all provided. it was a good base for us while visiting relatives in the local area.

We had a great time at Mike & Sarah's place celebrating my Mums 60th with the family. My 5 year old nephew loved being right next to the castle and our days were filled with lots of walks and sight seeing. The kitchen is small so we found it hard at times with the 7 of us but managed to cook meals every night with the appliances available. We found the house to be cosy and loved our time in Lincoln. We would recommend anyone to check out this lovely home!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth's place. It was nice, warm and inviting on arrival. We liked the sofas with reclining backs. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a good size with a dining table too. We used both bedrooms and the beds were wonderfully comfortable and the rooms had enough places for all the items you typically take with you! Clean and bright, spacious bathroom too. Would definitely stay again, in fact we are looking to see if its free next week whilst working in the area again.

We loved our stay at Caroline and Roger's- situated in beautiful, peaceful grounds with amazing views of the surrounding countryside, and the property was very clean, cosy, spacious and well-equipped. We felt very welcome, they are really friendly hosts. A great base for walking, as well as the Foxton Locks and Naseby Civil War battlefield and memorials. Market Harborough is a lovely town and not far by car, as are other historic houses and gardens, but unfortunately at this time of year they were all closed. We would happily go back and stay at the property again in the Spring/Summer to explore. Highly recommend!

Amy was friendly and helpful. Felt at home as place was warm and cosy. Tight spiral staircase to bedrooms which was a novelty... kept puppies downstairs as they didn't like it! 😁 Tesco food delivered OK. Everything is spotlessly clean. TV awesome and sofa very comfy but need to roll out as it's low.... OK for young fit people 😆 Enjoyed the stay even though we were in middle of stormy winds etc. Garden is perfect and secure for doggies 🐕 and location is peaceful. Thanks Amy 🤗

We stayed here for just one night for my partners birthday and took our two dogs and had the best time! The photos do not do the place justice, everything is hand crafted and there was everything you could need. There is a kitchen with loads of bits and bobs available to use and a river that you can actually go for a dip in. The bed was super warm and cosy even for a cold February evening. We loved sitting by the fireplace and the dogs loved roaming around the grounds. Could not recommend this place enough and we really hope to return with more of our family in the future. My boys and I had a wonderful stay at Barley Cottage. Stephen and Philip are amazing hosts, super friendly, very knowledgeable of the area and great conversation. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and the shower was great. Water Newton is an idyllic little village just a stones throw from Peterborough, but a world away! We loved every minute of our time there.

Fantastic week at Belton Woods Lodge. David was a great host with clear communication and information received prior to stay. Hope to book again!

Stephen is amazing, personable, responsive, ready with helpful actionable suggestions if you need them . The place itself is on a beautiful , riverside property, with beautifully maintained garden, swimming pool. It is 10 minutes drive from Peterborough and 25 minutes form Stomford, and has many trails and walks around that you can explore.

The Holliday caravan House offers a charming and cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are elegantly furnished, and very clean. The common living room making it an ideal spot for both leisure and special events. Guests can enjoy a spacious living room and lovely hot tub if you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a unique lodging experience, this Holliday caravan House is a fantastic choice.

We had a wonderful week away at Tattershall in 1 of Nigel’s lovely 3 bed caravans. The van was clean and Hot Tub was ready to go! We had daily air shows from the RAF which was amazing! Although we didn’t purchase the additional Entertainment Pass, Nigel was amazing at sharing some local attractions & we had a fantastic time. The weather was stunning, the caravan was lovely, park was wonderful & Nigel was very helpful & informative- Thank you Nigel.

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!

The location is idyllic for a peaceful break. We were there aeroplane spotting at RAF Coningsby and the location was easy to respond to action on the airfield. Holiday club house in the evening with the usual entertainment made it more like a holiday.
