Io e i miei amici abbiamo festeggiato capodanno in questo casale immerso nella natura Toscana. La casa e il giardino sono stupendi! Gli host sono stati impeccabili e reattivi ad ogni nostra richiesta. La consiglierei per un soggiorno tranquillo tra amici. Abbiamo trovato alcuni insetti ma gli host sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto avere uno spray insetticida.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Our stay here was perfect! It is such a lovey Tuscan place that made us feel right at home. It is a short 10 minute walk from the center of Greve and it provides lovely views of the surrounding areas. Luana is very kind and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this place for future guests! The only advice we can give for guests staying anywhere in Tuscany is to pick up some mosquito spray - they are everywhere.

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days while traveling around Europe. Jane is not only a wonderful host who was always responsive and had wonderful recommendations but was proactive from the beginning, making sure we had clear instructions for arrival and checking in periodically to make sure things were running smoothly. The house itself is perfection. A private farmhouse as described with Jane close by if we needed anything. The views are stunning and the home itself is cozy and inviting with the listed amenities accurate 100%. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had a perfectly clean kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Having a car is a must to explore Florence (45 minutes away) Pisa (1 and 1/2 hours away) and surrounding small towns filled with history and the beauty of Tuscany. I’d highly recommend this beautiful stay and look forward to coming back!

Claudia è stata splendida, nell'accoglierci e nella disponibilità durante il nostro soggiorno. Molto disponibile e amichevole ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, in famiglia. I luoghi sono splendidi, sia dal punto di vista paesaggistico/naturalistico (il parco nazionale del Casentino è un luogo incantevole) che storico culturale (Arezzo è a ca 40 min di macchina e diversi borghi nei dintorni, oltre all'Eremo e al monastero di Camaldoli). Se avremo occasione di tornare in zona sceglieremo nuovamente la casa di Claudia.

Perfect location, amazing apartment!

Lapo’s apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. The terrace and the view are fantastic. The bed is firm which is perfect for us or anyone with back problems. We like to walk and we didn’t have a car and really enjoyed walking down to the town square and cafes and restaurants in 15 minutes - going back up the hill about 20 minutes. If you are not fit you may need a car but also taxis and Uber are available. We recommend walking and hiking around Fiesole with beautiful views to see everywhere.

Luca was a great host! Easy check in and they provided everything we needed!The apartment was clean and beautiful! The location is great! In the heart of Florence! Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! I would most definitely stay there again!

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Marzia is a superb host! She accommodated to our earlier check in time. We could drop off our luggage earlier and jump right into the city to start exploring! She was helpful by suggesting local places to visit and to eat out. The rooms were clean and colorful. One of the rooms is on the main road, and although it is triple glazed, if you’re a light sleeper you might want to take earbuds with you. Thank you Marzia!

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Our stay at Villa Chiara was nothing short of delightful. Nestled in the hills it offered a picturesque view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa itself was spacious and well maintained. It felt like home away from home. The pool and back patio are surrounded by lovely flowers, herbs and olive trees. Offering a spectacular view of the evening sunsets. The location was perfect to take short day trips to Siena, Florence and Montepulciano. Highly recommend for a serene, peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Photos qui correspondent entièrement a la description. La vue est a couper le souffle, la piscine est très bien et bien entretenue, le coin terrasse pour manger est très bien, surtout avec la vue sur la campagne toscane. L'intérieur du logement est vieillot mais correct. C'est paisible, on entend très peu de bruits. En quelques minutes à pied vous êtes dans le centre ville. Pour les propriétaires de chiens comme nous , il faut plutôt avoir un chien non fugueur et le surveiller un minimum. En effet, même un gros chien peut passer a travers la cloture présente. Le terrain est entièrement cloturé, a part 2 chemins qui donnent accès aux vignes, pas de route à ce niveau. Ces 2 chemins se trouvent vers l'arrière de la maison, il est donc possible de faire comprendre a son chien de rester plutôt sur l'avant, où il y a déjà pas mal d'espace. Concernant l'hôte, Franco est extrêmement réactif pour répondre à nos interrogations et très accueillant.

Lovely place in the middle of Tuscany. It’s a beautiful home. It’s about 30-60 minutes to get to all the major places in Tuscany. He made us a great dinner upon checking in as well!

A truly stunning place with incredibly welcoming hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. The interior is filled with beautiful historic furniture, details, paintings, and books. The cozy fireplace in the living room added a special charm. We loved making pizza in our very own wood-fired oven, using the outdoor BBQ, and dining al fresco surrounded by breathtaking views. Every moment at Poggio del Fattore felt special, offering the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Tuscan countryside in style!
