Great private, clean and spacious place. Local shop around the corner was a bonus. 5 min from town. I would highly recommend this place for your next stay in Bathurst.

Jann’s place was an amazing vacation away from the busy city. We really enjoy exploring the town and the surrounding 7 valleys. Would make the move to these towns; it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The place felt just like a home as it was neat and tidy with the little touches to make it home. Upon arriving, we have a milk to make a coffee after a long drive, as well as wine for later. The place has a lot of things you would need. Easy and clear instructions on how to access the house and information booklets for places to see and visit. Would highly recommend it as a place to stay as you explore the town and the towns around. A week flew by so quickly and we are looking forward to coming back in the future.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Orange. The location was great, and the house was extremely clean and well maintained. Check in and out was seamless. Glenda responded quickly which was great. Highly recommend to everyone who needs a place to stay in Orange.

Karen’s house made us feel like we were at home and you can’t ask for more than that . Toasty and warm too on a chilly morning thanks to the inducted heating . Everything we needed was there with added special touches . There was food to eat , ( I had eggs on toast for breakfast ) complementary chocolates and a full set up kitchen with condiments , jam , tea etc .The bed was extremely comfortable too. One of the best airbnb’s we have ever stayed at . Thank you so much Karen .

We enjoyed the stay pretty much like home . The amenities provided at home are top notch and updated. Spacious interior with every thing well placed. Really appreciate the investment Anthony has made in this property and made available to the guests. Property was very well maintained and clean. This was our first time visit to Mudgee and loved the small town and reach from Anthony’s property to the town centre. Enjoyed the food provided by the restaurant at town centre . I highly recommend this property and thanks Anthony for being a great host 👍👍.

The cottage on market is a lovely home. Super clean and really beautiful. Small touches, like a cupboard with baby wipes, Panadol etc. Full pantry, fresh bread, milk and butter. All of the staples provided. Hands down, best air bnb in mudgee we’ve ever stayed in! Thanks Erin!

What a beautiful spot in Orange! Dominicas warm communication and wonderful tips of the area were so wonderful. The space is beautifully appointed, the beds so cozy and loved the well stocked kitchen. A group of ladies for an Orange weekend and we will absolutely book again here in the future. The house was so lovely. Rachel has put so much effort into making you feel welcome. She has notes and instructions on how things work. Information on the closest shops, how to get around, etc. The house itself is so clean and relaxing. The entertainment areas both inside and out are very well laid out. It felt like a short holiday.
