Renta de condominios vacacionales en Grau i Platja

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal bei Paula Monika zu Gast. Es waren wieder wunderschöne Ferien. Alles war einfach toll. Diesmal in einem anderen Appartment als letztes Jahr aber in der gleichen Anlage. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder. Frank, Gisela und Maike

Seit Beginn unseres Urlaubes haben wir uns willkommen und wohlgefühlt in der toll ausgestatteten Wohnung, es fehlte uns an nichts. Es war großartig: der riesige Pool, die Sonnenaufgänge, der Blick auf das Meer, die ruhige aber zentrale Lage zur Promenade und zur Altstadt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit zu viert. Es war ein absolut gelungener Urlaub für uns. Vielen Dank, liebe Isabel, für deine Unterstützung und für die sehr nette, zweisprachige Kommunikation. L'appartement de Ton est juste parfait ! Très bien équipé, spacieux, joliment décoré et le plus est sans conteste la vue magnifique sur la belle bleue !!! Ton est attentionné avec les hotes avec toutes les instructions nécessaires pour notre arrivée. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Das Besondere an der Wohnung ist, das sie einem wirklich den Eindruck vermittelt zu Hause zu sein, vermutlich weil es auch ein zweites Zuhause des Besitzers ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde sogar an Geschirr und Besteck für unser Kind gedacht. Es war alles da was man braucht und war blitzsauber. Danke!

La vivienda se encuentra cerca de la playa, comercios y bares. El piso es muy luminoso y cómodo... Ideal para pasar una estancia estupenda! Hugo ha estado atento en todo momento para lo que podíamos necesitar. Muchas gracias y hasta la próxima ;-)

hemos estado unos días y la verdad que todo fenomenal zona tranquila la piscina está a un paso del apartamento urbanizacion privada con tu plaza privada tmb la playa a dos minutos en coche y fácil aparcamiento José Luis es muy amable y hemos estado como en casa las camas muy cómodas y el apartamento esta muy chulo, igual que en las fotos la terrazita de fuera ideal para estar tranquilo tomando algo o comiendo ... gracias José luis un placer haber pasado unos días en ti casa❤️

ALTEA SOL is a beautiful place to stay, very peaceful with stunning views. Restaurants and cafés are within walking distance, making it a perfect spot for families with young children seeking a combination of sea and tranquility. There are playgrounds where kids can feel safe and enjoy themselves. Eric and Isabel have been excellent in communication and very kind. If you’re traveling with young children outside the summer season, the heated pool makes a huge difference—my kids absolutely loved it!

Wir sind bereits zum 2. Mal dagewesen weil es uns sehr gut gefällt. Wir haben uns sofort wieder zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist für uns perfekt, gute Lage und Ausstattung. Die Betreuung durch Paula ist super, sie reagierte immer schnell und hatte viele Tipps für uns. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Very nice place, exactly as promised. It had all the amenities we needed for a week stay. We loved the view and proximity near the little harbor. You do need a car for groceries, it is not a walk friendly area.

Ik heb het appartement voor de tweede keer geboekt en er komt zeker een derde keer. Het is schoon. Ligt op loopafstand van de boulevard. En je kijkt op het zwembad

We hebben een heerlijke maand februari in het mooie appartement van Paco en Clotilde gehad. Elke morgen een geweldige zonsopgang en heerlijk ontbijten op het mooie balkon met de zee als mooi schilderij. En dan de mooie boulevard direct achter het appartement. Een van de mooiste plekken van Altea. We komen hier zeker nog een keer terug

We stayed in the offseason, but still enjoyed gorgeous views from the balcony, watching the sunrise and the sunset every day. Place is exactly as described, we were greeted and checked in easily. Hubert and Natalie were great hosts, super responsive, kind, and flexible with our checkout. Dont hesitate to book.

Lovely apartment with a great terrace and very well equipped. There are some local restaurants and a Spar supermarket nearby. The terrace has the sun for most of the day, it is south east facing losing the sun by late afternoon about 5 pm. The apartment is on the 2nd floor enjoying great sea views and very close to the beach, one thing to note is that there isn’t a lift. Marine very helpfully carried my luggage up the stairs for me ( thank you!) We didn’t use the pool, we would have sun bathed there but there weren’t any loungers out. It is possible to walk down to the marina but it is a good 25 to 30 minute walk, there is a bus service but outside of July and August it only runs every 2 hours, we also found it hard to get taxis in the town and there was no Uber in the area. We did sample the local restaurants and all were very good.

Another fabulous stay. 3rd time staying there and as usual it was perfect. One negative, which was out of the owners hands, there was works gong in the apartment above and we were woken up early each morning with either hammering or drilling. Anyway thank you for letting us use your apartment.

Het appartement was helemaal wat de advertentie beloofde. Super mooi en proper. De host, Wilfried, is zeer aanspreekbaar en behulpzaam. We hadden een fantastische vakantie, voor herhaling vatbaar.

La casa preciosa, todo súper cómodo y bien acondicionado. Estuvimos comodísimos. Las camas súper cómodas, limpísimo, decorado súper acogedor. La casa me encantó y la urba muy tranquila. Casi puedo decir que tuvimos piscina privada y a mis niños les encantó.

Pristine apartment in a great location with a great view. Short walk to the port and beaches where there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Altea only a short taxi ride away for even more choice. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully stay again in the future. The apartment itself is very spacious, all areas are well kept, lovely large private terrace and pool. Cesar was a great host from start to finish. Check in was easy and ensured to accommodate our late arrival. Very responsive throughout our stay, checking in to ensure everything was as expected, with an easy checkout.

Teresa es una anfitriona excepcional. Siempre atenta y accesible facilito la llegada y salida en todos los aspectos, además de recomendar lugares y restaurantes. La vivienda está muy bien cuidada y limpia con acceso directo a la piscina. Está en una zona tranquila, ideal para familias y la playa también es ideal, tranquila, cálida y a unos 4-5 min andando desde la vivienda. También está muy cerca del centro del pueblo. Más que recomendable.

Wir haben zu dritt die Unterkunft von Rosa Mitte September gebucht und waren happy. Vom Balkon war das Meer aus zu sehen, morgens mit schönem Sonnenaufgang. Salud hat uns herzlich empfangen, und auch bei Fragen stets mit Rat zur Seite gestanden. Die Unterkunft war sauber, man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Unten gab es einen Pool den man nutzen konnte und das Meer war direkt vor der Haustür. Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige Problem war die Anbindung zur nächsten Bahnhofsstation. Busse fuhren nur bis 18/19 Uhr. Taxiunternehmen haben Anrufe entweder nicht entgegen genommen oder im Gespräch aufgelegt. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Salud war so freundlich und hat uns am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof gebracht und uns auch die Gegend gezeigt. Großes Danke an Salud!!🥲 P.S. Beim Taver Taxi Unternehmen spricht Umberto deutsch und englisch. Hoffe das hilft irgendwem mal weiter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, danke :]
