This was our 3rd visit to Fairfarren. Always a great experience with lots of game visiting around the house. Despite the bush being lush and green the animals visited around the house many times a day. Large herd of 9 Nyala came every day. Very peaceful and quiet.

We loved our short stay here. The kids spent hours in the two beautiful swimming pools and the adults soent hours watching the different wild life pass through the area. Staffan and the staff team were extremely responsive and nothing was ever a problem.

I enjoyed my stay at Tracy's place, It was exactly just what I needed. Very calm and quiet, and the view was pleasing with wildlife walking by. The place has everything you need, and Tracy was very helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends and family, it wouldn't disappoint. Thank you Tracy

Wow! What an absolutely amazing place and such wonderful hosts. The cabin is well equipped for a self catering stay, we had a braai and fire every evening. Frans and Louis were so genuinely kind and friendly, always going out of their way to help us. Being able to walk out of the property and be in nature, giraffes, zebra and impala just there and to be able to play in the river was amazing. My daughter (nearly 8 years old) didn't want to leave and wants to return!!!

We enjoyed the place, loved the outdoor shower. It was my partners birthday when we checked in and he received a bouquet and a bottle of sparkling wine from Shona which we both arranged for my partner. And she personally dropped them off. Amazing! This place is just gorgeous 😍

What an amazing place!! We loved every moment. The house, the stoep, the boma and the deck were truly a treat. The area is so peaceful. We managed to do some spectacular birding from the deck and heard the laughing hippos. The Letaba river never disappoints. Featherbrook cottage is worth every penny. Thank you Mark, Fleur, Lumbi and Accra for your friendliness and hospitality. We loved every minute of our stay! We can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic stay. Leoni was a superb host and the property had everything we wanted. It is set in a beautiful estate with amazing walks and cycles. Lots of animals and birds passed through our garden. We will return for sure.

Amazing place to unwind and detach from the real world. Rustic and quirky just how we like it !! It was truly memorable experience!! ♥️ We got slightly lost first time finding it but all good after that…would recommend an suv for ground clearance if staying here, we had a normal car 🙈 Hope to return someday in the future
