Beautiful setting right on the lake. Kayaks available for a paddle on the pristine Lake Quinault. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of lounging space. We enjoyed our stay.

They were so fantastic and the house was so great! They even helped me with luggage storage. I’ll definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay over the holidays. The rental was very clean and in a great location on the Hood Canal. The main bedroom was spacious with a large en-suite bath. It was well heated and the appliances were new. My son enjoyed the disc golf course just down the street.

We stayed at Jason's place over the Christmas holidays and New Year, and it was truly one of the best experiences we've had. The house is a beautiful waterfront property set on a farm with stunning scenic views. It was pristine, tastefully decorated, and incredibly spacious, with high ceilings that added to its charm. We celebrated New Year here, and the house had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and longer stay. If you're looking for a serene getaway, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Thank you, Jason, for being such a fantastic host and making our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

What an amazing property! The neighborhood is so quiet and loved hearing how vocal the birds are in the morning and at night the frogs were great to hear too. It’s an amazing property!

We loved our stay here!! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. The space is open and clean and beautifully decorated! Minimal, not overdone. I love a beach theme!! Everything we could need was provided, so we didn’t have to leave for anything. Definitely recommend.

We had a small group of friends stay at this house for a weekend of scuba diving in Hood Canal. The house was great - very close to the town and a beautiful view of the mountains nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy for us to cook dinner, and the large living and dining room were nice for hanging out. We would stay here again.

Wonderful stay! It’s very obvious this is a home the host uses because of all the thoughtful little extras. This is the first place I’ve seen that has a cupboard of unbreakable kids dishes, as well as silverware. It’s smart & was nice to not have to unpack those we brought. The downstairs has lots of games & toys to keep all 3 kids busy. It rained most of the time we were there so the kids were inside quite a bit. They came in quite handy. The host set up a portable tub for my 21 mo old granddaughter which was perfect. The 4yr old liked it too! Cute, fun decor, comfy couches & beds, felt roomy & cozy. Good sized, well appointed kitchen with lots of thoughtful extra items. Lovely, good sized bathrooms & bedrooms. Easy to find, definitely load Maps before Hoodsport because of little reception till house. We are already talking about coming back during the summer. Will definitely come back. Strongly recommend if you’re wanting a forest home near the lake getaway.

Loved staying at the cabin to celebrate my birthday! Great little walk to the lake, beautiful fully fenced backyard with so much trillium, comfy beds, great water pressure in the bathroom, awesome stocked kitchen!! Loved the whole stay and definitely want to come back and take advantage of the great stuff in the shed ☺️

10/10. what a magical place on earth. we felt privileged to witness the beauty that was abundant right out the windows of this cute cabin, truly breathtaking. we had a great stay and would like to come back. we did the staircase hike in the rain and it was great, just note if you are doing this hike, that the road to the hike is closed for the last part, so you have to walk about a mile on the road to get to the trailhead (might be a seasonal road closure?)

We had a great 3 day stay here and thoroughly enjoyed Lisa's Place. Even with rain everyday we were able to enjoy the lake and the coziness of the house itself. All of the little touches, thoughtful treats and blankets for the dog, cookies in the fridge, etc were greatly appreciated!

Just what we were hoping for on a short Birthday weekend getaway. Cozy, quiet, & clean place stay with peaceful surroundings. Easy to reach scenic views and hikes. Also loved how dog friendly the house was. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend to others who need some relaxing time in mountains and forest.

Cynthia’s cabin is so beautiful and cozy! We spent a rainy weekend mostly inside by the fire, which was perfect, but Lake Cushman is just down the road for a nicer day. We were able to book it and head to the cabin within an hour, and Cynthia was immediately responsive. The cabin was very clean, lofted bedroom was so comfortable, and she clearly put so much thought into decorating it with all kinds of vintage finds. The kitchen was well-stocked and even had a nice pour-over coffee carafe! Perfect little getaway, highly recommend!

A great place for our two families to convene for a couple of days. We loved the house and Taylor was very communicative and helpful (e.g. arranging a parking permit for us, suggestions for hiking in the area, etc). We also really appreciated the kid friendliness (baby gates, toys, bunk beds, etc) and little walkway from the house down to the beach. If we come to Lake Cushman again we'd love to stay here.
