It was at a good location, nice host, spacious apartment, absolutely worth the money. The beds were comfortable, and the whole apartment was well equipped and clean.

Lovely place to stay and really easy access into central Graz - we walked all the time no need to take the bus. Really friendly host who made it very easy to check in & out as well as giving us lots of help with local transport and information. The apartment is lovely & we would definitely stay there again!!

This was a very stylish place, we loved the design and the generous space, the many lighting options, all the kitchen amenities. Personnaly I was delighted that from the terrace we had a view of a hill with a church.

We stayed for a few days in Martin's apartement and it was perfect. The location is near the center with a great public transport connection. In front of the house you have a supermarket and an delicious italian restaurant. the apartement was clean and warm with a lot of space for our family of three

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und super ausgestattet - hat wirklich alles, was man überhaupt brauchen könnte! Die Lage ist optimal: man ist schnell in der Stadt, auf der Autobahn etc., sehr praktisch: Supermarkt und Pizzeria im gleichen Gebäudekomplex, nicht nur für Gassigeher: sehr schöner Spazierweg auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg. Check in /out funktioniert perfekt!

Great apartment very close to Graz center. Adriana was very responsive and allowed us an early check in, going out of her way to meet us. The apartment is incredibly nice, all completely updated and like new. We also used the sofa mattress, which was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The parking in the courtyard was also very convenient, and there was always a spot available. I'd recommend to anyone traveling to Graz!

Es war eine sehr wunderbare Zeit. Das Wetter hat in unserem Fall zwar nicht ganz mitgespielt, jedoch konnte Barbara steht's etwas empfehlen. Auf Rat sind wir einen Tag in die Zotter Schokoladenfabrik, es war herrlich. Die Anlage dort ist auch traumhaft, ebenfalls auch sehr ruhig. Die netten Nachbarn haben uns sogar frisch gepressten Apfelsaft geschenkt. Im Großen und ganzen kann ich es nur Herzlich empfehlen. Danke Barbara für diese Wundervolle Zeit.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft selber ist ausgesprochen sauber, wunderschön und sieht aus wie auf den auf Fotos. Kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben vorab viele Infos bez. Freizeitmöglichkeiten (inkl. Genusscard) erhalten. Auf Fragen wurde schnell geantwortet. Das Haus wirkt aufgrund der Raumgestaltung sehr offen und das gemütliche große Fensterbrett verleitet mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick, nach dem Saunagang zum entspannen. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht. :)

Das Haus ist eine sehr gute Wahl für Naturliebhaber. Es gibt viele Waldvögel und wir haben Fasanen im Garten getroffen :) Wir hatten sehr guten Schlaf weil es sehr ruhig ist. Am Abend könnten wir die Sterne schauen, neben dem Wald war es wunderbar für uns. Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern, und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen. It was our pleasure to stay in the Nest while exploring the Styria region. The patio/BBQ area was a highlight and we made full use of this every evening! Bedroom was comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. There are many beautiful hiking opportunities in the area, and lots of local wine to explore. The hosts were incredibly responsive, always on hand to help and the information provided on the Nest and the surrounding area was superb. Thanks very much Bettina and Dario!

We had a great stay at Manuel's place. He was an incredibly caring and helpful host who went out of his way to make sure that we had a great holiday. There was so much to see and do in the local area, a week didn't do it justice. Absolutely spot on location for exploring Southern Styria. We hope to return soon.

Wir fanden ein sehr gut eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Appartment vor. Willkommensgetränke erwarteten uns und das Appartement war mit allen wichtigen Dingen des täglichen Lebens ausgestattet. Das war eine große Erleichterung, nur auszupacken und sich wohlzufühlen. Die Betten, das tolle Bad, ebenso die gut eingerichtete Küche trugen dazu bei. Nicht zu vergessen der schöne Balkon mit den wunderbaren Stühlen. Wir fühlten uns wirklich wohl und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

The Place was clean and looked like the pictures, the check in was easy and the hosts responded quickly. The interior was Very pleasant and their were yoga mats and board games provided. Perfect for short trips. 😊

Wir waren eine Frauengruppe und Bernhards Wohnung war Ausgangs- und Endpunkt unserer Tour durch Graz. Dafür war die Wohnung perfekt und entsprach zur Gänze den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Preis-/Leistung top. Die Wohnung liegt nahe einem Park mit einer Partylocation, weshalb es Nachts doch etwas lauter draußen sein kann, aber uns hat es nicht gestört und das Hauptschlafzimmer, das Richtung Innenhof liegt, ist komplett ruhig.

Als zuerst einmal: Die Wohnung war toll und die Lage ein Traum. Ein toller Blick über Graz. Maria hat einen tollen Job gemacht, die Wohnung war perfekt hergerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist an heißen Tagen wirklich ein Traum. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Graz kommen, wäre Maria wieder unsere erste Wahl. Danke nochmal

Milenas Wohnung liegt in einem Innenhof, sehr ruhig gelegen (nur die Kirchenglocken hört man manchmal). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 25 Min. und Parkplatzmöglichkeiten finden sich in der Nähe an der Straße.

Ich habe mich dort gleich zuhause gefühlt. Reinhart war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ich werde dort eine weitere Woche buchen! Für SiFi Geeks ein muss bei einem Graz Aufenthalt 😁

Excellent apartment in the best area in Graz. Close to multiple cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores, as well as a green market a block away. Less than 5 minute walk to old town. Will definitely see if it's available when we come back to Graz.
