Great place to stay in Franklin. It is not supreme luxury but it is very livable without the stress of being in a showplace. Convenient to all local attractions and necessities. Well stocked kitchen (plates, utensils, etc). Ample clean linens. Clean comfortable bed. Host was very responsive.

Nice quiet area next to the river. The host was excellent!! Place was great! Everything is nearby.! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great house to stay at. Very comfortable and home like. Loved the view and the large deck. Had everything we needed including toys for kids. Good area, near lots of stuff to do including using the resort amenities, restaurants, waterfalls and shopping. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s place. First time actually staying in the mountains. We were able to bbq on the deck a few nights. Everything provided to do so. It was nice to wake up in the morning and have a view of the mountains and hear the birds. Only 3 miles or so, into Gatlinburg and hiking trails. The whirlpool bathtub was awesome after hiking. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone who would like to stay in the Smoky Mountains.

Very pleasant and clean. Nice decor without being cluttered. Nice kitchen. Great view. We were here in December and there was even a Christmas Tree.

These town houses were just right for 4 families. It was a great location for the plans we had for the three days we were there. Biltmore House in Ashville; Luminaries in Dillsboro; shopping in Bryson City and Waynesville. Kitchens were very well equipped. Very nice!

enjoyed a wonderful and peaceful long weekend away! the place was private, quiet and cozy! very close to outdoor adventures and restaurants. easy check in, clear instructions and friendly hosts. felt right at home!

Sundrop Community is secluded and peaceful. Met the neighbors, everybody was super nice. Townhouse was perfect for what I needed. I was there to fly fish Caney Fork and the access to 2000’ of riverfront property was great. Two wood burning fireplaces were awesome (bring your own wood). Sundog were amazing and very helpful. The only negative I would say (it is not really negative), the listing indicates it is good for up to 6 people-I would disagree. Although there were 2 mobile air mattresses this place IMO is suitable for 4 people. Would definitely stay again.

The space was just as described. The beds were so comfortable and our son loved the arcade games. Our pup really enjoyed the large yard and the location was perfect!

From the beginning to the end everything was smooth. Beautiful home nice quiet location. Host responded in a timely manner. Everything was exactly what the host posted. Very clean/precised instructions. I highly recommend and will most definitely book again.

I definitely recommend this as your place to stay for the Knoxville area. Just far enough away from downtown to be peaceful and quiet; but still a short drive away. The hosts were extremely helpful and kind. Great house at a very reasonable price!

The large living room was comfortable and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. Gerald's place is affordable and close to restaurants and stores, and it was everything we needed for a perfect weekend.

Hannah was an amazing host and very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was exactly as described! It was hidden from the main road, which was a plus from us. Very quiet and comfortable! We will inquire next year!!

We stayed here to go on the Polar Express train ride. Absolutely awesome location for it all! Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very comfortable!

This was a great location and close to all the conveniences in Sevierville. Ladd was communicative and a great host. The beds were comfortable and I had everything I needed for my stay. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location, so walkable into town. Space had everything we needed for our girls weekend away. Very clean, great balcony. Each bedroom had our own bathroom. Would highly recommend!

The location is perfect for anyone planning to go tubing, skiing, or snowboarding—super convenient! Bright, beautiful, comfortable, clean home. The bunkbed room with a TV and reading light in each bunk was quite a dream for my kids. I loved the back deck with a wooden “bar” to eat, have a drink, or work on a laptop. The neighborhood was also quiet, at least on the Friday night we were there. We loved the walkability, closeness to the train, shops, restaurants/breweries, live music. It is a friendly, Hallmark kind of town.

Great place to stay, very close to downtown gatlinburg. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had.

My best friend and I stayed here for our first girls trip and it was amazing. The place was really clean and cozy and we would definitely stay here again.

We needed to be in Knoxville to help our son attending University Tennessee Knoxville while he is dealing with some health issues. Chris was very kind, allowed us to check in early and was very responsive. The condo is comfortable and nicely maintained. Highly recommend and would stay again.

A group of five of us stayed for a few days to enjoy Gatlinburg; it was a great stay and very close to downtown which was convenient! The amenities and interior were great and had an amazing window looking over the pool! The Hosts were remarkably responsive, friendly, and helpful. Clear instructions were given at the beginning and end of our stay making it as comfortable and smooth as possible. Would definitely book again if I returned to Gatlinburg!

We had a wonderful weekend stay! We got to meet the host, very kind and great communication. Zero complaints about our stay- just as pictured & listed. Very clean, plenty of space, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the showers! Having a high chair available for our 10 month old was so convenient for mealtime. Location is perfect, right by any shop or restaurant you can think of wanting to visit while in the area. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
