We met Peter on arrival who was friendly and warmly welcoming. The accommodation is new and has been well planned with a focus on attention to detail. It was comfortable, secure and spotlessly clean. All basic needs were provided for with a perfect balance of considerate provisions, including breakfast items which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed the rural location and watched the wildlife across the fields; Hares and a Sparrow Hawk were spotted. We would definitely use Peters accommodation again if returning to the area, it was a short drive to coastal walks, National Trust sites and RSPB reserves which is why we chose this location. 5 stars from us !

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. This was a great base for a few days in Norfolk. Holt is lovely and has everything you need! The accommodation was well-appointed. There is a bistro downstairs and there are cooking smells but these aren’t unpleasant.

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the loft. I was nice a cosy, comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay. We enquired a few times about things and quickly got a response with the information we needed. The only downside I'd say is the cleaning fee seemed pretty steep compared to the total cost of the booking. Other than that we had a great stay.

It was just perfect. A great quiet location close to the harbour in Blakeney, well equipped, squeaky clean and private. Alban kindly arranged access to his EV charger, which was much appreciated.

This house was absolutely perfect for the 6 of us. It is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with everything we could need for our stay. There is so much space and lovely comfy large sofas. The bedrooms are immaculate and having en-suite for each one was a real treat! We were very lucky with the weather and managed to sit out in the garden in the sun. The location is incredible being just a few minutes walk from the beach and in the heart of Southwold. We will definitely be back as we all felt it was a luxurious stay in our favourite place! We had a bit of trouble working the heating when we arrived but help came very quickly once we contacted Durrants and it was all sorted.

Fabulous stay at this wonderful little cottage. Stop looking and book this you will not be disappointed. Every little thing you could possibly need is supplied along with delicious bread eggs cereals jams teas n coffee. Gem of a place! 😀

Thank you Debbie and Ian for providing such a brilliant place to stay! We had everything we could need including welcoming touches such as milk, juice, biscuits, tea, coffee and fresh flowers. Felt very private, even though attached to the house, with our own garden space and parking. Would thoroughly recommend and book again if we are in the area.

We’ve just enjoyed 5 fabulous days at The Bothy, where Julie and Graham were consummate hosts. Thoughtful little touches, like providing a welcome pack and breakfast ingredients were very much appreciated. We really enjoyed the homemade cake and jams! The Bothy is light, clean and airy, and was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days away. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the sofas in the living room. (Throws were also provided so you can snuggle up with your dog!) Loved that guest access was provided for using streaming services on the TV. This is such a lovely place to stay: well placed for visits to The Broads, Norwich and the beautiful Norfolk coast, with many local country pubs if you fancy eating out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bothy for a trip to Norfolk, and we will definitely return. Thank you so much, Julie and Graham!

We had a great stay at Lucies please, a modern stylish home with everything we needed whilst working away, lovely quiet street as well, we also made use of the great hot tub a couple of times during our stay, will stay again

Accommodation pristine and well equipped. Location perfect. Less than 5 min walk to The Globe and Crown Hotel. Both excellent for food/drinks and short walk to seafront. Hosts quick to respond and very helpful in returning an item to us that we’d left behind. Thank you! All in all a fantastic New Year’s stay.

We had a big family gathering with 4 generations attending. Everyone had a great time and we really enjoyed the space. Garden was great for the kids and we loved the boat. Highly recommended

Had two nights in accommodation with three friend so pleased to find a property with four double beds. Very comfortable house and we loved sitting out on patio in the sun when we arrived. Also used local coffee shop Grounded and Unthank Arms for a meal both very good. Easy to walk into city and parking at address all good.
